Muggled again. Doh! Will have a think and either replace or re-locate to a new location in the park. Thought the current hide was out of muggle-ville, but not the case
Stay tuned!

On a day off to spend some time with the family on the school holidays. We thought it was too wet to cache but after voting earlier nearby we had a gap in the rain to try to find this one tftc. Found by geokid#1. Luckily the wet has kept all the muggles away!
Today was such a grey, damp day so I decided that I would jump on my bike to try to keep warm. I drove over to Northcote, parked up the car and jumped on the bike.
I had to take a couple of passes at this. On the first pass there were mini muggles playing in the rain but on the second pass it was all clear. A quick find. TFTC.

I've been eyeing this up for a while and noticed it was online again, so I thought I'd get it while I was nearby. When I arrived a Mum a Nanna and a toddler were sat at what I hoped wouldn't turn out to be GZ and as it turned out,it wasn't, but was maybe 3m away. And here's me without any of my four children hanging about in a park - awkward! So out comes the fake phone call which obviously I had to dawdle at the playground to take, and I was just very fidgety while talking, till - BINGO! Found it. They were bored of looking at me and had turned so they were facing away so I grabbed it... then " I'll just write that down, hang on..." (Scribble, scribble, scribble) pop it back quick as a flash. It was a huge coincidence that my "phone call" wrapped up then, and I walked back to my car.

Updated co-ordinates for re-hide. Just a little away from original hide. The first hide had been muggled twice over the journey, so hoping new co-ords provide a little more muggle security.

New hiding place and replacement cache under arrangement. Been muggled a couple of times from it's current gz, so I'm arranging a hiding place very close to the present co-ords, but hopefully a little less muggle friendly. Should be done in the next few weeks.
Did a quick check on the cache and found it's been muggled. Probably muggled right in front of me as we had a mass gathering of children in the park for a kinder fund raiser. Way too many mini muggles right beside it. Curse their inquisitive nature. lol.
Will sort it out shortly.

This was day 42 of our trip out so Sydney to visit the southern states of Victoria and Tasmania.
Thankfully there were no mini muggles around at the time we came for this cache as it would have been very difficult if there had been. The cache did not take very long to find and after the log had been signed the cache was replaced as found. Thank you for placing this cache for us and others to find.

NO luck here today, but was a few mums and kids walking around nearby so this OLD bloke gave up after 15 minutes will come again after trip to Cambodia caching
I'm a bit late logging this cache....well, very late really! I noticed that this cache has been archived after being muggled for a second time. It doesn't really surprise me as I've noticed that it's a very busy spot in the daytime with tons of mini muggles.
Anyway, kmace and I were on our way home from Melbourne's 1st cache where we had celebrated kmace's 3000th cache find. I had been to this park a few times in the daytime but there were always lots of mini muggles so I couldn't look for the cache. I had a fair idea where the cache would be and asked kmace to help me find it as I thought I might be vertically challenged and kmace is ever sooo tall.
We parked nearby and wandered over to GZ. At this time of night all the mini muggles were tucked up in bed so we were free to search. [^] Although it was slightly above my head I was still able to reach it with a bit of a stretch so I retrieved the cache. Initially kmace thought she had found this cache but she realised while we were there that she hadn't so we both signed the log at 10:45 pm. TNLN. kmace kindly put the cache back where I had found it and we headed home.
Thanks BastiansQuest for the challenging cache. Sorry it's gone but that's the way geocaching goes sometimes.

Found this one as part of a day around getting Melbourne 's 1st cache for my 3000th cache.
I was caching with ladioactive today and this was found after Melbourne's 1st cache on the way home. This cache was the last cache for the day. Ladioactive had attempted this before but was always muggled out. She thought that I had completed it previously but after finding it we realised that I hadn't found it so I signed the log as well. We tried this at night and ladioactive found this. We rehid the cache and went home after a very long day.
Thanks for the cache.

Props to a friend for insisting we check spots we've already been over! Nice cache hunted at night to avoid the minis!
Heading up north today to pickup some stuff in Preston .
Just made it to grab, sign and return before the short muggles arrived. Surprised as it was still very wet after the ongoing rain.
Nice hide
Thanks for creating this cache BastiansQuest

Found it! Our first attempt was unsuccessful as there were lots of mini muggles about. Went back on a cold morning and had a closer look where we thought it was hidden and had success!
Today is a dot day so needed a cache to fill the gap in my calendar. This was the closest to the train station before I go to work. Had a fair idea where to look but was not confident so made a paf and was close. Good thing I'm tall and have long arms. Tftc
Was sure I was getting close to finding but then a mini-muggle arrived with doting grandma....not a hope of finding anything without being busted
Having attended a nearly by 3am 'flash' mob clearly nearly 2 hrs had past and it was time to get a cache. I had attempted the previous incarnation of this cache, but being in a play ground, and not having any access to children to act as cover for my search, I had not bothered making a second attempt. I noticed the first version had gone and I thought my problem was solved. Then the cache was reborn.
When SirJ-Oz offered to drop me home from the event, and we thought of doing a cache 'one the way' I immediately thought of this one, as there is one sure time to be no kids in a playground and that is at nearly 5am on a freezing cold winters night. I was right on all accounts. We arrived, rugged up, and started hunting. We gave up on the GPS's which weren't helping and in the end SirJ-Oz made the find in a place I would have been too short to check properly anyway.
Thanks for the cache.

