4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache
The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

We didnt even get out of the car. the previous logs make it clear that it has something to do with the canon at GZ.
There is NO canon at GZ currently.

GPS had us at a wooden rail. Couldn't find a cache there so read the logs and many mentions were made of a cannon. There is no cannon here anymore but you can see where the mounts for it were.
But perhaps we were just making too many assumptions here.
Thanks.

Nice hide, turned out a quick find. Found it on a caching trip to Katanning to stay at the new Premier Mill Hotel with Hally 4. TFTC
On an epic journey with kiwinic to grab a few local kataning caches and try to collect all the souvenirs ending with the turtle and then there was the canon!! I hate canons!! But my keen eye spoted this one in seconds TFTC
Wow. That was a tricky one. Very nearly gave up but one more look from BekkiLM and she found it. TFTC
Really felt confident I'd find it, but no luck, I didn't like putting my hand in all those places
Out and about on a two day road trip through parts of the Great Southern with grandma allinaday. We visited many interesting spots and saw lots of interesting things. We also found many great caches, so TFTC and the fun we had searching for them.
On a bit of a road trip (close to 2000km by the time we get home) grabbing some LGAs and adding to my smileys
Our plan is just to drive and stopover at the nearest town to where we are when it starts getting dark. But we have on our list Katanning, Nyabing, Gnowangerup, Borden, Jerramungup, Ravensthorpe, Esperance, Grass Patch, Salmon Gums, Dundas area, Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, Coolgardie, Southern Cross, Westonia, Merredin, Kellerberin, Tammin, Cunderdin and finish off caching in Meckering
Was debating on this one, well a nano on a cannon doesn't look easy. But lucky for me I let muggle put his hands in places I wouldn't and again he came up trumps when I needed it and it,only took him a minute or two
TFTC
Replaced cache as found

After caching in Nyabing with iluvtrekking in the morning we headed back to Katanning to grab a few more caches on our weekend foray. Although we usually cringe when we see this type of feature, we usually are able to pull off the find - and we did today! Thanks josstaylor.
Cruising around Katanning with richlink looking for caches. We located this one soon enough, some days you can be lucky, thanks josstaylor.
Stopped by with a little hint from the CO and found the cache. Very good hide and great camo TFTC
TFTC. Tor and Betsy, the travelling Westies roaming WA at present. We are from Oxenford near the Gold Coast in Queensland and thoroughly enjoying the West.
On a country drive with barnzy12 heading eventually to Katanning to pick up a few FTF caches and then a maintenance run on the way back to Perth. TFTC

FTF! Around 9am. Made the journey to Katanning today after seeing two new caches drop earlier in the week and a few more last night.
Was a good drive up from Albany, a bit later than I would have liked, thinking maybe someone else had their eye on the FTF's.
I had a quick look for this as the 3rd FTF but gave up after five mins thinking someone maybe be chasing me and could snare a few. Second look took a few minutes.
All were in good condition and nicely placed. Thanks joss.
