They keep chopping down our trees. Another perfectly healthy tree has gone. We have to totally revamp this cache. See you soon with King's View mk II.
Hi.

what a nice little cache. A lovely spot, gorgeous sunshiny day, easy find, whoohooo! TFTC
Seems to have been some trees/branches recently removed. May have been interfered with.
Found this cache on the ground for all to see! So was an easy find for us. Placed back where we thought it came from!
What a beautiful day for caching after nearly 12mths off. Possum64 n Maggiewb1, doing a quick road trip to Adelaide. Tftc.
Mei Mei! Back in the book for Easter and loving it as always. Beautiful spot thanks
Road trip from Adelaide with CPwanderer.
Arriving the day before, today was our first caching day at Warrnambool.
An easy park & stroll down the hill & no-one in sight.
Located the cache & admired the view.
Thanks for bringing us here rodjan

Great views as all the loaded photo's show. It was fantastic to find a cache that was not hidden in/on/near the playground, thank you. The co-ords are spot on and the grass recently been mowed, what more can a cacher ask for. T 1 x TB SL TFTC
Spending some time locally after journeying down the Great Ocean Road; time to look for a cache in Warrnambool.
Excellent hide; thanks very much for this cache, rodjan.

So... We’re on a mission!! After our trip to Adelaide earlier this year we only had 8 LGA’s left for the LGA Polygon Challenge Cache. A couple of driving lessons for a friends daughter ticked off 2, a day trip to Wangaratta etc a couple of weeks ago ticked off another 2 and so we have 4 more left in the South West corner of Victoria. And so with our 25th (!!) wedding anniversary looming we decided to both take some Long Service Leave from work and spend a week down here in the area, staying at Port Fairy
So today’s part of that mission was to find 16 caches so that we are ready to find no 4999 in the Glenelg LGA tomorrow. You would think that would be easy in Warrnambool but we had quite a few DNF’s so today’s adventures took us about 5 hours!!!
What we have found very impressive so fa4 around Warrnambool is the council’s upkeep of mowing grass in parks etc, this was the first where we had to actually trudge through long grass lol I bet if we came back in a week i5 would be mown!
Cache was a nice easy find and great views. Dropped off TB

ROAD TRIP! - Day two After driving to Mount Gambier yesterday via the scenic Coorong route collecting caches that I haven't found, it was time for a forage across the border with mogni. [^] Our target was to make our way to Warrnambool and try and get the remainder of the puzzles and multi's we were yet to do, leaving just traditionals to collect another day. If not for two DNF's we would have succeeded too. [:o)]
The grass was very long as I made my way to GZ. After already meetiung two snakes today I was grateful to not find a third one here!
The cache hide was simple but clever.
Thanks rodjan for the cache.

A lovely day to get out and visit the local sights. Made a quick find of an interesting hide.
Thanks from mogni

Kenbryl, Sean.75 and I came down this way to go car shopping and caching. Unfortunately the car shopping took longer than expected which means not so much time left for caching. Tftc and bringing us to enjoy the beautiful view.
Kings View is a view worthy of a king and a cache to show it to a mere commoner Thanks rodjan
It was dark by the time we showed up. Thankfully cache sense is good and it was the first thing I touched.
A short amount of looking and we had this cache in hand, leaving more time for looking at the scenery. Tftc
Team Ladava are on a break away before being restricted to home with upcoming knee replacement.
What a wonderful view from this vantage point.
As in a couple of previously logs I looked there and missed it. I must be losing by mojo.
The better half of Team Ladava came good on this one. Now I know why I married her 46 years ago.
TNLN.
Our thanks to rodjan for the cache and bringing us to this location.
A favourite point from Team Ladava

Sightseeing and caching around Warrnambool today and picking up a few caches with a high number of favourites. This was our fifth and final cache on this hot! hot! hot! day. This one took far too much longer than it should have. Mr Pooky had his hands on it initially and discarded it, but after an extensive search he came back to the same thing and checked it out more thoroughly and yes, it was the cache. A very well disguised cache and a favourite from us. Our sixty first cache of sixty two for our trip. TFTC, and bringing us to this spot which we would probably not have visited without the cache being there. The views of the river were just fantastic.
The geodaughter and myself came out here for a paddle in the kayak yesterday but didn't get a chance to look for this one while we were here. But after some retail therapy for the family we made a detour on the way back to our caravan park and i was able to stop by for a look. It didn't disappoint either with a nicely constructed camo cache to find. Well done.
TFTC. We have long been fans of wandering near the water. We came to Warrnambool firstly to go to the cemetery to find the grave of a Victorian Premier for a wherigo. Secondly there is an event i Portland next weekend. After the cemetery we saw a group of caches around the Hopkins River Mouth. Nice weather and time on our side we drove firstly to this cache nearby the cemetery. Great camp and hide.
Accurate coordinates and a hide type that we have seen previously led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks rodjan for the cache.
TFTC. A lovely view but the weather was a little grey.
A easy find.igned and returned. S

What a sneaky hide, found on a a cold, windy day so no muggles around. TFTC get a favourite for the hide.
Nice one. Took a little longer than expected, but eventually found by geohaze. Tftc
Mmmm! Walked straight up to GZ easy find can't believe how easy this one was. Found while staying in Warrnambool with daughter. TFTC
Very sneaky hiding spot indeed at a great location - geokids had to find this one for geodad - out caching with deckyvader toady- awesome view of the inlet - tftc
Found at 1210. We hare have a short stay in Warrnambool for a few day and we plan to pick up some local caches while seeing the sights. I liked the container or camo anyway it made for a good cache. TFTC.
We had lunch a short distance away under the shade of the trees and then climbed the slope to GZ. A short search soon located the cache. Nice views. TFTC
Found at 12:00 PM GAFF1.
Ha! We lifted it up and thought that the cache had been muggled! However on a more precise investigation we then realised that it was the cache!
Never been to this part of Warrnambool and there are some fantastic houses that overlook that view.
Thanks rodjan.

