Came back to find it after contact from owner. Found it in the new spot, great spot! Thank you very much!
Even though it was found yesterday we coloudent find, we search every tree in Neweys corner and went above and into it, we even thought about climbing the wall, if it is there, really well hidden!
#14,564. Back up in Auckland again for a mix of work and pleasure. This was part of the pleasure section when I raced around grabbing a few cache finds out near Henderson. After finding a free park headed to the corner. Had looked here once before without success. Today found it in second placed checked. Signed the log and put it back in the alcove but heard a clunk and it had fallen over a lip into a hollow space behind the tree. I could see the container but no amount of prising with sticks would flick it out. Very sorry Ric1942. You might need to attach a container to a wire to stop it falling into that recess.
Good find, original log wet added a new log for future finders. May need a more seal tight container or bag.
Georgie and the Sunflowers were setting up at The Falls ready to play at a wedding this evening so I thought I spend the time caching. This was the closest cache so it seemed like a good place to start. I wondered where it might be until I came around the corner and spotted a likely place. There was a gap in the traffic and even though my GPS said I was 8m away I put my hand on the cache without even looking.
Quick cach whilst on my afternoon break.
Was very obvious when I walked up due to the recent rain.
But the cach is safe and dry.
Marked the log and made it a little less obvious.
Thanks Ric1942 for placing this cach.

Liked this place for hiding the cache, nice little area in the midst of the bustle. Took a bit of hunting to find the exact spot. TFTC
One of my favourite things to do when up in Auckland is to visit Kmart! Which is what we did right after we found this cache. Thought I was being smart by starting the search on a different level but we soon figured out where we needed to be where we spotted it instantly. TFTC and now off to do some serious shopping…
Found it on a rainy day, introducing my colleague to geocaching. But we forgot a pen so took a photo of the log instead. Tftc
It is my first time to play geocaching. It was introduced by my colleague. I had fun️we didn’t have a pen, so took a photo instead.TFTC
Found this one tough. It’s where you would expect but you do need to get in the flax

Went in the hard way on this one and out the easy way, which is so often the case. Other than that a nice quick find of a good hide. TFTC

Travelled up to Auckland for the Mega this weekend and to visit our daughter. Stayed the night at Glen Tui and got up early for a bike ride and some caching. Good to combine two of my favourite pastimes. No problems finding this one. Log all fine. Past some colourful bourgenvillia on the way here. Thanks for the smiley.
Keylev and B4Dawn were childless this week so it was decided to cache every night in celebration. We decided that Te Atatu was the area we would hit tonight. Keylev and B4Dawn started early and I joined therm at 5 pm.
Finished caching for the night. But would be rude not to get the last couple that are within 200 meters of where the cars are parked.
Easy find this one in the dark.

I had a some freedom for the whole week! As this was a rare occasion, Keylev and NZTravellers thought it would be fantastic opportunity to do weekday caching! So this is a start of the week when we all went wild! TFTC
Omg my daughter her besty and boyfriend are not even letting me have a chance today. Its like race of the fastest
I was very confused for a second, until I saw the green cloth and after that it was a nice and easy find
Did a day out this way with the old geocaching buddy Michaelteacher, pretty good run of 20 in total with no DNFs.
Pretty much where you would expect this, a few spots to check but found it easily enough. Tftc

There were a few ways to access this cache and on this wet day, not all of them were dry. Thankfully hayleyfcy was a bit more sensible than I was and found the driest approach right before I was going to take the wet one. Found it with a systematic effort.
Parked nearby and descended over the wall to GZ. After a quick look I selected the space with the green sheet in and there was the cache, nice.
A day to myself today with a lunch meet up with some mates from back in the old country and some fellow Fantasy football fans, this was happening over near One Tree Hill at 1 PM so I was able to get out and about and find some caches prior, and post this meet up. I headed to Henderson area first for a walk around the Adventure Lab circuit followed by a few in Cornwall Park and then a couple of beers before home. T F T C to all COs.

It was a miserable days weather and typical for my birthday but that was not going to stop me from getting a cache or two. I got soaked getting this but couldn't pass it by while I was in the area. Tftc
Just as I was about to give up, I spotted one last place. Yep! There it is’
Thanks!
It’s an M&Ms tube now.

Going on an adventure on the day of free transport to find a long lost home, found this on the way to the next bus, TFTC!
Taking advantage of the free transport today, first find of the day. Found with Aquinos and Stormix. TFTC
Another caching adventure with Aquinos and Derpish1, this time further west. Nice hide that brought out a few giggles when Aquinos tried to find it after I'd taken it out to log our find. TFTC!
Cache needs some attention of CO. Container is lost and found only logbook and bag and bit of camo tape. Looks like someone had little party at GZ. Thanks anyway!
