Re Brother Colin's log, Cache isn't there and the owner hasn't been on line since February.
Time to be put to bed I believe.
Time to be put to bed I believe.
Out and about this morning to grab a nearby first to find.
After that I thought I might just find a few more caches.
This one is Gone. I have confirmed this with previous finder.

Out doing a few caches before finishing a cake due tomorrow.
Was using C:Geo and it said the cache was in the middle of the water (not under bridge) photo attached. And I didnt think that was correct so read couchmens log which said cords are perfect. So I turned over to Cache Sense App and it looked more correct straight to the cache and very easy find now.
Thanks for the cache

Whoohooo Found this one today . And now at the spot having a fish with the wifey
Too many muggles fishing today . Going to return later this evening . Beautiful spot and looks like a great fishing spot as well hahaaa
After finding Red Duck I decided to try the most direct route to this one. I ended up on the beach on the opposite side but the beach was blocked with some big metal jetties extending out into the water. I ducked under the first one and up and down some concrete stairs to get past the next one and I was home free.
I then took the terrain 2.5 approach over the barnacle covered rocks and under the bridge. I have to admit to being very familiar with this bridge as I had hidden a waterproof cache attached to a chain on one of logs a few years ago. The tidal movement of the water was a bit too much for it and after replacing a few containers I decided to archive it. I did find a rusted piece of the chain still attached to one of the logs.
The new cache was soon located and the log was signed. Thanks for the cache Skywarp.
I mucked around with my camera for a bit taking photos of the clouds over the water trying to get a moving cloud effect using a special filter and a long exposure. At this stage my car was about a kilometer away so I decided I better wander back and find it.

It was our wedding anniversary today so as part of the day Geo Wife & I just had to do some of our favourite game.
The temperature was rising so Geo Wife left it to me to grab this one.
We had been to this location before to grab a cache but it has obviously been archived.
Another great park along the waterway and very pleasant to walk through with the breeze off the water!!!
I headed for the spot the previous cache had been hidden but then I realised that the GPS was swinging around, I had a quick glance then turned around and believed the coords.
There was a nice little track into the area and within seconds I spotted the cache looking back at me!!
Great little spot and the coords are spot on!!! Well Done!!
I hide it a little bit further in as I felt it was too obvious after the previous finder, it may have been moved by the wind, and I wanted to be sure it was safe for longer.
Thanks Skywarp you have been a great addition to the Gold Coast area and some good caches!!!

After a very enjoyable Christmas sea food get together with Mr Geo's work mate and his family we introduced them to Geocaching. It was a perfect day for our introduction and the young daughter got right into it. These cashe's are always great as the location is a scene stopper. We had a 40ft sail boat for many years and sailed into what is know to sailors as bum's bay that is the little bay across the way.
We managed to get the cache and sign it with out any of the preoccupied fisher persons noticing us there.
Thanks for the great location and a reason to stop by and get a smile.

I can remember looking for a cache here a few years back.
Waited for a couple of jet skies to pass before retrieving the log & signing it.
Thanks for pacing this cache Skywarp

This area is so beautiful. It reminds me of my village town in Uzbekistan. My brother he loved to cache but he is died now. Happy for to find another of your logs and next time I will find you and make you pay for difficult to find.
Mrs. Herbz kindly allowed Mr. Herbz retrieve this one!! She didn't want to meet any unfriendly trolls. TFTC
Passed two times without being able to log, first time without knowing as it was too new for my pq, second time it was busy with fishing muggles. After dinner I made it here again, found it in seconds.
Thanks for the hide

Ah, The Three Billy Goats Gruff. Having a three and a half year old daughter, I've probably read this book to her maybe.....438 times. We've got many childrens books at home plus we borrow from the library two or three times a month but there's a few classics I always turn to. Along with this book, We're going on a bear hunt, Ferdinand, Mr Men, Little Miss, Sebastian and a few others get a work out. The pages will probably be worn out by the time our son has had his turn.
Anyway, I came around the corner and there wasn't a vacant car park in sight. I crossed the bridge without seeing a troll and finally found a spot a good 400m from GZ. Fingers crossed no one else was close by. I headed down the road reading the cache page along the way just to make sure everything was clear. Across the walkway and I could hear someone running up behind me, I turned to see a young bloke running with his phone in his hand, noooo. We reached the other side at the same time and thankfully he kept going along the path, phew. Down towards the water and while a kayaker had his back turned I ducked into where I first thought was a good spot, bingo. I grabbed it and retreated for the cover of the bridge, ready to kick out any trolls. Grabbed a seat and logged in on the FTF position, whoo hoo.
Before leaving the shade I noticed some old timber pylons under the bridge, I wonder if they were from the original timber bridge that may have been here once. Food for thought.
Thanx again Skywarp, beautiful day down here
