Logs
Out for a Monday adventure to complete the 4 Waterfalls and a Lookout AL, and find other caches along the way. I was passing through Palmwoods and couldn't leave this one unfound after last week's debacle. Parked up at the end of the cul-de-sac and wandered on over. A few muggles about, but they were far too busy bringing large objects back and forth from the building. After a short search and looking at a different angle I quickly had the cache in hand. Thanks for the cache spiderwebbs4!
Came here to rectify this DNF, but a muggle was sitting in their car right at GZ! Came back later from an unsuccessful search nearby and they were STILL THERE. Just doing nothing! Today is not my day.
The grevillea has indeed been pruned so no longer provides any cover for the hide. I replaced the container today in the same location but not within the tree. It is now a smaller container of the mint tin variety sitting in the groove.Happy Hunting!!
I think a muggle may have moved the cache cause it was not there and a lot of people have not found it in a row so I think it needs a replacement
No luck for me today. Searched and searched and searched but no container to be found.

When I pulled up I had that feeling that I had been here before. I don’t know what Déjà vu is, or even how to spell it, but I know it goes well with hollandaise sauce. Everything seemed familiar but there wasn’t a DNF on our map.
We weren’t the only ones at the guide hut. There was some sort of Film Noir gathering because everyone was wearing black and white and drinking champagne. Noir is another word I don’t understand but I think it means, back in a time before colour was invented.
At least at this corner we were sheltered from the colourless crew. In fairness the only other colour apart from black and white we could see were the flashes of grey on the top of heads. All the bubbles and laughter meant no one was paying attention to us. tftc

Aaaw we were all newbies once. Wanted to stop to have a look after the three DNFs. Cache was spotted as soon as we approached. Not a 1L anymore but camoed container with geo logo on it. Container was empty and all we had to use what we had on hand to sign which was a piece of brown grocery paper bag! Had a lovely chat with two nearby muggles who were decorating the hall for an upcoming creative performance. TFTF 
The garden was not well maintained so it made it even more difficult and in the end we gave up.
Staying with some muggle friends and snuck out to grab some caches. Quick find on my way back home.

For the second week in a row I jumped in the Geo van and headed north for a few days of caching. I spent Friday night staying near the glass house mountains before kicking off the day with a few traditional
After making my way to ground zero I quickly spied the hide, which I soon extracted and made my mark on the log. The cache was quickly replaced into its hides hole and I was soon on my way.
A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.

Headed out to Palmwoods for a Saturday drive out of the city. As we were heading home, we noticed this on the map and quickly pulled off the road. Followed the GPSr to the GZ and soon spotted the cache. The log was signed and everything returned to its hidey hole.TNLNSL TFTC
Had time to zip over Palmwoods so I happened to stop past this one.
Easy find in the end.

Turned the frown upside down... no muggles at the hall this time letting the Jester-kiwi and the Princess have a quick grab-and-go... TFTC From the Jester-kiwi and the Princess
Tuftc. There was not many people today so stealth was not needed as much. Nice, quick grab and go cache on our way back to Brisbane.
Out for a drive in the hinterland today.

At first I was looking at the wrong area then looked a bit harder and found it it was fun

Driving up to Palmwoods to collect dome plants for Mrs FNG, so made time to get a few caches on the way.
Cache 2 for the day.
Slow start to the day. 2 out of four caches going in as DNF's this morning. Now looks like time to go to the nursery that was the object of todays drive. One the way, try to grab a cache.
Okay, so best laid plans were thrown out the window with a Left Turn Only sign.
Instead, down to this spot to do u-turn. Grabbed the little cache here quickly (since we were anyway). All in good condition. Thanks for the cache!

On an errand with geo son, and grab a cache or two, this was not on our todo list, just happened we had to do a left turn only at Main st, so here was a good place to do a U turn, a quick park and grab, sign placed in log book, replace as found, and get on with our errand, Thanks spiderwebbs4, all is in good condition today

The walk towards the site of the offending dnf before making the find on the other hand, is one fraught with anxiety and mayhem. Will i find it, is it there. Was it there last time. Should i look at a spoiler photo, if any.
Last time we landscaped ourselves to competition standard and won nothing, so this time i was ready to get down an' dirty.
Then when i arrived, there it was. Plain as day and large enough to be easily oggled at upon approach even! All about the angle.
So with the log signed and cache replaced i rolled away towards town, gobsmacked by the incredible figs across the road as i passed. Wow!
Thanks spiderwebbs4 for hiding and maintaining a cache outside this cool clubhouse. I was a scout too once!
