Thanks.

Great coords and nice hide! The "canyoning effect" caused by the tall buildings had the GPS bouncing around a bit. We just walked it in slowly and had CIH within one minute. The tall building also made a quite windy day gale force strength between them.

Would love to have a hint because gps playing up and I don't even know where about abouts look. Thank you
Took a little while to find, had a muggle (security?) ask me if he could help me with something and shared the bush with a noisy myna.
Wonderful looking building.

Not as quickly found as my last cache hunt. It could have been quicker had I seen what was in front of my face sooner. I missed seeing it and searched wider for a while. I then had to out wait some muggles who decided to chat next to the area. Once they left I had another look and spotted it straight away.
I then explored the area and walked into a large web. Nice place.
I then explored the area and walked into a large web. Nice place.
I tied to find this - without luck. GPS signal was all over the place (at least that is my excuse).
Being in the area we saw this was a higher D rating for the area so headed over. The phone could not get us within 20m so we used the satalite image to get a bit closer and use our geo senses. A careful look and the hide was soon spotted and we added our name to the blank log. TFTC
Had a good look around but couldn't see where it could be. Decided to stop pulling apart signs.
While in the area, we thought it was time for a maintenance check. New log has been added to the cache.
At first there was nothing there. So I went to work. On my way back to the station it struck me in its glory. Wonderful cache, thank you!
Wolli Creek has certainly grown up! Lots of residents with dogs in the nearby park. Around GZ there were a few passing muggles as this seems to be a convenient shortcut. Had a good idea what we were looking for but took a while before the eyes saw what we were looking for. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
The GPS was not a help amongst the buildings, but then I decided to just have a look at a suspicious spot and found it.

Thank you 2bois for this very fine cache in a really interesting area. I needed to change trains at Wolli Creek and decided to have a short wander while waiting. I've never been here before - but will definitely be back.
I was visiting my sister-in-law who lives in a nearby apartment, and a few morning geocaches were happily part of the day. The buildings meant that the satellite view was really helpful getting me to the spot. I did well and looked in just the right spot fairly quickly, or I could've been here a while.
That was tricky with phone jumping around. Satellite pics helped. No one around helped too. TFTC.
Wow, this one evaded me for a while but thanks to some help from the bebes i soon had CIH. TFTC
My second and last cache for this work trip. I was out stretching the legs after a long day discussing WHS law and my walk had lead me to these grounds. There was a fair bit of activity going on and I was a bit concerned about being able to find this one, however, after walking around looking at the buildings and reading the information boards, I found myself edging closer to GZ. Once I was out of the eyes of the many muggles in the area I had a good idea of where I should be focused, then, it was just a matter of letting a few muggles past before taking the opportunity to quickly grab the cache. I must say this one could be tricky to find but I was lucky to spot a telltale sign which made for a quick find TFTC.
In town to drop family at the airport so an opportunity to GC nearby.
Found more easily than expected with the hint helping. Compass pointing 10m away.
Some nice Asian eateries nearby

Looking for something to fill in time whilst not studying, it was suggested that I finally get around to logging THOSE caches long found but never logged. Some even have funny stories of being visited not only once or twice, but a few even have had a third or fourth visit before realising I've been there done that. The date is as near to the correct day the cache was found. So sorry for the generic and late log. JABs.
Today's score was four founds and four DNFs.
No idea where it could be. Maybe next time.

Decided to hit a few caches around Wolli Creek today. Headed out after lunch and struggled through the traffic.
Went for five and found four - three of which were very quick finds. And of course while in the middle of all this publishing happened - closest was Petersham but decided to stay where I was.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Final find of the day - second last attempt - and finally hit a snag. Couldn't spot anything. Checked the hint - OK two likely possibilities. Still nothing.
So walked around - had more of a look at the church and let the GPS re-calibrate. Well, it's still pointing to the first area I tried, and the satellite agrees...
So went back and - oh I didn't check there before... CIH. Yep, I'd walked past it a number of times. Oh dear.
Completed signing duties and replaced. Then home via one last cache.

What a great spot. Certainly is the old and new. Needed the hint to get a fix, but soon after was CIH. TFTC.
Nice place to visit. I'm here from Canada with some spare time on my vacation. What a great area. TFTC
Yep, made a nice clean straightforward find on this one. That pleased me.
All in order. Then log signed and cache safely re-hidden, just as found.

13:45 ha yes, sneaky. Paid attention to the terrain and difficulty ratings, took care not to ruin the gardens, and eventually found the cache. Very nice surroundings here, thank you for placing this.
I held off logging this from a few weeks ago, as I wanted to log it here on Christmas Eve with a photo of the nice Christmas tree in front of St. Magdalen's Chapel.
Initially I was searching far too close to one building, but then realized the cache was closer to another, so I broadened my search and scouted out further. A tricky little hide.
Nice to see that the old church and buildings remain, though now they are dwarfed and I remember a time when these large buildings weren't here. My mum used to teach in the "School for Wayward Girls' that was attached to the church, so nice to come back and visit this spot. TFTH

Nicely tucked away. Nearby Cafes were wondering what I was doing. No not shooting up!! Found with Happy Jackie, thanks.
I was expected a bit more of a manufactured find then the more traditional one it took a phone-a-friend to help me find.

