Very sorry to see a big change in the environment here.Looks like more housing going up.Old fence and trees have gone....including my lovely Camoed Bison .Prize if anyone finds it !Might put a new cache in a different part of the reserve soon....
The fence is down, so I don't think it's here anymore. Instead, we found an old used condom. People are wilddd.
This is very close to home for me....so it was no trouble to put new log paper replacement in and remove the full one!
It would appear the ivy has a real grip on the fence and is trying to pull it down!
This is one of my oldest placements!

More ivy than i was expecting, then stood there staring with the thing 10cm from my face for far too long!
Nice quick find overall though and a dry one for the day!

What an attractive GZ with all the wisteria in bloom. Made a quick find once I looked higher than at first. T4tc
Tricky as we didn’t realise we had to look up! Bright green caribena helps it show through the ivy
It took a wee while to find, though got there in the end, after reading and then rereading older logs. Thanks.
I'm in Auckland to house sit while my mother is overseas visting family. Today was wet and windy, though the rain had less heavy bits. Also it is great weather for caching in playgrounds. With any luck the weather may fine up. I'm not holding my breath!
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Was glad of the red tape, but still needed to give directions to Daddypig's hand for him to reach it.

Had to have quite a hunt here for my own cache!.
Have made it a bit more obvious as it was hard to see....

3/3 here and on a roll. This one took me a little longer than the others, hanging and ivy are a deadly due. After reading the CO's note about red tape on your left I reset myself and soon had the cache in hand. All good and replaced as found and off for another now, up to 69 supernannny caches in total, maybe will get to 100 before other COs?
Had a JP meeting at the library at 10 this morning so headed over in good time for him to arrive and notarize my document. After half an hour it was realized it was a wasted trip for that so left disappointed. Whilst I was nearby I headed and did some caches on some roads and areas not previously visited. A fine haul of 3 supernannny caches, a kiwicouple one and a Multi I've been working on for a while, thanks all COs.

Came here with my grandchildren to check.
Pleased to say it is still here....
Above head height.
I broke off some ivy leaves to make it easier to see...

Funny.....looked in one more place and I found it!
All good....If you look for red tape on tree....then when that is on your left... go to fence.
Above head height...small camo coloured metal bison tube
Cheers...

Doing a few Daily caches for the 3-2-1 Souvenir. Arrived at GZ just on Sunset. At least there was a little light to locate this little Gem. Did not want to stir the natives. TFTC
Took a bit of hunting around to get this one, but we got there in the end! Idaho Falls TB was along for the ride here too, but we'll both be moving on from here. Found with telesia, TFTC!
Great find, really well camouflaged. Once you see it it stands out right in your face. Great job and found with bapboy1996
I remember visiting this park when I was a real newbie, and struck out in my search. Happened to be in the area, so made a second attempt at locating. This time I had more luck and it was in the second place I looked.
Thankfully with a nice clear description and great coordinates, I found this almost right away. Another neat little park to discover while out caching, TFTC
Thought we were going to have some serious problems with ivy diving here, but surprisingly we found this quite quickly. TFTC!
Nice easy find, anorher one for the grandys, but view will be better for my 11yr 5ft8 baby
Was on my way home but stopped here cos supernannny says that it is def here....and it was. Still took me a wee while but got there I did. TFTC
Came here today with a bright gold bison....
But when I went to hang it I saw the original camoed bison !
So all good to go!
I have moved it a bit lower to eye height now ....Very easy to see.
Hanging from a silver carabiner.
Happy hunting.

Found today with Gnome62. Bit of a search with both of us. Thanks for the cache
This one took us so long to find. Just as we were going to give up, we spotted the camo bison tube hiding in its place. Very well hidden. Tftc!
It hasn't been found for a while, but it is definitely there Cache container is nicely hidden and camouflaged. TFTC
Ivy is right up there with flax. [B)]
I searched in a certain type of location until I reread the description and changed my approach. It was still a difficult find. TFTC.

Today I decided to see if I could convert some little green boxes into smilie faces around the Swanson area. I searched for a while, then on reading the description carefully zeroed in on the little blighter. Thanks supernanny.
This one took a few minutes to locate and sure enough it blends in very well with its surroundings. Glad to tick this one off the list - TFTC!
After the CITO in the area mike-miss and I decided to clean up some geocaches out west. That one took a while to locate annoying quite a lot of little fly’s in the process. TFTC
Spent some time searching in the greenery but didn't find it... lovely day out nonetheless and kids enjoyed the playground.
Very good find today while geocaching around the area.
Thanks for the fun cache!

FITW harisree
Lucklily for me, harisree already had the cache, so she could give me some hints. "Don't look that low!" But we still had to search for some time. "Look higher somewhere!!" Probably because of dark and the fact that we did not take the flashlight. "Look around this high!!"
Thanks for the cache!

First looked on the wrong side of the park but once we got our bearings we found it. Cool hide TFTC
After Daniel's place, we headed to this one. Above head height.. hmmm.. ? Bit high for us. Got it on toes...
Bumped again with CO Thank u supernanny for bringing us here. Sakti didn't want to leave the place!

Out West today picking up some easy caches. Starting to rain when we got to this park so not surprising that there was no one around which suited us. Quick find. TFTC
I had a few hours to spare today to go and find a few caches. I decided to head west and wander around a few locations familiar and unfamiliar - well its all changed since I lived here over 25 years ago. This took me longer to find than it should have done. If I'd read the listing properly, I would have found it quicker. TFTC, Biggles.
Out n about picking up a few, rain being held at bay thankfully

3rd visit to this park today and finally empty! Nice quick easy find, loved the cool little cache! Last one for me today i think! TFTC
Thankfully there were no kids in the nearby playground so we could have a good look. I thought this might take longer than it did, but my gps soon took me to the right spot.
No kids here today and the rain was a good excuse to hide in the trees! Took me a while and I got scratched and cut on the thorny plants in there too! Got it in the end! Tftc

TFTC. Nosy kid in the playground asking what we were doing. Thought the cops were going to show up at any time
Returned to this site after previously having been here when a young family was around and we decided to avoid looking dodgy. A quick find and departure today.
Revisited this one after the park being busy on our last visit. Found quite quickly. Thanks
For the last one of the day, it gave us a lot more trouble than we thought it would. We were there searching for ages in amongst the leaves, completely forgetting the clue that we read out in the car before approaching GZ. After finally deciding to pay attention to the clue, we found it instantly. Note to self - USE THE CLUE. TFTC
I was thinking about a needle-in-the-haystack type find as I approached, but it was the first place I looked. The hint certainly helped. Thanks.
I saw Gorby's message and rushed up the road to check this cache ! I have fixed the bison tube and it is all secure again . Thank you .
I took my sisters very keen little doggie with me to investigate this cache I have been hearing much about!! Again another park by supernanny that I haven't been to! Arrived here with good intentions but the cache came loose for no apparent reason so after signing the log, I re-posited it as best I could and let the C.O. know of the situation.
Was just about to give up because we looked in all the ivy but at the last second the cache
revealed itself,Nice cache love the camo

Vistra and I were out again today picking up some of the West Auckland caches that have popped up all over the place.
Oh no another Supernanny cache, but nope its OK we have broken the DNF streak and found it, a bit higher than I was expecting I wouldn't have been able to reach it and I am the same height as supernanny, so moved it down just a touch so I could reach it as well.

Joined up with Yorkshirekiwi83 this afternoon to knock off a few of our unfound West Auckland caches. After 2 DNFs in a row we were determined to find this one and we eventually did at a height of about 6'8''! TFTC!
