I'm sure it is there but too well camouflaged for me today. Aren't some muggles strange? They hear you crashing around in the bush and continue walking like you don't exist.
Being a newby to geocaching, I can appreciate the efforts that went into this hidden catche. It blends into the outdoors natural environment perfectly. Thank you Smallwombat. Can you make it a 4 or 5 difficulty, I am yet to get one of those.
Cache is still there. I guess the uv really helps to hide this one. Might up the difficulty again.
No find today. After looking at the photo, it shouldn't be hard to see! Will be back another time!
It's still there.
Rode here today with sunshine58 to have a look.. I wasn't sure, but suspected it might still be there.
Dug around a little and there she was.
This things a tank.
Probably outlast us.
Two odd metres off the path.
Stand back and look with the eyes first.
Happy geocaching!

DNF. We had a look around without bush bashing.. turned over a lot of suspicious rocks, we will return after someone finds it or after it’s restored
Not my favourite cache place. I tried this one several time back in 2016 but couldn't manage a smilie. Had discussions with the CO at the time but I wasn't able to get back until now. Thought I knew what I was looking for but it was not to be. There has obviously been a lot of water through here and its a bit of a mess. I suppose one more try is the answer. Thanks electro man and smallwombat.
Shazza66 and I searched for way too long for this one, thinking we knew what we were looking for. Tried PAF, but they couldn’t remember. Oh well. The cache may well be there and we may have just been cache-blind.
So much flood debris. So much GPS bounce and trying to find a micro in all this we almost gave up. Found after a good hunt. Thanks smallwombat
Found it... Second time lucky. Hard for GPS to settle... Was 8m out for us. Knew what we were looking for this time after finding a similar one yesterday. Loving getting out as a family on the bikes hunting for geocaches. TFTC
smallwombat I found your cache Sippy Creek Pathway on 20/4/2022, 11:05 am. This is my find 3386 and find # 4 today. Knew what I was looking for but is it in the open or buried? Hint, let your GPSR settle then that will narrow your search. It is visible from the path. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Imagine my surprise when i found the cache at gz, exactly where i saw it last, despite clearly having been inundated with water recently and lottsa dnfs.
Aaaand the log was dry.
Huzzah!

No joy with this one after all the rain to hit this part of the world recently.

Fun day with chamad aiming to get 150 caches to qualify for the Sunshine Coast Challenge . Picking up caches from Sippy Downs, went south to Meridan Plains, clear out DNFs in Currimundi and finishing up at Foote Sanctuary area.
Thanks taking us here electro_man/smallwombat. This one is either too good or missing. We're on a mission, so we better keep moving.

Searches for about 45mins and couldn’t find. We have had some crazy rain and there is lots of debris so not sure if maybe it’s super covered
We headed today towards Sippy Downs to refresh memories and find some caches.

Found with Peppa. Nice little hidden walk in the burbs. Rather damp after our morning of rain - can't imagine it's never 'not damp' here
Back to avenge a DNF from many years ago… that I can’t even remember why I picked this particular cache to visit way back then…
Even with some GPS bounce it didn’t take long to spot the familiar container… returned the cache exactly as found… tftc…

Moved back to where it's supposed to be.
Please do not move a geocache to where it's "more convenient".
Replace where found.
All good to go again.

Dropped by here to check on things.
All good here, like a rock, not even floods affected this little guy.
Added a ziplock bag to the logbook.

Could easily be lost due to the floods otherwise sticking to the path it didn't seem to be in sight.
My passion for the actual hunting is non existant. I might just about spend as much time looking as the difficulty rating. Maybe, sometimes not even that long.
Despite the trees along the path GZ was in the full sun. I walked up a few metres, and back checking both sides. Looked at a few spots, but nothing jumped out at me and said here I am.

Visiting this lovely district from the Gold Coast with geo friends hatzofff, RoddyC and grannysmith 1947.

