No joy here today.
Only the fourth cacher in 12 months to log a DNF!
Cannot believe we are the only cachers to visit here without any joy!

I rolled to a stop here early this morning and with nothing but the noise of the choughs to break the eerie silence, I wandered past the overgrown courts to the Ladies loo [:o]
The GPS was still pointing another few metres on thankfully, so I didn't have to take a peek inside Red Face

Out back of the out house, a cache was found safe and sound Big Grin

So TFTC and visit to Sandhill Lake Smile

"I'm going to catch up with the girls on Tuesday, do you have any plan?"

Really, did my wife really just ask me that? Do I have any plans?

Hell yeah, I'm outta there with a GPS on one hand and a bottle of water in the other.....then back again really quickly to get the car keys.....need another hand.

Not a big day numbers wise, just 28 caches (going for those a little off track), but 667km in total driving meant the day was long.

Another amazing part of the countryside.

Absolutely incredible yard and buildings. Almost surreal. Imagine these walls throbbing with the live music played inside, and the laughter and the noise of the children outside while they ran around like lunatics.

Sounds like a great night.

The cache was soon found and the signing deed done. TFTC.

TFTC. Great spot. Never knew this place was even here. For an unused building it is good condition amazingly with no broken windows even with it being open to the elements. Some needs to put the back door back in place. Left a loom-band. Smile

Thanks for placing a cache here, not far from one of our farming properties. Driven past this many times but never taken the time to stop. Love the old hall and wish I could have shut a door to keep some of the elements out. Quick and easy find. Thank you.

Kaneira always good to go places that you would not normally go to.
Signed and replaced. TNLN TFTC.

A lovely day for a drive and noticed Sandhill lake still hadn't been found. Thanks Kaneira for bringing me back here. I played tennis many years ago for Dingwall in the same league as Sandhill and this was one of my least liked places to play. The people were lovely, the afternoon teas were awesome but the courts were hot and dusty. TFTC