This place really mixes the old with the new! On my way to find Eye Of The Tiger, a detour brought me to this lovely old church. At first my compass had me going all over the place and was about to PAF. The eye of the tiger helped here as I spied the sneaky hide.
I never would have come here if it wasn't for this cache. TFTC. #693

Out on a night caching trip with Snoopy1976, Contactpete and Spy79. We headed to this one for our last find for the night and being just after midnight it kept our streaks alive with a find for Sunday. This one took a little while to find but snoopy came up with the goods. TFTC
After a shortish hunt, snoopy1976 came up trumps on our night caching adventures tonight. We all looked around and were so close but just didn't see it. It's a brat of a cache.
So after a fantastic night out we found ourselves very close to another one, that could be found in the new day and keep Mel & Daves streak going.
Proved to be quite tough till Mel came through with the goods... Use the power...

After a caching walk from Dulwich Hill, this was the last one before hitting the train station. This was the first time I was in this neighbourghood and it looks good. I liked how parts of the old Tempe House had been left and a park created around it to pepper the otherwise very modern area.
It was already well past sunset so artificial light was needed. My smartiephone compass was adamant of a spot very close to a building and I started the search there, later expanding the area. Searched high and low for some typical container types you might use in this kind of setting. However, nothing came up in perhaps 20 mins. Well, there's the next time. This one will be fleshed out one day...
TFTH, 2bois!

Tricky, read logs which assisted the find. Quite quick, lucky, by some logs that I had read. TFTC
After months of trying, at least 8 attempts, finally found this tricky little cache. Thanks 2Bois!
What an interesting development......blending old and new.
Whilst high rise living may not be everyone's cup of tea this area has a nice buzz and the heritage trail was a lovely walk.
Upon arriving at GZ I had a feeling what I'd be looking for and happened on the hide quite quickly.

This was the last cache found on my afternoon walk. The weather start to be better, clouds on the sky covert the strong sun. And little bit of wind make this place very nice.
Easy to find.

So far 3/3 but I didn't like my chances for this one looking at the recent DNFs.
When I reached the GZ area I understood the subliminal message in the description so didn't worry about the GPS and just began looking. Haven't seen this type of hide for a very long time.
After about 5 minutes I had CIH & SL.
So that's 4/4 for today. All quick, should have planned for more caches in this area.
A train was in at the nearby station and remarkably all the connections worked so the whole trip only took 2 hours.
I liked the historic buildings at this location. Pity they are so overshadowed by all those awful towering units.

This one has confounded me for months, I live in this complex and have attempted it maybe 5 times. The gps signal is very poor among the tower blocks, map and arrow can vary by 15 metres.
This morning we left Dangar Island with a last bit of drama. The motor of our hostess' tinny quit in mid-crossing. She was able to get us to the mainland so we could catch a train and make our way to our airport hotel.
Our GPS had trouble settling down at the gz. When it finally did Nawty took a look and there it was. Mission accomplished.

Unfortunately I drew the short straw with work rosters this year, being rostered on for an early morning shift at the airport today (Boxing day). But I decided to turn it to my advantage by doing a bit of caching on the way home, to extend our "mini" streak, fill yet another calendar gap, and to generally add to our cache "found" tally. This was the 2nd find of the afternoon.
After finding "Rockdale Town Hall" I moved on to this one. Parked the geomobile in Mount Olympus Boulevard, which was the closest parking spot I could find to GZ. Despite being a public holiday today the area around GZ was very busy, with cars filling up all of the many closer spots.
Walked down to GZ and started the search. And thanks to the very helpful hint and accurate coords, it was a reasonably quick find. TNLNSL. Then, after admiring and photographing the historic Tempe House & St Magdalene’s Chapel, headed off to my next target cache.
Thanks 2bois for the nice location, and for the cache.

Good coordinates made for a quick find otherwise could have been a needle in a haystack. Cheers
Reading the clue carefully, and the cache was soon found. A nice little park, but so close to the station. Had to wait for the rain to stop before leaving the station, and luckily it held off until I got back on the train again. TFTC.
Found this cache while spending the weekend at the SES controllers conference. Pretty tricky to get a good fix.
Thanks

Though a relatively short detour off the highway that kept showing up as an icon on the car gps, never really got around to attempting this one every time I drove past. Today, while it was a super-quick smilie, it was also the saddest cache I’ve found in an attempt to cheer me up on the way home from the airport. Had just waved off my brother and young nephew (aka my mini caching buddy “t-rex 11”) as they flew out to live in America. Hopefully only be a few years before they’re back so just got to think of it as if they are on a long holiday and that visiting them will give me an excuse to get some international smilies. Though I miss them already
GPS was useless and I didn't know where to start. It was my final cache search for the day and I wasn't feeling too motivated. I'll have another crack some other time
Our 3rd attempt at this one ! First was back in May then last night.Eventually had to PAF (thanks misty).

