Looks like someone has walled away with the hide. This was a custom job so we will just archive it as we don't have the time to make another anytime soon.
DNF with Tyred n Cranky
We thought we knew what to expect to see at GZ after reading the hint, and seeing what was here. but sadly we came up empty handed at this one.

Did Not Find this one with FUF009 at 3.30pm
A trip to Ballarat for the day to do some shopping and caching, then attend the Nationals Criterium Bicycle Event in Sturt Street. FUF009 came with us.
We had time before the race was to start to grab five caches along this trail, so off we all walked along the trail, finding each one as we went, all except for the fourth one which was a DNF.
We all looked where we thought it would be and even widened our search but unfortunately we could not come up with the goods today.

Visiting Ballarat for a few days and took grandchildren for a walk and thought we would do some caches as well. Plenty of happy frogs here.TFTC
After walking to Yarrowee Trail Table i couldn't help myself and kept going to grab another cache. After all it was such a nice afternoon! Well done on a great series. Good quick find here too tftc
Clever hide this. Geokid found the cache while all Dad saw was what it was hidden behind
The third of 9 caches along this trail that I did on my bike early this afternoon.
A lady with three dogs went by as I paused here. After she left I continued south with the wind at my back.
Clever little hide!
Thanks McAdies

Enjoyable walk along the track today with Geo friends. Found this clever hide - all signed and away to the next cache . Thanks to McAdies.

Very powerful! A nice walk in this afternoon, thank McAdies. Spot on co-ords too.
Parked close by and admired the billabong then when McLookers, motndarg and Lookabouts arrived we decided to park further afield and walk to the well hidden cache.
The trail was perfect for walking and the heat of the day had passed.
After adding names to the log we moved on to the next closest cache.

Lovely walk along the track today with our Wednesday GeoGroup. Thanks McAdies.
Making the pleasant walk along the track today to clean up another area of Ballarat.
Thanks McAdies for the clever hide.

In need of a few green Munzze I parked the car at Whitehorse road and took a stroll in. The day was perfect for it. I love the hide, very creative thanks McAdies
needed to get out for a walk and this cache and a nearby one gave me the opportunity to stretch my legs and power on!
Very clever. The cache name makes sense now. I wonder if any of the locals have tried to use it? TFTC McAdies
Cache zombified.
Was in the area at the hardware store and decided to have a wander along the creek since the sun was out for a change. Very clever cache. Cache in good order.
Tftc from ZombieCats.

Searched around for a parking spot and found the one provided anyway. A nice walk on a warmish day and the cache was soon found.
Found with geokid after the CITO event and before the afternoon tea event, even had sucha lovely day for a walk through an area we have never stopped at, we never realised this area was here and a lovely place for a walk. Nice hide, geokid spotted this one and went in the retrieval for me to sign, TFTC
Continuing on from another cache we took the opportunity to add this one to our smilies. Geokid1 made a quick find of this one while I was still going around in circles trying to get the GPS to settle. TFTC.
Staying a few days in Ballarat on our tour of Australia using Geocaching as a guide.
Isn't this game SO FABULOUS! It takes us to places of interest in so many towns. We have met many people over our few years who we are proud to call friends just through this crazy game!
Cachers usually have a common interest to show off your home town and the many places you would like people to visit. So today we explored Ballarat using Geocaching.
Keep on having FUN with Geocaching. Just what Geocaching is worldwide to 2.6+million people so they can't be wrong! So keep at it full steam ahead guys!
We managed to find your cache today, thanks for feeding our GeoAddiction. Mr Felix walked to these few caches and managed to capture some munzees whilst here too.
Our day was not without some worry moments. We were nearly stuck in a ditch in the GeoCruiser which would have been very embarassing and also very cold! ( almost out of petrol too)

I stopped on my bike to check where the nearest cache was to me and it was literally under my feet.
Sorceysal, Tess the geodog and I headed up to Ballarat today to try to grab just a few of the many caches still unfound for us up here. Tess certainly enjoyed the walk down to this one from above. Thankful the blackberries and boxthorns had been burnt off since last time I attempted these two down here.
Thanks McAdies for another of your well placed hides, quickly found once the title sunk in.

Headed to Ballarat today with the bogonghazys to complete the BSRT series, the symbol series and to pick up a few extra smilies along the way. A day full of laughs with good company.
Easy way or hard way. BH decided on the hard way of course. What a challenge. Thanks McAdies

As I am not a local, it was more difficult than I thought to get to this trail! But an amazing walk and nice caches along the way TFTC
After being in Ballarat last w/e I decided to return but this time with the mountain bike to grab some of the various creek caches and other trail guys not that I mind walking but this seemed a better option.
Parked near the entrance to the tip. Gear on and off to the second along this trail. This is the second time I have written this log as the first did not appear so lets hope this one is successful. Thanks guys.

Found by Mary & David at 1340. Took the short steep approach to the three caches in this part of the trail, and found each of them after a brief search. We have always enjoyed caches along various sections of this trail over the years, and today was right up there with our previous walks. Managed the round trip to and from the car park in around 35 minutes. Our thanks to McAdies.
We found your cache Yarrowee Creek Trail - Powerful Billabong whilst munzeeing along the trail, i was looking for a munzee at this point which I didnt find, but accidentally found your cache!

Not a bad spot. I was the first one to write in the new log. Something about it feels gratifying. TFTC.
Suscoe and the rogaining sister were out and about today on a search for smilies.
This was our 14th find of the day.
A cool day followed us today.
A quick find here, but sadly the log had suffered in the deluge,
An email to the CO alerted them to the problem.
We did the descent which was a bit of fun!
Thanks to the McAdies for showing us this spot.

We retrieved the cache this afternoon to make repairs to it.
there is a replacement in place to find in the meantime.

Out caching with Fergzter on a hot night. A great little camo and a nice night to go for a walk along the trail. TFTC.
Out on a night geocaching adventure with LionJRB we decided to strike south and find some more geocaches on the Yarrowee Ck Trail. After parking at the top of the hill we descended and were off to make our finds. We found this hide in good order cept for the bugs who were swamping my headtorch and going in my mouth (YUCK). Soon switched that to the Red setting and they left me alone a bit more to sign the log with LionJRB. A good little hide that deserves a fav point. TFTC McAdies.
A new year means new year resolutions. One of these is to get fitter so after a late night and a sleep in we gingerly headed out for these three caches. We did the long walk. Well sulkybear and I walked with the geodogs and the geokids (aged 3 & 5) rode their bikes. A great walking track. All caches were nice quick finds. Now for an afternoon of rest! Lol. Thanks so much
Continuing along the trail, the walk was a great opportunity for us to chat. Before we knew it, we were at this cache and spotted this fun hide. A favourite point for the inventive hide, one that I haven't seen before!
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Second for the ride. Quickly spotted the interior socket mounted external so was soon on my way.
Thanks for bringing me here.

Ballarat turned on a brilliant sunny spring Sunday to search for a few local caches, after learning more about the intricacies of wherigos at the Where I B? Event. There werre a few people out and about on the trail, none of them geocachers.
Thanks to McAdies for the hunt.
