I am up in Coffs Harbour as my father is recovering from an operation (very slowly) and I need to look after my 79 y.o. blind mother. So will be here for a few weeks at least I expect making regular trips from Woolgoolga to the Coffs Harbour hospital. Today after visiting my father who is doing much better now, we had a spot of lunch and went back to find him asleep. So I left mum with him while I went out to get stuff at Bunnings and hopefully hit the beach. Well it was blowing a gale on the coast and really messy with nobody swimming, so I guess it was caching time instead for a short while.

Just popped down for a swim and saw a. Ache only a few hundred metres away. No pen today but hopefully CO will allow the find to stand
Day 2 Coffs Harbour
Todays trip was south towards Sawtell. We saw some interesting places & magnificant ocean views & found some very tricky caches.

LucasSmurf had wanted to go to the beach again and since he had fallen asleep in the car we continued driving. When he woke, his was the closest one so we headed there.
After playing in the sand and it starting to get cold, we headed back tot he car and I thought "i'll just check..."
20 metres away. Couldn't resist. Was a quick find in the end and we were soon on our way home for some dinner.

Our looking party of 4 could not find it, even after using all the hints and tips in the comments and spending a good while looking. Some surfing muggles came up and asked what we were doing and said good luck.
#857 On our way through heading south and needed a cache today to fill in another September square in the year. Thanks for the cache here klr kenny, SL as 'cg' because cloudglider takes up too much space in a small log sheet.

But the group of yobbo holiday makers still settling into their accommodations were not going to stop me finding this cache
A nonchalant poke around while sipping a can of fizzy cola and I felt ... a cache

Found with Julie & Peter, what a fabulous outlook both up and down the beach. We had to admire the view for a few minutes while a nearby muggle loitered at the nearby seat. Once he had gone the cache was quickly in hand and we were just about to replace it when another muggle came down to check things out as well. Lucky my geohubby likes a chat so while he distracted the muggle we quickly replaced the cache in it's little hidey hole. Thanks for bringing us here, fav point for the view
Found while up in Coffs on holidays visiting family. Unfortunately it's raining, but nothing stops us from finding a cache or 3.

Had a inquisitive neighbour come over!!! but everything aok when he departed!! yhanks kir kenny..Neat little cache - haven't found a container like this before. I didn't have a pen so couldn't sign log! Lovely view from GZ.
I was pretty stealthy was muggle watching the ocean has no idea I was there. Took Nothing Left nothing. Slgned Log nice spot for a cache
Found at 8:45 AM in the company of Temingi GAFF1. GPSr was all over the place at first, but then it settled down to around 5 metres allowing us to hone in on the hide.
A great view from up here even though it was overcast and the surf quite messy and rough.