Was out with the pups whilst the child was laser scurmaging up the road. Alas this meant I didn't have my pen with for a nice easy find in a lovely park. This was a "still got an hour to waste" one after walking up and back a length of the cooks river. Cheers!!
Transiting through Sydney, only here a handful of hours. Logged this at 0837 having managed a quick border control process - apparantly our plane was one of the first in today. This was my second in Sydney today - it eluded me in December when I last looked. All safe and sound today earns me a smilie.
Two countries cached today. i wonder if I can make it three before midnight.........
Thanks for the cache. A few TB's visited with me.

Found @ 11:41am on a road trip back to Canberra after running my 10th City2Surf (in a better than expected time). The cache was a good reason for me to stop and stretch my legs so I didn't stiffen up!
This was the second of two caches for the one parking spot - it would have been three but I wasn't capable of the tree climb nearby .
I love that caching brings me to spots like this - so unexpected given the surrounds. Thanks 2bois, a favourite from me!

I was on the way to pick up my parents from the airport. Their plane was delayed, so I used the gap to find some quick caches rather than contribute extra $$$ to the Airport Monopoly Organisation. I parked nearby and walked in, admiring the varied architecture. Once at GZ I saw the likely hide, and it took a few minutes to get my angle right. A-ha! I signed and replaced, then headed on to the airport. TFTC

In the night with torches and no mugs around we found this relatively quick, lucky to see it in the rich angle. TFTC
What a surprise to see this lovely green space. A little tricky but keep to the clue and don't give up!!
One guy helped us out, and we may have got him into geocaching, but we still couldn't find it.
OK its my third go at this one and this time with the geowife who has eyes like a hawk. Spent nearly an hour looking and feeling rather uncomfortable with the guy beavering away in his office above. Retired for a coffee and a PAF. Mr D was most helpful as he had found it earlier in the day. Still took around 5 minutes to finally locate. As we were signing the log another geocacher arrived on a bike and was doing the same thing. A recent convert to geocaching so we thought we would provide some help as this one is not easy in a number of ways. TNLN, SL. I can finally cross this one off my list...phew!. TFTC 2bois.
Hard to find. I was looking in the right spot for a while, then wandered off to the wrong spot after being led astray by some of the logs. When I returned to the right spot, I met a lovely geocaching couple with CIH. Thanks, aries44!
Found at 6:19pm.
I had finished work for the day and I had been meaning to tick off a few blanks in my 'Hidden Month' grid for the Jasmer challenge. I saw this one as a good opportunity given how close it is to my work. I spotted a car pulling out of one of the very scarce parking spots in this congested area of Wolli Creek.
I snapped it up and made the walk over to GZ. The Church looked spectacular at night and has quite a presence. I used my GPS to zone in as best as possible but it did bounce around here and there which made it tough given the surroundings. I used a very helpful piece of information in the description which gave me a pretty good idea of what I should be looking for.
Within about 10 minutes I finally spotted what I had been searching for, success!
I retrieved and signed the log which looked in pretty good shape. Quite difficult putting it back into place however but I got there.
Thanks for the cache 2bois

Knowing this location I was imagining all the possible hides holes before arriving. I followed the device until I was a few metres away then employed some geosense to isolate the correct spot. Although I thought I'd need a hint, I realised that the hint is in the description. Signed and replaced but was conscious of the guy in the office overlooking the GZ.
Thanks 2bois for getting us to come to this delightful Chapel - finding places we would not have otherwise known about is one of the things we enjoy most about Geocaching. Mr Ozjeeper trusted the GPSr on approach and it led hin straight to a likely hiding-spot. He didn't need to hang around too long before a quick fine was made on a sunny Sydney Sunday afternoon.
Miz Wacket and I took the geo-hounds out for one last caching trip before I had to head home to Queanbeyan.
I'm so glad we did. What a strange and interesting area this is. It all feels very new and shiny.
We walked into the gardens and were surrounded by very modern buildings with these beautiful heritage buildings nestled between. Headed to GZ and thought this will be a pretty quick find. Then the GPSr went haywire. Tried a few likely looking spots no luck. I sat on the lawn in front of the church, kept a lookout and scrolled through previous logs and tried to guide MW with any hints I could find as she continued searching. From the logs we got an idea of what we might be searching for and MW persisted and then I heard those lovely words "Found It!"

I was given some very accurate info on where to look for this one today, so it was a quick find. Luckily no muggles could see me at work Another DNF removed from my long list of DNFs.
