Last full day of my trip. Only doing half a day as got some other things I need to do.

22-Apr-24
I think Ive got most of these funny little fellas. Hopefully will finish them all soon.Protip: when playing monopoly, the best strategy when placing properties is to fill up on the houses (ie 4 per property), and NEVER graduate to hotels. It creates scarcity of houses, and prevents others from putting down hotels. There you go. That was for free. Thank.

Checked in on the condition of the log this morning. Definitely seen better days.Replaced log with a fresh, basic book made sure that the appropriate monopoly clue was written on the first page.Let me know if the clue ever disappears!

A long planned trip away finally came to fruition as we headed off to Geelong after a gap of some years to catch up with caching friends. There is always a good variety of caches and hides to search for and Geelong itself is a pretty spot with lots of places to explore. Plenty of history and lovely scenery with the bay, riverside, open paddocks and bushland. We particularly enjoyed the many trails and riverside paths where Mrs SKI could give her new ebike a workoutA great time was had with lots of laughs and ribbing as we searched for the various caches and wondered what we might find next. We also had the chance to catch up with some great local cachers on a lovely evening out.Logs signed as SKI Pair, SP or RASP.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache RikkiJayMudd.**SKI Pair****

Nice easy, pick up on the way home from junior soccer. Tree climb gaming assisted by number one son, who in the end found that he was too short to reach the package. The tree has started growing around said package, which is a lovely thing to see.

23-Mar-23
Gtown work commitments had me in the area today.

Not really prepped work wear style for the heist.

But I did mange with ease.

Signed and was on my way.

23-Jul-22
A day trip to Geelong with RoamingHowie to attend a cito, where we teamed up with Papi4506 and Geoturtle37 to then find some drive-bys as the rain deterred us from anything else.

A quick stop in the middle of road. Thankfully the rain is keeping the muggles away.

Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, Darth Briji

The original forecast for the weekend looked good so I teamed up with OzHockeyChick for a trip to Geelong to attend a CITO. Fast forward to today and the weather is a little more interesting.

Managed to grab another of these clever monopoly board series caches.

Thanks Darth Briji for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Having done the vehicle changeover, it was time to head down the road to pick up Mumsie. This was close enough to the route to stop by for a look but it seemed to be muggle central today Surprised. Soon enough though, I spotted the stash. Smile However, seeing it and signing the log are two different things and once the muggles decided to walk or drive on by, it was up, up and away to get the signing duties done at 13:25.

TNLNSL noted clue and our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks The Monopoly Guy .

26-Mar-22
Another one off the list. The neighbour had a laugh at us and says she enjoys watching people climb the tree.

Today I teamed up with Posums for a day of caching fun in Geelong. Lots of caches, laughs and fun. Thanks to all the cache owners who placed these fabulous containers for us to find.

26-Mar-22
Headed down to to Geelong for another day of laughs, fun and of course hopefully finding a few caches.
Geelong has put on another great day of weather for us to be out and about touring the town.
I was meeting up with GemmaSistema for the day and I was the designated driver and Gemma was the navigator and co pilot.
After finishing a section of the rail trail and the marathon around the Eastern Cemetery it was time for some more caches in the suburbs.
Time for some lunch then noticed another Monopoly Series close by.
After a simple climb the lovely lady across the road asked did we find it and had a laugh with us about how she thought it was strange at first when she first noticed people climbing the tree.

Thanks The Monopoly Guy ( Darth Briji) TFTC.

Found on a trip to country Victoria after the Wangaratta Mega. The focus for this trip was to chip away at the geotour, find oldies, dead premiers and windmills while visiting new LGAs. This was one of the caches we targetted. A quick find at GZ. TFTC.

Thank you to all who have found this cache and enjoyed the Geelong Monopoly Series. I really enjoyed creating this series and loved reading the logs of those who left one. Sadly, I don’t have the motivation to keep this series maintained anymore therefore I will be archiving it over time as they disappear.
Thank you once again to all those who have found and enjoyed this series
Cheers,
Chris

We have driven past this cache a few times lately and have kept on going as there are some works nearby and there is a builders dunny right near GZ, and there have been plenty of muggles around. Today we were in luck; the street was totally clear of other people. We quickly located the Themed hide, and Mrs Dromaniax pretended to pose while photos were taken as she retrieved the log for signing. Once the signing was complete, the log was returned to the hide. The cache is in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache Darth Briji.