Find #2022. Found @ 04:50 with LouiseAnn. I was giving LouiseAnn a lift home from a nearby event and she suggested that this would be the perfect time to look for this cache.
I diverted here and we made our way to the GZ region. Whether it was the cool temperatures, or other factors messing with both our devices, we didn't have much luck searching. I used a bit of deductive reasoning and decided that the cache had to be "over there". By this time my fingers were so cold that they wouldn't obey me properly, but I still managed to locate the cache in the place it had to be.
I didn't stop to take a reading of the cache coordinates before performing a tactical retreat to the relative warmth of the car.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache BastiansQuest.

Out this way for a work function that ran fairly late, but not late enough to squeeze in a few caches before heading home. You have to make the most of the opportunities when you're in a different area to normal after all and I had plenty to choose from. I'm glad I chose the small hours of the night to come here, even then I felt a bit uncomfortable being here for too long. This one was certainly well hidden as I'm sure I had poked around a couple of times there before finally making the find. It took a bit of twisting and turning to extract the cache as it was tucked away well. Happy to sign the log and be on my way home for the night. Thanks for the cache BastiansQuest.
All in place. Magnetic and was off it's metal pole, but back and stuck fast in place. Please replace back against the metal surface the right way around so that cache doesn't slip into the hands of muggles. Strong magnets should keep it nicely in place.
It was pouring with rain this morning a perfect time to grab this cache,
Thanks BastiansQuest [:x]

I needed a cache find on the 16th may for my 366 day calendar quest. So I arrived here at 0029 in the morning. Cold, wet and very very dark. I had a good idea where the cache was from previous unsuccessful visits, so carefully made my was to GZ. I was using a torch but had to stop using it as soon as a muggle couple passed by. I crouched down and remained totally silent, and they didn't see me. It would have been a weird experience if they had !! Found the cache, as as the muggles were still around, had to sign in complete darkness. I have no idea what my squiggle will look like. Tftc

I have stopped by once a week when I'm over this way three times now, and finally today the cold rainy weather has kept the mini muggles away. After a quick reconnaissance of the area, I deduced some likely locations, and found the cache in the last place I looked (funny how that happens). I had a to hurry to sign the log and replace the cache as a break in the rain meant mini muggle and parent muggle were fast approaching. I probably looked a bit suspicious, but I wasn't waiting around.
Thanks for the great cache.

A nice rainy day for this. But we nearly gave up on this one! We were sure we were in the right place so persisted and eventually cache was in hand!
Glad to turn this one into a smile. I've been past this area a few times and it has always been busy, even in the dusk. Managed to time it this time so I was here after dark and it was very quiet. After weighing up the possibilities I soon had the cache in hand. TFTC!
Found it! Lucky it was raining and dark! Only some passing Muggles and I soon found this cache after standing back and assessing the possibilities. TFTC SL
Geocache all fixed up. Didn't take the kids this time, but easy enough to replace the other day when it was cold and windy and not a kid in site of the park.
Magnetised on one side, so please put back the correct way around. Good luck!

Checked on it this morning and the little guy has been muggled. Back asap with replacement.
Wanted to fill in this day on the calendar, and after a DNF nearby headed to this one. Thought Mini-Muggles might have meant it was low to the ground, but on reading logs it was clear this was not the case. Fortunately I had geoson with me so didn't look too suspicious, but despite extensive examination of structure could not find cache.
Oh dear. Needed a cache find to fill in 13th Jan on my 366 day, so while we at the Geostuff shop packing orders, I thought I would nip out with Woody the Geodog and grab the nearest trad. Parked just over there... and then realised that this probably wasn't the smartest time to come here. Bum. So I PAFed 80degrees and Alison confirmed where the cache is... no no no ! I already had parents glaring at me for pulling up next to the playground. I didn't stand a chance of making the find !
Another, much darker, and rainy time would be much better.

