A Cup Day trip to Macedon and Romsey for a couple of earthcaches. This one was well and truly there when we found it on Tuesday morning. It also hadn't been archived when I ran my pocket query, seems we'll be the last finders for this cache. Thanks for the cache Team Ladava.

Well, this one has gone again so time to say goodbye and we will replace it with a multi which hopefully will survive.

Suscoe and Bushfire headed north today in search of caches.
A cloud start to the day, we had it all, rain, fog, drizzle, mild temperatures, sunshine and low clouds. Well it is Spring in southern Victoria after all.
But the main thing was that most of the day was dry after last night's precipitation.
Thanks to Team Ladava for this hide, left a temporary log to help out the owner until they have a chance to check this one out.
The art work was most surprising.

As suscoe has stated we passed by this area and admired the sculpture but the container was missing but with the owner happy at the moment a temporary was left.
I loved reading the cache notes about a couple of remarkable people, one sad ending and a beginning of an ambition.
I hope it survives.
Thanks Team Ladava for showing this to us.

Heading home from a big weekend in the city. I needed a short break and seeing a coupe of caches well off the highway I headed in for a grab or two.
Hmmmm ive seen this style of hide around a bit in the last few weeks of caching around the city. Still a great little hide though.

Taking advantage of the great weather today, we decided to go for a bit of a drive around the Macedon Ranges and grab a few caches around the place.
Having just left Gisborne and it's Olde Time Market (where we scored some yummy local honey), we were headed through macedon and on the way up to Woodend.
We grabbed this one before going in closer to inspect the rather grandiose gravestone. TFTC Team Ladava!

A very nice story and a great sculpture. A very nice example for how geocaching brings you to places you would not see otherwise.
TFTC, cacheqai

Easy but tricky hide. Didn't look like a hide, but I had a hunch, which was right.

Having finished a walk in the local area I took a small detour on the way to look for this one. A beautifully constructed cache...really nicely done. I also really enjoyed learning about the sculpture - the things you learn through this hobby! TFTC!

It was too wet to go rock climbing so we introduced friends to geocaching, I think they are now addicted! Thanks for the find
This was familyhkcap's first ever geocache find! Thanks for making it an interesting place to find. Tftc
A clever little hide. Found with jocada13. Log almost full, only a couple of small spots left for signatures.
Thanks for the hide.

On my way home from working in Woodend via the circuitous route.
Thanks for bringing me to this place, this is what geocaching is all about, the journey, the story, the adventure...
**Thanks for placing this cache Team Ladava**
A favourite from me.

Neet but we were on the wrong side of the fence and we were going to put in a trackable in it but it was too small

Out bright and early on a Sunday morning at Mt Macedon for a training hike in preparation for an overseas trip later in the year. So while I was getting ready to leave I of course scoped out some of the local hides that I thought I'd be able to pick up along the way. In the end I didn't get the chance while on the walk but had enough energy in the legs afterwards to start looking.
An interesting story behind the sculpture, thanks for highlighting it and for the cache Team Ladava.

Out caching with Jacko83 and Bentley. It wasn't until I went to write the log that I understood the meaning of the cache name. A great camo, Signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Cache Team Ladava

Out and about with Ausfox!, n0worries and Bentley for day of caching around the Macedon Gisborne area.
I wish I paid more attention to descriptions, as I missed this beautiful sculpture...
A nice little hide at this quiet location.
Cheers and tftc

Birds family - the most cryptic cache we've had to deal with and only our 3rd find.
Found by Mary & David at 1332. Sensitively placedMary gave a favourite point after just reading the cache notes. Simply beautiful and serene, made special by knowing the story. Would have liked to explore more, but there was a funeral in progress in another section of the cemetery, and we didn't want to disturb them. Our thanks to Team Ladava.
Ooops... the price you often pay for only reading cache notes when you get home is that you often miss awesome things. We will have to come back to Macedon to have a look at the statue. Thanks for the hide.
5264. Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 1700 in company with the CO who isn't about to help in any way except to drive us to somewhere near the location of each cache. What a wonderful day out with team Ladava. we have had the chance to be both constructive and negative with the cache hides. The west side of Melbourne is very lucky to have the quality of cache hides this team continues to place. SL Tnx Team Ladava
Another great hide, I really appreciate the effort that goes into caches, keep up the good work.
Interesting sculpture across the road. Quick, easy find particularly after reading the clue. Tftc.
I found this cache as a joint part of “Team” *Throsbyonchurch* and in which name the log book was signed. I now have my own account as I’m old enough to cache myself, so I am claiming a fair share of my earlier finds. As I had no caching name at the time there's no log in the book for me but I’m claiming the find under team ToC. Thank you for the hide.
I found this cache jointly with TOC and now I have my own account I am claiming my finds. My caching name is not in the log book though as I didn't have one. I can cache on my own now. Thank you for the hide.