Up on the Sunshine Coast grabbing a few caches with Selva Girls and CuriousQuest. We pick up 22 caches for the day. We had lots of fun today. Sorry for the generic post. *3808* Finds
Out for a day of caching with Brislions and Mr CuriousQuest. Another quick find and sign and we were off to the net one. TFTC
Out and about with Selva Girls and Brislions today. A quick find was made here. We signed the log and replace the cache as found. TFTC
This was a tricky one! It was not what I was initially looking for but there it was! Log signed and replaced where found. Thanks for another cache electro_man.
Logs helped settle the debate on which side of the path we should be looking. Once that was settled we looked for the odd one out and soon had it. Tftc
Yeah tricky, but we knew what to look for with that hint. Just a matter of spotting it. A few metres from where the coordinates state. TFTC
Sneaky hide, found after a few minutes looking for the odd one out. A few muggle walkers came past but we maintained good stealth.
To the CO, the log was soaking wet inside, so couldn’t sign it. Suggest a plastic bag to keep the paper dry.

The geodog is loving the easing of restrictions not contained to the 2 parks in our suburb, I think I might it enjoy it just as much with a chance to do some much needed caching, enjoyed the walk and the cache TFTC
Couldn't find it! Not to sure if it's just us being beginers at this or if the recent heavy rain moved it. Mozzies like crazy!
Had the same issue as others who have found this one. Had to expand my search a bit (Gps out by about 6m) but soon enough had CIH. For anyone having trouble, the cache is on the southern side of the path.
TFTC!

In the Arvo after a road trip back down from Tin Can Bay, I decided to get this one on the bike. After a bit I realised I was on the wrong side of the path! Once back on track, I quickly made the find. Dipped a TB here also. TYFTC.
10:31:00 AM. Parked where we thought would be closer. That was wrong but we enjoyed our walk to find the correct path. No muggles at all out here and a nice walk to GZ. A brief search and the better half made the find. Log signed. Thanks for the cache electro_man
Well this was a sneaky little thing to find! My GPSr had me on the wrong side for starters, and, well, yeah... say no more! Great little hide, I set off with the brolly and found it while SS3J stayed in the car... it started raining just as I got back. Nice. Thanks for the cache, electro_man!
Very very sneaky, turned every rock both sides of the path before I decided too have one last cheeky look as the GF was walking away in frustration, signed and placed back TFTC!
Nice cache! I can see why there hasn’t been much success for it!! TFTC!! Beautiful little pathway for a walk!
Found it woohoo!! Very proud of this find, first one in a few years. Great idea for a hide. Well done, and thanks tshiz for joining me.
This cache hasn't been found in a very long time so CO might wanna check on cache. I tried to find it but was unsuccessful.
Hubby and I hit the bike paths around Sippy today to clean up on a few I did not have. At gz when I ran into electroman fiddling with his bike. Not believing his story he had to own up as I tell him we are here for the same thing! Must have amused him watching me disturb the ANT nest in my search. After searching blindly, cache was soon signed and returned. Tftc and your time Electroman.
After attending the Widgee event on the weekend Rhobocacher and I had a list of caches to do for hidden dates to fill Rhobo's grid.
We looked for this one for ages and it was our last one so it was frustrating not to be able to find it. We were both getting a bit tired and still had a drive home yet, so Rhobo PAF and I located it just as we were about to give up!

Out with wombles and co at the 2017 cacheup with the newbies event for a weekend of fun camping and of course caching Now well and truly on our way home and had a selection of caches to get on the way home. We finally found the right way to get into this cache. Oh my goodness we were tired by now our last cache for the day and the weekend and we still had to drive home. We didnt seem to have much luck this weekend with some caches that had a special something in common. So a quick PAF and we were told where to look however no success and when we were just about to give up Mrs Wombles found it, and Im so glad she did. Now time to get home to our waiting and loving families who have been missing us. TFTC
Out for the day on the Sunshine Coast with Brother Colin.
Certainly is a roundabout walk but the middle bit would really be soggy! Took some finding as it blended in well. TFTC, electro_man.

Today, IolantheK and myself, have planned a BIG day geocaching around the Sunshine Coast finding LOTS of them.
We had our first find around 6:30 am and our last find was about 6:00 pm with approximately 50 finds.
With both of us having cached around here before we sometimes had the case of this cache is for me and that cache is for you.
A bit of a search here before spotting the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
