After DNfing on 2 caches in the area, we saw how many DNFs were on this one and decided not to bother to look until the CO can confirm that it is still there. Will put it onto a watch list and will come back once we know it is still there.
Went for a nice stroll this evening to come and get this cache. Once gps settled appeared to be in the right area but no cache to be found. Looked in all possible hiding places suggested by the hint but no luck. Found some black tape loosely wrapped around the bottom of one fence post; not sure if this was just randomly here or had been holding something in place, but definitely nothing there now. Could CO please check this one.
Looked very hard! It's either Liston the brambles or has fallen away from its hiding spot....or we are just not very good at finding these things!
Had awesome fun climbing down along the rocks after finding this cache - coordinates were a bit off but that could possibly have been my GPS. Awesome views, good fishing spot
GPS jumping about 7 m closest but spotted when looking for possible hides. Enjoyed the walk and the views. TB OUT. TFTC
Our son has been working in Australia for nearly 18 months. During a visit back to Canada last summer, we gave him this trackable as its goal was to get to Tasmania. Last night we got the call that he had dropped it off in this cache. During the call we heard him and his girlfriend discussing that he wasn't putting it in right and that he was doing it wrong. We laughed and laughed as we heard the discussion between the 2 of them.
I hope it is near to where it belongs in Tazmania. Happy end to your travels, or the continuation on wherever Cachers take you

Hello tastigers, TFTC, it's a beauty. A nice quick find after a warm walk in from the Blackmans Bay Scout Hall. Gee, the views are beaut; but the nearest house is quite near!

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
We had Dr's appointments in Kingston today but still managed to find a few caches before and after. Managed to dodge any rain today.

Found with frmen1, who, once he widened his search, was the lucky finder. My gps had me 6m from gz. Felt a bit exposed with the overlooking house, so made it a quick visit. Had a look at Soldiers Rocks and watched some kids jumping from the top. I remember when I was fearless... TFTC
tastigers on the way home from Christmas festivities AmazingDaughter and I came and found this cache.
We parked at a nearby path entry point and made our way in the dark to the cache which was soon found and took a photo of the log as we didn't have a pen.
We took a different way back to the car and drove all the way back to the cache and signed the log.
TFTC. PS a lovely full moon on Christmas night.

This was my first cash! I was looking around the wrong area, which was okay because it was so beautiful! Though I did find it successfully after a little explore. Thanks
Found by Jenny who was on this walk with us., who said 'what about this over here". We were looking on the wrong side. It was her first find and she was quite pleased with herself.

Finally found it on second attempt after being foiled by muggles on the first.

In spring is also near a yellow flowering plant

There were still a few unfound puzzles and traditional caches in the Kingston/Blackmans Bay area we had not completed so today was the day to go for a drive. We parked near the other cache Coast away from Home and walked to the end. A pleasant stroll with the geopooch. There is parking on another road closer if you don't wish to walk. Located cache laying on the ground. Used what had been used to secure it originally to resecure it by tying. May need a check. TFTC
Yay! Took a little while but got it eventually. Note "sprinkle" and it may make more sense!
TFTC!

Couldn't figure this one out.. Using the hint went near a fence with a hose.. No luck!
Great weather has us out caching today although it was just starting to turn as we arrived here. We scooted down over an empty block to join the track to GZ. Without checking the GPS to start with, something else grabbed out attention but after a quick check of the GPS we realized that was too far away. Then suddenly we spotted it! We had one of these out in Acton for a while (until it was muggled) so recognised it immediately, they are a great container. Great views over the edge but with the kids with us, we were keen to get them back up to the car. TFTC
Looking back over missed logged caches and this was another one find with FWBS. Have always enjoyed caching along this area but for some strange reason would not wish to move here. Still every cache here gives me the reason to return and enjoy the area.

Day #6 of our holiday to Tasmania - first time as cachers , and first time with 4 kidlets in tow
We spent the afternoon exploring and caching around Kingston. After picking up our muggle nephew (now converted to geo-nephew) from school we decided to go for a walk through Boronia Hill Reserve. After all the bush, we needed some sea; so down the road to the beach we headed. After playing at the park, we wanted to explore some more, so off for another walk along the headland here. we drove closer to the cache location (as we had already done a decent walk today!) and my, there are some very steep hills around these parts! We headed downhill and walked along the track and we let the kidlets walk around in circles but eventually make the find
Thanks for the cache today now it's time to walk back uphill....

Found on a walk with Pepper. Didn't have a pen so attached picture to prove we were there!
Today we came south in an attempt to find some of the many recently released caches. The "Road Less Cached" series was high on our agenda. After completing the series, we turned our attention to other caches in the area. This was one of them.
It has been a while since we have walked section of the foreshore track. Always great and varied views and today, with a reasonable swell, the surfers were enjoying themselves. Initially our GPS units took us to one location consistent with the hint but when nothing was found, we widened our search area and found a second location matching the hint where the cache was located. The cache and contents were in good condition. thanks for the cache tastigers.

I looked to the west, and saw the clouds emptying themselves in the far distance, so I thought it would be safe to venture without my umbrella. I needed a walk, so I started from the beginning of this track and the weather held. I wandered around GZ taking photos and living dangerously by getting far too close to the edge of the cliff, then I decided to look for the cache, which I spotted immediately. Just as I saw it, the sprinkles started. Logged quickly in the rain, then as soon as I got 10 metres away from the cache, the sprinkling stopped and the weather was clear again. Freaky Thanks for the cache!
With my GPS lagging a bit I walked passed the Gz and to a spot with numerous options relating to the hint. With no luck I checked back on my GPS and found where I should be to make a quick find. Boy there's some great views and some nice houses along here.
Lots of sprinkles of sky spray today as I looked for this one.
A nice view of the sea below, and the nearby house had a nice view of me - hopefully noone looking!
Thanks.

Found it after having a bit of a wander. The Gps seems to be a bit off. Kept jumping around. Nice little hideyhole. FTF with winged_kat
FTF with suzannebones at 12:25pm on Sunday. Our first ever FTF. I was actually kind of surprised we got it considering the perfect weather, how late in the day it already was and that the cache had been published the previous afternoon - very happy that we did though, especially after narrowly(?) missing out on 'Bus Stop 28' the night before.
Our first area of search was fairly close to the cache but we didn't initially spot anything and were quickly distracted by a nearby red herring. We spent sometime investigating much of the surrounding area before finding ourselves back in the initial search zone and were able to finally pick up on something we hadn't noticed before.
The app did have us jumping around a bit but I have been finding that to be happening with a lot of caches lately and am starting to wonder if it is because I am using a smartphone rather than a dedicated GPS.
I have retrieved the travelbug and will probably take it onwards to Melbourne in a few weeks time.
Thanks to tastigers for hiding this cache in such a spectacular location
