###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to my notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please.
Check out the Guidelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable the cache**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Had a really good look for this one but no luck here. I hope this can be checked?
This one got the better of me today. Thanks for the hunt & getting me out of the house Scooters Mob & Geo Jenni
Had a bit of a look for this one after the event but had no luck in finding it.
Three pair of eyes searched fruitlessly here, I think this one might be missing in action,
Nope. No luck today which is a shame cos I really like memorial caches. I will be back this way in 10months time for the Mega event so I hope to have another go at finding it then.
It seems there has been mixed success in finding this cache today. The scene has changed a lot since the photo on the cache page was taken, although the tree is still there. By this time of the day it was getting very warm and we were getting hungry. Car kisser and jsando were already at the location when we arrived. They reported no success I went to have my own look. After a short search of about 15 minutes we succumbed to our hunger and left.
Sitting at my computer during these Covid lockdowns, I am trying to catch up on a few logs that I haven't sent in yet.
Over the years, geocaching has taken me on many adventures, including interesting destinations all over my home continent of Australia and many overseas as well. It has also introduced me to a diverse group of like-minded caching tragics, many of whom I now call close friends.
Today, I was lucky enough to be out and about searching for caches, something I do on almost a daily basis. This was one cache that was targeted and found.
Sorry for the late log, something I am notorious for. Thank you for adding to the adventure that is geocaching.
Thanks Scooters Mob (F=816 H=8) for the cache.

Up early to go to Whittlesea to work today - Muggle Julie and I thought we would try to find a couple of caches before starting work. Nice easy find to show Muggle Julie how geocaching works. TFTC Scooters Mob and Geo Jenni.
A quick find at 11:55am after wandering around Whittlesea market for a while.

Most crowns aren't worn on the feet however there's a first time for everything! Tftc
Tftc found by inspectorrexteam out and about on a Sunday drive with friends, we didn't have to look hard for this one, it was way out in the open for all muggles to see, we logged and placed back in it GZ as hint....
Another memorial wall has been built behind the arch and a memorial to the Vietnam war is to soon be added. The new wall was built from bluestone reclaimed from an old bridge that was pulled down and dumped in Council tip. Lovely quick cache!
Out for a very pleasant Sunday drive through this area. And easy find in a good location thank you very much.
Out and about enjoying some sight seeing and finding some caches too. We stopped to buy some fish and chips and parked under the trees and watched the magpies play near gz. Thanks for the cache

Always enjoy a War Memorial, and this is a very nice one. The log had been signed by a council worker who said he didn't know what it was but placed it back in it's hide.
Thanks **Scooters Mob**

A very impressive Arch, which we have not had the pleasure of seeing before. SL at 3.18pm Left: gold eagle PT Took: Poppies on Parade TB - we are sure we can find some suitable memorials to take it to. #5219 TFTC Scooters Mob & Geo Jenni
I came to Whittlesea to watch some sport this afternoon. I was on my way to Church St to grab a burger to eat. I saw this was on the way so came for a look. I noticed one of the serviceman listed had a reserve in Whittlesea named after him. I also noticed a relative who was listed and still alive so I will inform them!
As to the cache, it was an easy find, but had the cache not been there, I may not have had thought to come here and visit this memorial.
Sadly, there are many listed here who never returned home from conflict.

Thanks Scooters Mob & Geo Jenni, I've been wanting to come to pay my respects for a long time. I also wanted to find a suitable cache to drop off a trackable from England that has the same sentiments. A great area and a wonderful cache.

After getting to ground zero with not many muggles around, I checked out a few trees while my phone gps was getting to the right spot. Once there, it was an easy find. TFTC.
Out for the day, caching as 8ex+1 (80degrees, echidna44, xambo4u & au.fait) we stopped for a few caches on our way home from our Mt Disappointment driving lesson.
It is good to see well kept memorials to our fallen heros, that we may never forget.

