Logs
Not sure about jumping the fence here, seems at odds with the purpose of protection. Still, previous logs indicated it was required so over we went, found and signed

As she is younger, Schnappy96 jumped the fence while I read the clues, an easy find TFTC
Was unsure about jumping the fence but it was up to me as ol' Geogypsy read through the logs! Tfth

On the way to Chittering for the day, getting ready for the IGD weekend with BJA3 n tow.
Quick find at the obvious pile of suspicious rocks , TFTC and bringing us to this area Jacala-2010, another spot we didn't know existed, awesome!

Had to take the car out to Bullsbrook today for a service so took the opportunity to pick up a few roadside caches on the way back Good chance to clear up a few stray caches on the map... and this was one that I stopped at today. Pulled off the road at the gate and then hopped over the fence to GZ. Made an immediate find once there Spent a few minutes learning about these little tortoises from the handy info card in the cache. Great idea! Took a while to get the car turned around and back out onto GNH but no problems with the cache itself - a nice easy find TFTC
Is there more than one short necked tortoise in WA? Found the remains of one near another cache in Northam, appeared to be as a result of predation by fox. My daughter has a pet eastern long neck tortoise and until you have lived with one you can't appreciate the beauty and intellect of these animals. Native wildlife needs our protection. TFTC
Our daughter did a school assignment on the WST many years ago so they are something we were familiar with.
A pleasant day in Ellenbrook and surrounds hunting down some of the newly released caches.
TFTC Jacala-2010 this is find # 6530 for us.

Fantastic!! Thank you for the info on these gorgeous little turtles. A great spot x
Decided to head out early and pick up a few caches. I haven't been up this way for a while so I had a few annoying green boxes that I needed to turn into smiley faces. Most caches were found quite quickly with a few that took a bit of searching. TFTC Jacala-2010
Pick up this one on our way to Watheroo. Nice quick pick up on oh way past. TFTC Jacala-2010.

It was decided that we were headed to Bullsbrook & this cache we stopped at on the way Sent Master 5 to find this one & he was very happy to find it in the first spot he looked... TFTC Jacala-2010!

Good luck little tortoises. After many millions of years we hope you make a healthy recovery. www.thesoloavocado.com
This was a nice easy find on a nice afternoon. Lots of traffic on the road. I like these cache containers. Signed log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache.
Last time we were in Australia and spend our holiday in the western part of the country – that was fantastic!
We landed in Perth and from this great town we went to the east and the north – we were on the Wave Rock, in Kalgoorlie, in Nambung Nationalpark, on the Hutt Lagoon, in Kalbarri NP and on the Shark Bay.
All the time we visited there the main attractions – but we wanted to do our hobby (geocaching), too.
So we looked for the boxes next to the highways and on all the wonderful places during our tour.
Here we could found the box very well, we say thanks to the owner and thanks for the cache.

Great work by the turtle conservation group to see this fella have a hope at survival..Enjoyed the cache also..TFTH SL cheers mate
Stopped by here to see if I could find a GCA movable that was left here a while ago. Didn't find that, but did find this cache. Had nptocied the hiding spot, but didn't take any notice of it at first because it didn't match the hint for the GCA cache that I was looking for. Then I checked my GPSr while on the way back to the geoCamry and realised that this one is here as well, and I already knew exactly here I would find it.
SL. Thanks for the hide Jacala 2010

Brilliant cache - easy to find but with a wonderfully educational description. The conservation effort of many to save the tortoise is commendable. On that basis - a favourite from me!
Thanks, way-finder

This popped up on the TomTom as I was driving past. Haven't seen one of these brutes in a while. Took the last pathtag and left my own. TFTC