Staying in Warrnambool with a muggle friend overnight after returning from the Anglesea Mega event...I introduced her to caching so went out to get a few...
We took her dogs for a walk & run around...
Located the cleverly hidden cache...

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!
Thanks rodjan for placing this cache.

After the event and before it was time to head for home, I set about finding a few more caches around Warrnambool.
I was heading passed this one next so I stopped and went for a short walk, I arrived at GZ, had a quick look around, picked something up which just happened to have the log attached to it.
**Thanks to rodjan for placing this cache.**

Day 2 of the girls' road trip to Warrnambool, which then extended out to Bendigo on day 3. On day 4 we picked up another passenger for Harry as the new passenger needed a lift to Adelaide.
Today we headed back out to Tower Hill, accompanied by micaparamedic, to find Alex' Towering Inferno [^] Then it was off to the 1 month to the Surf Coast Event - Warrnambool for lunch of some great sausages before we wandered the location with other friendly geocachers and finally GoodLook and I drove around Warrnambool and found some caches on our own
18 caches found , only 2 DNFs [^] and 1 event attended
Having heard about this cache, we made a point of coming to find it.
An unusual type of hide that is possibly less likely to be muggled than your normal container under a tree cache

SPECTACULAR view!!!
Talk about déjà vu ..... this is the second weekend in a row that I have been on a girls caching road trip with Locus Cache to Victoria. This time however it was a fabulous 4 day jaunt AND we may have even brought back a lovely Victorian fella with us (micaparamedic).....ALWAYS an enjoyable time when we hang out!
Kaye and I travelled from Adelaide to the beautiful Warrnambool area to attend a Friday night picnic in the park event and then on Saturday we enjoyed a yummy BBQ lunch at the 1 month to the Surf Coast Mega Event. Bendigo was our next overnight stop and then we headed home....which only took us 15 HOURS!! haha It wasn't the Little Desert National Park we got lost in this weekend, it was Murray Sunset National Park...LOL - but we did get a joint first to find which made the detour all worth it....who needs to get 8hours sleep before needing to be at work the next day anyway??
We targeted a number of caches over the weekend, including some oldies of Alex...very cool finding original ammo cans in the bush and some to help out the D/T grid!
Once again the conversations were highly amusing and we enjoyed lots of belly laughter!! haha [:o)]
We saw kangaroos, emus, lots of birds and a whole heap of water due to recent heavy rains.
GEOCACHING ROCKS!!! [:X]
Thanks for the cache rodjan!

We were at the 1 month to the mega event where we overheard quite a few teams talking about this cache so we put it on our must do list. After the event was over we headed off to gz with maccamob and The Coffee's to try our luck. The first thing we noticed when we got there was how fast the river was flowing and how great it looked. After a couple of Kodak moments we thought that we should get back to the task at hand and started looking for the cache. It took a little while before we noticed it and we then quite happily added our names to the log.
Many thanks rodjan, a great location and a great hide, a favourite point from us.

Found by Mary & David at 1040. What a view! The tide was coming in, and so much water in the Hopkins after yesterday - we've never seen it like this before. The wind was blowing up river, and the foam had formed into long parallel streaks. Very clever camo and container at GZ, so we give you a FP. Good to meet you last night. Log is full. Our thanks to rodjan.
On our trip around Warrnambool today we stopped off for this cache. A great cache with a view and a favorite from us.

Down in Warrnambool for the Surf Coast BBQ Event , we set out in the company of McLookers this morning braving the rain to cross as many caches of our list as possible. After watching mrT and McLookers failing on finding the cache , I hopped out of the car to brave the weather to give them a hand. I must say it wasn't in any of the obvious spots where Im sure they had already looked once or twice but something caught my eye though and when I felt it , it was obvious that it was the cache. A very well camouflaged cache it was. A favourite point added for this neat hide , especially as it had the other Triton guessing lol
Thanks rodjan for the great placement.
Thanks rodjan for the great placement.
We walked around in circles for a bit today until Mrs Triton strode over, carefully took it all in and then made the find. Yay! Great camo and a well hidden cache. Thanks rodjan.
Grabbing a couple of cache's in between shifts at work and this one was worth it.

Outnabout with Wollaston on a visit to Warrnambool after watching the Grand Final in Melbourne. This one had me going around and around but my caching eye wanted to search in the spot where I eventually found the clever hide. TFTC
Down for a quick sprint around Warrnambool, we found this well camoed cache as we admired the rainbow over the river. Unfortunately camo is starting to breakup and may want some attention.
well done on the cache and thanks for bringing us here rodjan.