Today its a day out with the girls as the 8EX+1 team for the day. We are 80 degrees Echidna44, Xambo4u and Au.Fait. Today we finished off the Mt Disappointment trail before picking up a few on our way home. Picked up the few in Whittlesea as we drove through. TFTC
Its a day out with the girls as the 8EX+1 team for the day. We are 80 degrees (driver plus, Echidna44 , Au.Fait and Xambo4uas retrievers). We have gone through the Mr Disappointment driving lessons and on our way home. Still had enough in us to check a couple more out. Always nice to see the respect for the fallen. Found the easy hide tucked in nicely. Thanks for the cache Scooters. Mob
After a wonderful day out in the Mt Disappointment forest with xambo4u, 80 degrees and echidna44 finding around 70 more of the Driving Lesson series we still had some time to find a few more random caches as we wended our by now weary way home. A brief stop here to see how well this community has honoured those who helped to make this country safe We signed the log as 8ex+1 TFTC Scooters Mob and Geo Jenni
First find for the year. Thank you for the write up about the arch. Homeschooling at its best, maps, history and more.
Out for a drive to Whittlesea to clean up the Caches here while I'm on holidays. I've been through this town so many times (I've even been to the show nearly 10 times) and never knew this arch was here!! It is slightly different to the photo though, as they have added a plaque in a wall that shows all the names of the people that were killed during the wars. I should have stayed longer to read the plaques properly but as people were walking past I decided to grab this cache while there was a break in traffic. Nice spot here too. Nice and shady to park. TFTC.
Day 2 of Sushilord and Owl's excellent tri-state adventure. After lunch (and at the time he claims to be unable to find caches) Sushilord made a quick find. Fortunately the many muggles were congregating at the other end of the street.
sushilord and Doctor Owl were on a mission to find caches in deepest darkest Victoria with the main aim of visiting challenge caches and working on requirements for a number of challenge caches in South Australia and Victoria. During the trip there were laughs, tears, fractious frustrations and new equipment tested with some technology failures. Many miles were covered and boxes opened along the way.
A quick find, thanks Scooters Mob & Geo Jenni.

Interesting set of cache notes and the container was exactly where the cache owners said it would be. Thanks to the Scooters Mob & Geo Jenni for placing this guy.
This was just a quick cache pick up as we were passing through Whittlesea. The container was located exactly where it was supposed to be and the signing was done quickly. All was replaced as found before we continued our tour for the day. Many thanks to Scooters Mob & Geo Jenni for creating and maintaining this cache.
Off I go to Melbourne! Down from Canberra for a caching trip around the Mega!
Easy find here at this memorial. Several wreaths had been placed for Remembrance Day
Thanks for the hide, Scooters Mob

A day out in the very good company of Suscoe, was far from disappointing. After completing the most recent additions to the Driving Lesson series, we couldn't resist a couple of stops on the way home. A nice quick find thanks to the guidance of Mr Suscoe.
Thanks Scooters Mob for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Op weg van Wallan naar Croydon komen we langs dit monument en gaan we op zoek naar deze cache. Op de plaats die in de hint vermeldt wordt vinden we deze vlot en noteren we onze naam in het logboek.

A good place to bring us here while shopping in Whitlesea. A quick tour of Whitlesea of 3 caches is a good end to the day with my lovely fiancée.
A nice and easy find. A bit of stealth was required but a magpie saw me and came over to see what I was doing. I've covered the cache with heaps of leaf litter, so hopefully it won't get uncovered. This is my first time in Whittlesea and I think it's beautiful and so is the memorial. Thanks Scooters Mob and Geo Jenni

Pulled into the church car park right on school time. An elderly muggle parishioner was mowing the grass nearby but he laid me no attention while I signed the log (while pretending to find something in the boot of my car) and I was on my way. TFTC!
Took: Nothing

This, the only unlogged cache in Whittlesea, seemed apropos to my venturing up this way to farewell a friend that survived the Black Saturday fires, but recently succumbed to leukaemia.
A quick find in the most logical place, in fact a tad exposed, so I made sure it was slightly better hidden. Scooters Mob & Geo Jenni, thanks for the hide.

I haven't been up to Whittlesea in ages. It was a glorious day weather wise up here and it also was pretty obvious where your cache was hidden.
In good condition too.

... so Zedaycee and Tally Tiger did this cache a while ago and sent me off to grab it while they waited in the car. Three reloads of my app, and three different locations later, I gave in and looked at the hint... Then dumped the phone and proceeded with geosenses...
Another great cache .. lovely spot to stop and stretch your legs (after a long trip) and pay respect to the fallen .. TFTC
I was slowly meandering my way up to the Caveat area from Melbourne today, stopping in at a few caches along the way. I also had plans to place my first cache today.
This was my first of the day. There were lots of muggle walkers around, so i had to take my time with actually going for the cache, which wasn't too bad, as it gave me time to actually check out the memorial.
Once the coast was clear, it was a nice easy find. Log signed, all well at GZ. TFTC
