I probably should have made note of the directions given in the description as I tromped through more bush than I probably needed to. Took pewter koala, left Beaver TB.
Anyways, I got to see quite a bit of King's Park on this trip.

Decided on an early morning raid on the caches in Kings park. This was the first cache of the morning nice quick find whilst strolling around the backtracks of the park and dodging the exercising Muggles.

Nice bush walk.
Found it but Hannah got scared by a spider that was guarding the cache.

Found by Mary & David at 1815. Breathtakingly beautiful wildflowers. Found some established tracks and geotrails so we didn't have to stand on anything. Another marvellous cache. Can't beat three finds from one parking spot, and we've managed to do that twice today. TNLN. Our thanks to Team Gunn Parker.
Nice walk through the park, and well away from the flower festival festivities. Nice flowers around here as well. Peaceful spot away from the crowds, TNLNSL, thanks Team Gunn Parker.
Found on my second attempt had to watch out for spear throwers near DNA tower. This cache was full of water and had a cracked lid i suggest that you replace the container.

I was able to carefully leave this cache insitu while I opened it. Lovely surroundings on such a peaceful cool Perth day for this cache just before sundown. Clear skies and thanks TGP for the cache, TeamAstro.
Had a great walk - the clue did not help us very much but spotted the cache .

A day in the Park, fantastic little collection of caches here, enjoyed our first little 'bushwalk', visiting WA from Cape Town. TFTC - TB Storm chaser on move, in Deck cards

An easy find this time 'round, in exactly the same spot as I was looking last time. Apparently having your eyes open while caching is a good idea . Took Dino TB and left a Canadian dime. Thanks Andrew!
Found the cache on a wet and windy Vietnam Veteran's Remembrance Day (our Memorial is only about 1300 metres from GZ).
LCC, TN, L car.
Dropped Dr Hibbert tb and Storm Chase TB.
Dr Hibbert has spent some time in WA and seen a lot of the state, but might want to move on now. He eventually wants to return to his home town of Springfield. There are Springfields in SA, Tas, NSW and Qld, as well as in the USA.
It wasn't very stormy, just wet and windy, but maybe someone will move him on to a stormier place from here.

I convinced the boss that we needed a walk in the early evening while visting from Adelaide for business. An 8 km round trip walk from the motel was well worth it as it was a fantastic walk and we were met with some wonderful views. The police had a nearby area cordoned off and we were shadowed by the police helicopter as we disappeared into the bush to retrieve the cache. Not a great idea to dig things up in the bush with the police nearby looking for bodies, but the boss said that he would do the talking!! TFTC
We have been so busy lately that we have not been able to do as many caches as we would like and "Northing" was burning an hole in our pockets so called in on the spur of the moment to drop it off. Thanx for the hunt. TNLN
We had a quick search when we got to the co-ordinates but were unable to find the exact point.

Found in the pouring rain but that meant no muggles around so a nice leisurely stroll to the GZ. Wow, never seen this type of container that big before - we seem to only have the smaller ones in Canberra. Great! There weren't any trackable so left a few and an untrackable Oak Coins leaf token. TFTC
Dropped in to log this cache whilst releasing a TB nearby. Thanks for the hunt. TNLN. Bandit Bruce.
Finding the cache was not very hard, but finding a way to the GZ.......
Took Homer out of the cache.

This was very well hidden by the last finder. We nearly gave up. Have only now just read last note on website after visiting today...sorry didn't look through log book to find Feb 18 visitor. Took golf ball. Left hippo and card. TFTH.
Greetings from South Africa.
Next cacher - a favour please. One of our Fish Eagle geocoins went missing from this cache in February. The log by "Hedgie" on 18th Feb, says that they were second at the cache that day and the coin was gone. The other visitor has not logged the cache or the coin on GC.com - perhaps a newbie? Please check the cache logbook, and let us know who the other visitor on 18th Feb was.
Happy caching....
Edit July 16th : Big thanks Bandit Bruce for the feedback - now we have the information, and can follow up the missing coin.