After attending the Puzzles event Mrs80 and Mrs X wanted to clear out a couple. Mrs80 had ventured here before but could not locate and then it had started to rain so today came back for another attempt. After some time resorted to PAF option and cache was quickly located. Like others before feel that playgrounds should be a no go area a- a bit like schools. Don't mind the few steps away but not right on like this one so glad it was only the ladies today - not a place for one or two men.
Having a tall boyfriend is an advantage! Muggles were about but they were nice. TFTC.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!! Finally found it. (Took about 20 minutes though.)
Minifig Family (JPT)

Found with atsmug on a late night run, took a bit of a search and log reading but got there
Lucky it was 10pm and not a kiddie in sight, so we had the playground to ourselves, after being trolls, we looked in another little hidey spot and there it was. I am not a big fan of playground hides, but at night it's pretty easy to do, daytime not so easy. Thanks for the cache.
09:53 empty park, save for a woman who appears to have lost her pet galah up a tree. Did quite enjoy the climbing to find the cache.
Suscoe's 19th find of the day.
Bright sunshine and a gentle breeze made for a perfect day.
We wandered towards GZ and waited for our chance which came sooner than expected.
Families left and we went to work, cache soon found and then signed.
Then just enough time to get this one back before the next crew walked towards the area.
Lucky here this afternoon.
Thanks to BastiansQuest for placing this cache here.

Lol - I'm 6'4" 26 YO and love a playground still.
No kiddies around; but a few teens around in the general park.
As always; I did my best to not care if I looked dodgy and no-one paid attention to my prying around.

Tftc it's is hard for short people but still managed to get it didn't have a pen so attached photo
So, looks like a pleasant evening isn't the time to try and get this cache. I think there were probable 40 people in this park this evening including a couple of parents that didn't seem to appreciate even a lone female walking around the playground. I recon a solo male cacher would have had the cops called on them.
The clue for this cache didn't help me, so after a lap of the fenced playground, which the GPS appeared to indicate that the cache was on the inside of, I headed off to my next target.
People might be better to try this cache in the middle of the night, unless they have kids they can bring along as cover.

You have got to be kidding. This cache not for the faint hearted. I'm thinking u would look suspicious getting this one at all hours of the day. A bit risky! Perhaps a more suitable location would be better.
TFTC BastiansQuest NOT. Talk about feeling uncomfortable without a mini Cacher decoy. Noelle04 did not fit the bill, but used her as a decoy anyway. Did a lot of loud talking so we were obviously not surreptitiously there. Jimmytherat.
We dropped off the geoSube to get the roo damage fixed and proceeded in the geoMaz to this pleasant quiet park. Mrs LZZ sussed the hint and had her hands nicely on the cache at 12:30. TFTC
Great one to do with geokids. MuggleMan had it found within one stretch. Tftc!
Having lunch nearby at The Old MilkBar and thought a nice overcast day should have this playground almost empty and we were in luck. No one near the actual playground and only a handful of muggles at the basketball court. A fairly easy find with Sando23468. TFTC.
A bit hard it took as a little while to find it.
Well hidden
(Lots of mini muggles, public playground makes it really taugh)

Looked for half an hour in the dark with mini torches but could not find it! Sad as it was our first time too... Will try again
Found with BelleAkelea, we both in agreement kids playgrounds are not ideal cache locations.
On night hunt with Baluke. Yes another playground hunt and yes with Mini juggles would be difficult. Would also be difficult if you were challenged by being Mini!!!! Found and log signed with not a Mim muggle in sight only big ones playing basketball .
Another playground number.... Not safe for a solo person near a playground.... Even though I am a teacher, people stare at you....
Found it! Didn't take too long... But We couldn't have got it without my 9yo - who is one of we two seekers. Thanks for a good find!
Could not do this one today,
Sunny day, school holidays, gelato van nearby,
I was nuts to go close to this one without the kids,
10m out I chickened out [:x]

This was my last find on this morning's trek. I figured that there were only a few times each day that I'd have free run of the place and sure enough, with no-one other than pooch walkers and commuters around I was able to set down to the task at hand.
It took a few minutes of searching high and low before I found a 'decoy' then not long after that, I finally had the stash in hand at 07:15.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks BastiansQuest.

Was visiting Melbourne for a day and a half during which time I stopped with .K.B. to log this cache. I left this one to her while I wandered around looking from afar. This is not a cache I would've felt comfortable looking for solo even at sunset whereas .K.B. manages to get away with so much more than me! Thank for the time you've taken to hide this cache.
A micro in a fenced play area; tough for a female, can't imagine how suss it would look for a male. Thanks for not making it a nano. A convenient find while staying at a nearby hotel in Preston.
FTF @ 4:25 pm.
I was lucky that it is a wet day of I'd have had no chance just after school gets out.
Thanks for the first FTF for a looooong time. .

Well that was a hard one.
This is on the watch list to see how many others struggle.
Or are we just bananas!
