Another cache that has gone MIA, will archive to free up some space for another hide!
A lot if rubbish around here. Probably since maccas opened up. Maybe someone has moved it?
Rain was just starting but we had a pretty good look to no avail, if the hint is correct then I think this has gone
4.40pm - Trip to Auckland with the Squirrel and a couple of new cachers on board with us. No real plans but with one multi cache in mind. With this ticked off it was just a day of increasing our cache numbers. A good with some interesting cache hides with a couple needing needing repairs and a couple of misses. Thanks to all the cache owners for todays trip. SLTFTC
Visiting Auckland with Nerweed and Gap (of Fap and Gap)... In the city to complete a job and for cache purposes...
We decided to spend the remainder of our afternoon in the Flat Bush area. There are so many caches tucked away in this rabbit warren piece of South Auckland. We could spend a week in here, and just be scratching the surface...
Most of the caches we found today were fairly typical urban hides. Some need new logs, or complete overhauls... There is no place to hide in this urban jungle. We were visible to the whole neighbourhood. A quick find thankfully... TFTC.

We were in the area to shop at the nearby Pak n Save and took a detour to look for some of the caches in the area. The most difficult part of getting this one was finding a place to park but once we had squeezed into a gap and made a short walk to GZ the cache was soon in hand.
Nice location, we will be back sometime for a walk to have a better look. TFTC.

Easy find, the container seems loose or maybe broken cause water has leaked inside it... tftc
Once we had checked our gps and discovered we were in the wrong set of rocks, we quickly regrouped and found where the correct set of rocks were. Nice easy drive by cache - well nice and easy if you check the coordinates properly and don't leave the pen in the car and have to go back for it!! Thanks again NZTs.
Driving around Flat Bush this after noon enjoying a spot of caching and this was next on our radar. So after we finaly park up we check the GPSr (/phone) and head for some rocks. The only problem, as it turned out, was that they were not the rocks that we were after. We soon spotted our mistake and looking at our phone, spotted other rocks that could be likely culprits.
The cache was spotted by Mr. Kiwi on first glance at GZ. It was left up to our priestly companion to retrieve the log. Then for the formalities. What was that?No Pen? Rookie mistake. A quick walk back to the car by Mrs. Liver Bird to get the geo-kit with pens, and the log was signed by all and the cache replaced back where it was found.
TFTC.

Drove up and realised we should have approached in an anticlockwise direction as road width and parked vehicles meant it was very tight. A quick find on a quiet but fine and sunny morning.
Ooops .... meant to say this was the real narrow road street ....put it on previous log by mistake ...
Anyway , nice quick find late at night and no muggles.
Thanks NZT

24 learners from Ormiston Primary School popped by to say hi to the travel bug named Richard. Sadly, he wasn't to be found But we did stash some swag - White wrist band. TFTC!
On the way home from the big group wherigo meet up. Nice to have a quick one to grab between rain showers! TFTC
Out and about with the Davidson clan getting some caches in the area. No one around here this morning so we were able to get this one easily. Gosh this area is expanding, I remember when it was all farmland.
Quick find and was pleased not be get covered in mud in the process after last night's rain. Off to Tongariro for Easter so grabbed the travel bug to take on an adventure.
Out with lokky1 for the day. Heading to beachlands for a change and stopped off on the way! Quick find. Log is a bit damp but still useable!
After failing our last cache, we got this one! Easy find fortunately. Quiet area at this time of the night. 8pm. Might move here one day, it's a nice area.
Super easy find. It was a bit exposed, so we tried to cover it a little better...
TFTC. A nice quick drive by.

Out this afternoon with MoveStar to secure the NZ/AU/NZ cache as we had done the AU/NZ/AU yesterday (finally . . . phew) and this was the last one on our list for the day. A quick find by MoveStar and we were off home. TFTC
Was out on a hunt with Geo Kids as usual. An easy find .Couldnt find the trackable though.. tftc
A quick find this evening on the way home after a gym session to fill another dot day on our calendar matrix. Thanks for the cache!
Easily found just had to make sure we didn't slip when gettting to it. Out on a walk after a few beers grabbing some local caches nearby. Tftc
A quick find on my way home. Found it quite exposed, so hid it a bit better. Got a couple of strange looks by passers-by, and got very concerned when a white panel van slowed down and stopped opposite where I was loitering! Turned out that the suspicious-looking fellow inside it was just waiting for his friend! Whew.
No TB inside though
TFTC NZTravellers!!!

First find of the day on another mapping update of the area. A great muggle challenge for me here this morning. Expect this will be a large subdivision in the not too distant future, mtftc
Out and about after work this afternoon for some well deserved caching before the trip home. Parked up and made the short walk to GZ. Stepped down and spotted the hide immediately. I didn't see a trackable in the cache. Cheers for the cache placement!
Another quick find whilst walking with my geo dogs. A distinct curry odour I think, glad I had had dinner before I came out or might have made me hungry. TFTC
Had a look in the pond for some fish, but none visible. Quickly found the cache and signed the log. All quiet here apart from the builders up the road. TFTC

thanks for the placement

Over the past couple of days I have been taking some medicine to diminish the caching withdrawal symptoms by visiting a few caches. Today is another medicine taking day with the symptoms slowly diminishing.
This one didn't take long to sign off.
Cheers for the cache.

After finishing up with some work meetings not too far from here, I had time for a couple of caches before heading off in search of dinner. This was the second one I came to. Like previous logger this was easier than anticipated. TFTC, Biggles.
Had a super day out with Josie and her owner finding lots of caches all around this area. We ended up doing quite a circuit of the area and couldn't walk past this one without stopping to look. TFTC
Nice sized cache, wish we had brought along something decent to leave inside. Is it just me, or do all these houses look the same? TFTC.
Mr P was parking the car while I wandered off to find the cache... unfortunately he had the pen so I waited at GZ and enjoyed the sunshine. T4tc
Out with the kids on bikes today - we were fooled by a second similar spot, but got there in the end.
I was looking for something smaller in a variety of different places, but then found the cache elsewhere. I'm so proud to be 7TF, but I'm sure no one else cares. XNSL. TFTC.
I remember seeing these house been built. And also when some were bare land. Strange to see it now.
Almost got attacked by a local bird.

FTF AGAIN, Christmas is coming at once today this is the second first to find how exciting thank you for the cache.
Dropped a track able to say thank you.

After another FTF in this area I decided to make my way over here whilst waiting for more publications.
This was a nice quick find. I particularly loved the little eyes that had been stuck in the lid of this one and the trail of feet that lead the way to the cache - a favourite for this.
STF on this one and I have taken the TB for a trip. Thanks for the cache.