Were glad that we decided to look for this one whilst completing another cache in the area – as its location came as something of a surprise (only because we hadn’t been watching the gps close enough, nothing wrong with the hidey hole!)!! TN, L green dinosaur and small green frog. Thanks!
didnt find it, mainly because it was already dark and half the hint was missing in my gps. will try again.
Found it a 5:58pm with no torch! Jee I miss summer, I forgot how dark it got so quick. Stumbled back though the car by the light of my GPS.
Good spot, well off the track for Kings Park.

When visiting from Victoria I was motivated to do an early morning walk up to this magnificent park and find a couple of caches. I really enjoyed climbing the tower and seeing Perth start to wake up before finding this cache at 07:15.
TNLNSL.
Nice one - thanks Team Gunn Parker.
P.S. I didn't notice any TBs in the cache when I was there.

A hot walk in the bush rewarded us with a bonus today. Whilst on the way to this one, we stumbled onto another cache, which apparently saved us 2 hours of walking .
Accurate co-ords had us find this one in no time. Very pleased to find a decent-sized container. TNLN. Cheers

Just dropped in to drop off the Easting TB. Please keep this TB in easy caches within 30km of the Perth GPO as it is needed for another cache.
This one was a lot harder to find 2nd time around, my GPSR was jumping around all over the place...

A nice easy find after climbing the DNA Tower and enjoying the view. Our first find on a holiday to Perth. Nice and close to our old house in Subiaco. The cache was found by a friend's 8 year old daughter. Thanks for bring me back to Kings Park.
Last one for the afternoon the geokiddies were starting to wilt. Great location and very well hidden by last cacher, enough timber on top of the box to start an industry. Out: Rhino In: Pair of dice TFTH.
Nice stroll from TB Passport Centre, GCJV3X which is not all tha far away.

Great spot and a great container for the cache. Some fantastic log entries from overseas visitors.
Thought I may as well bag another cache while in the area.

Called by this afternoon on a bug raid, but was beaten to it by a team this morning. Looks like they took Little Griz's Compass Coin and will know doubt log it out in the near future. While here dropped off Slimey's Slimy Frog to enjoy Kings Park. Cache is looking good.
Found with muggle David at 7:00am on a beautiful sunny morning before work. Enjoyed the views on the way. TFTC.
Dropped off Grand High Pobah, Steppin Up and Tumbleweek Geocoins, took USA Geocoin.
I messed up and recorded three travel bugs to this cash, actually went to Kings Park Travel Bug Hotel, but I don't have the tracking numbers anymore.
DNF. Searched high and low for about 30 minutes sifting through what seemed like tons of pine needles to no avail. Other caches to find. Next time.
Out for the day with Dad dropping a heap of trackables. Apparently I took less than half the time to find it than he did, I won't repeat what he said.

I followed the lead of those before and got a stick and started poking until I found metal. Worked a treat

This one gave me a hard time, GPS was settled and reading 1m but for the life of me I couldn't locate it so I went around poking a stick into the ground. I eventually made my way back to GZ and hit metal and found the cach 2m from the GPS. Ain't that the way, it's always in the last place you look

Third cache found today. This one threw me for a bit, my triangulations were still pointing me about 5 meters away from the actual cache location. Didn't have any hints with me, so finally found a stick and started prodding in places I really didn't want to put my hands first. Finally heard a clunk, and then discovered an obvious clue already present. Duh!

Nice walk, didn't take anything but wrote in the log book. Great hide! Mannings@henley
Found this one, the third for the day. We did notice that is was fairly close to another cache, but wont tell you which one. We took a movie trivia book and left a Rhino pen.
Visited this one after "Australian TB Passport Centre" as it was only a short walk away. Well done (and thanks) Team Gunn Parker on keeping the location of the cache moving as I'm sure that damage to the veg could occur.TNLN.
Stoped by today and changed the container to an ammo tin and replaced the log book, this is the third log book for this cache.

This cache took a little longer to find than I had expected because my GPS was acting quite erratic. Found at last - 2nd for the day. The cache log was a little damp & quite full, so just had to find a blank page to write on.

Found this cache after a lengthy poke around the pine needles. Lovely sunny winter's day again - excellent for wandering the park. Cache quite damp, logbook full so spare space out of order had to be used.
