Took us abit.. gps kept bringing us to this one spot but we just couldn't see it
Out for a drive with my son too get his hours up. Some sealed roads and some unsealed roads both wet and dry was good experience for him. This was one of our stops along the way. My son even came for a walk with me to this one. TFTC
Out for a short trip with sir_spectre on a lovely Sunday. I had previously found number 1 and today I had some company to find the last couple.
Thanks to boab bill from mogni

found with mogni. A short walk and a quick find was had here. Not sure how a bison is a small but it's there to be found. no cows today.
We were not sure where the Heysen trail came out onto Tugwell Rd so will have to come back to this and #3 after we have done some research on the Trail.
Lovely walk through the paddocks amongst the cows on a cool and still winters morning. Found easily, signed log
We missed doing this series last time, so today seemed the perfect day.
Not what or where we were expecting the cache to be hiding.
Thanks for the hide boab bill

Found with clare007 after a bit of a search. We were certainly expecting something bigger for a "small". Thanks for the hide!!!
Was last here over 2 years ago and the cache was missing. Converted the frownie to a smilie after a short walk...

Thanks

Found it. Gps had me searching 10m out in the paddock. Then it settled down and there is the find. Woo hoo. TFTC
Nice walk along a section of the Heysen (Tugwell 2, 3 & 4 are best accessed from the gate nearest #4). This one took the longest of the three. TFTC
Fabulous location!
Out and about with the lovely Ozibags where we spent a very enjoyable day caching around Victor Harbor to celebrate his 10,000th find. It was great to laugh almost non-stop....hahaha....my belly seriously hurt at times!!

Out and about for some geocaching with GoodLook. A nice stroll along the Heysen Trail thanks.
Another day spent caching around the south. Today was a bit damper with rain most of the time. Saw a lot of wildlife today with roos, an echidna and also a deer that jumped in front of the car. Quick find. TFTC.
Simple find if you are looking in the right place.
This cache was found using a Garmin GPSr, Montana 650t, Oregon 550 or Dakota 20. Waypoints and paperless geocaching downloaded via GSAK 8.

Found with The X Trailers on holidays here from Qld and earthlight as well, it was a great 4 days with plenty of laughs along the way, toady we are now starting to make the homeward journey and the weather is quite nice to us with only a small passing shower, was a fairly quick find after walking along the fence line to find the 3 caches in here. TFTC
2nd in this series for The X-Trailers and myself today. Glad to see some open fields to walk. TFTC
Being watched by the herd of cows as we walked the trail
Easy find

Nice to get this one off my watch list after a DNF 8 months ago. Quick find today. Definitely wasn't there last time I was here. TFTC boab bill
An easy find. A little disappointing that it's just a throw-down cache now, but a find is a find, right?
After we replaced the cache and set off for the car, we realised there were other caches further along this trail. We'd left our valuables back in the car, so decided to leave 2 and 3 for a future trip.
Thanks boab bill.

Too good for us too today.
The only thing that resembled the hint was empty of any cache.
We had another look on way back after finding another 'small' that really should be listed as a micro, and still could not find after downsizing our search criteria.
Just cos we couldn't find it today doesn't mean it is not there. However I am inclined to think that it is gone.

Looks like I get the dubious honour of being the first for a DNF. Looked for about half an hour. The clue didn't help me either. Must have left my geo eyes at #3. Enjoyed the walk anyway.
While staying at Adare we ventured out to find as many caches as we could in the area. Lovely scenery and we enjoyed finding this cache. Thanks to boab bill for placing this cache.
With the forecast for nice weather today it was time for a visit to the Victor Harbour area to clear away a few of the caches that have populated the area since I used to frequent the town.
I was surprised to see just how many new ones there is
With Astro we set about finding some of these little gems and this was one of them [^]
Cheers & TFTC

Yes, that electric fence is more than likely on, and it protrudes in spots. That will keep you on your toes.
I spotted what I thought was a Crimson Wren (or tiny crimson - not "red") bird here. I needed a long lens. Any advice on what it could be would be helpful. Thanks guys.
Our thanks to boab bill and clear skies from TeamAstro..

We decided to miss the big bit in the middle and cheated driving around to near this cache. After walking along the coast and through bush this series of caches showed another ascpet of the Heysen Trail.
Thanks for the cache boab bill.
Thanks for the cache boab bill.
The last long walk of the day. Owl was starting to get tired, so just concentrated on putting one foot in front of another. Sushilord was paying attention though and spotted the little critter.
Did the rest of this short series from this end. The container was on the open ground (out of place I guess). Re-hid it where I thought it might have been. Thanks boab bill.
FTF at 1235, good hide had us going on this one. great walk from one end to the other, now for the walk back to the car. We had a great time laughing about the cows and landmines, kangaroos and bushes, German bush walkers and early explorers.
Overall a top morning, thanks boab bill we had fun and laughs and that's what it's all about.
