Definitely put my thinking cap on for this one. Very fun geocache. Last person to try find this one was a bit of a silly sigma, DNF lol, couldnt be me
Best cache so far we have found!!!Scared us a bit Except the log paper wasnt there.
I sure got a fright when I found this one. You would think that after 5000 finds, some of which are a bit special, I would expect the unexpected. Fav point awarded for something with a little more creative effort than the norm.
This is my 2282. Cache was found on 12 Sep 2023 at 4:03 pm.
Quick find in a suspected spot.

A drive to the sunshine coast with Willis007 and Bella (geodog) to continue collecting caches on the sunshine coast LGA. Today was to continue with the Sunshine coast LGA challenge and to support E smileys Celebration event. We worked our way around the coastal areas collecting caches and spending time at caches that were not there . It was a fun day and will still have to come back again to this area to finish off the challenge.
This one was on our way to the event, a quick find here we signed the log and replaced all as found, onto the next one. Thanks for the cache all good with this one.

Heading to the lovely Sunshine Coast this morning for a Celebration Event with chamad and geopup, we stopped to collect some caches while in the area.
A quick find after arriving at gz, log signed and all replaced as found.
All is well with the cache.
Thanks electro man for the cache.

Enjoying my two day visit to the Sunshine Coast with geo friends. We decided to venture out into the quieter suburbs even though it's still very wet in most parks and places.
The good hint provided made for a quick find today, thanks CO.

Peppa and I had planned to attend the Meet the Canadian event at Mooloolaba today so to make a day of it, we left home at 7am to have a full day. Met up with E-Smiley, Snickersallan and GrannySmith1957 to continue our caching day.
Slowly getting closer to the event with still time to find a few more caches.
Another cache that was on our list.. Checked likely hides until Peppa and Snickersallan made the find. With logbook signed it was returned as found.

Patrol14 and I have journeyed to the Sunnie Coast for the Canadians at the Coast event in Mooloolaba this afternoon… deciding to make a full day of it we left the Southern burbs of Brisbane this morning at 7am…
Thinking we’d work our way through Mountain Creek we were joined by E_Smiley, Snickersallan and Grannysmith1947…
Like whenever we attempted to walk on the grass today, it didn’t take long to get bogged down in the caches…
The latest challenge cache on the Northside of Brisbane made this a must do for today… thankfully it was one of our quickest finds… the log though was mush so we replaced both the log and snap lock bag… tftc…

Tftc electro-man. Back up to the area to visit the sister-in-law, yet another visit in the last 20 years. First time though since I started caching. We've had many a meal at nearby tavern over the years.
Quick find but not without some interested critters to deal with.

From the clue, we decided what we were looking for before we even got there, and had made the find within seconds of arriving at GZ. A lovely hide, thanks for the cache!
Just as we thought. Whenever we come across these ... things, that's the first place we always check. We loved the little surprise waiting for us! Lovely hide. TFTC
Super clever and super fun. Spent 15 minutes searching before actually putting my thinking cap on and nutting it out
A quick park n grab thanks to the great hint. By hook or by crook, I'm the first in the (log) book

When here once before didn't find. Came back today after a little think and found it syraught away. A funny surprise too! Thanks.
Our day had started with a sleep in and a drive up to the university but we forgot it wasn’t a local public holiday. Our kids also forgot it was a public holiday at home because the call came through that they were all going out in different directions and one needed a lift to work. Two of them have licenses and cars and the other one could get her license if she wanted but still they want us to drive everywhere.
Here we are an hour away from home looking forward to having a nice lunch, a glass of wine, and finding some more caches and suddenly it’s on us to drop everything and head home to Uber the kids. Whoever told me having kids will be the best days of our lives really needs a kick in the arse. It was probably my mother or father looking to extract some revenge on me for ruining their lives. I can’t wait for my kids to grow up so I can enact the same revenge.
A nice quick find and now we need to head home early because kids suck. Mrs Woodyrothwell and I agreed to use homebrand fabric softener next time we wash their clothes to get our own back. Revenge is sweet. tftc

While camping in the area with my geodog Scruffy, we just had to get out and find a few more caches ...

An invite from Mrs Slow Puncture to cache on the Sunshine Coast was unexpected, but happily accepted. This cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC

Saturday. This one was a nice quick find (thank goodness). Selva Girls made the find here on this one and signed our names in the log . The hint was most helpful.
This was the 5th of 8 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***electro_man***, for showing us this place.

Other day I searched but did not find it. But yesterday was a One minute search and I found it! TYFTC!
A great hide. It dawned on me after a little bit of aimless wandering in the garden. Very worthy of a favourite from me. Had a nice early morning walk from Alexandra Beach, and this was on the way home. Did a big circuit that ended up with a walk of 14.85 km. TFTC and greetings from Tauranga, New Zealand
A brand new and improved cache is now in place.
