Quick little find with HollyHORROR. Out with no kids today. Greatvday to be caching TFTC
Visiting from NZ and using the opportunity to find enough caches to earn the Cosmic souvenir.Decided to attempt the Glider Forest Trails today and maybe a few extras as well. Ended up doing a 16.5 km walk over five and a half hours and finding 41 out of 41. Very pleased that all the caches were in place and able to be found. This one was a nice quick find of the smallest one so far today. Thx to the COs for placing and maintaining all these caches.
Finished work after an all nighter and needed a find for my 366 Calendar Challenge. Decided to knock over the Glider Forest Power Trail as its located a short distance from my work. Maintenance required: cache missing lid. Needs replacement. TFTC. TNLN. SL. TBs Prado Owl ; The Great Leap Forward Geocoin ; Bee Croc ; Der Kleine Bub ; Rawhide ; Scarb, Sheeps on the Journey (Orange) ; RobS72k 2000 Finds GC ; Forest Hill Ear Tag ; and Kiwi Bird visited.Find # 2087.

We am from Switzerland...and we travel all States and Terrotories of Australia .We do housesitting all over the world and travel afterwards. Its nice to be back and this time even better with geocaching Nggi2 and I decided today and to make out of green ones Smilies in this forest. Were we parked we met the guys who cut the trees .I asked him if we had to be aware of snakes ?! He said we are okay on the paths ..So in the bush we were very much aware there could be some ..so we took stickes to get the caches out of the hidding .. I also wore long trousers and good shoes . It was very hot today even in the bush and we heard the ciclades an kookaburras . We spoted he caches in fairly good time .Thank you for this Dsli ( which means is Swiss cache )oinkoinkText@camp
A tricky little cache but it didnt take too long to spot it.Today I completed the Glider Forest Power Trail. I walked 6.5km in just over 2hrs and found 22/23 caches. This is a new daily record for me (my previous record was 21 caches). Apart from 1 that seemed to be missing and a couple which were damaged, the caches were all in good condition and fairy easy to find. The council is doing some major track works at the moment so I was off-track for the entire second half of the series, which just added to the fun!
Family geo day out with Goteammullan, drossiter, tlm83. Trying to gain some more smilies. TFTC.
TFTC!
May need replacing, container has no lid, inside still dry though

I was keen for some fresh air, exercise & caching today so headed out to Glider Forest. I collected 8 Power Trail caches plus 2 other traditionals. TFTC
Was about to give up, when I discovered I’d been looking in the wrong place the whole time! Easy find after that.
Good hiding spot, me and my friend did not like the insects, but overall not a bad hiding spot
We had a lovely walk through the bushlands collecting all the caches this morning. Thanks Cantcacheus2014
Over on the Southside for some more caching therapy today, I enjoyed this area so much I wanted to come back and grab a few more, this time I used the bike as I knew the area better. Seems I have been over this way a lot lately. Only have time for a few so I got on my bike and away I went.
I started off and passed a few that I got yesterday, and reached the first for today in no time. Again, there was no one around here today so it was very peaceful. I only had time to get five or six before I had to return and continue on with my duties for the day.
Thank you for the outing, all caches were found in good order and all logs were signed with caches returned as found.

Working through this series with graceygirl1234. All nice and easy to find and most logs in very good condition! Hoping to find some numbers in this series so we can solve the letterbox padlocks! TFTC
Lid was broken on the cache but the contents are fine. Tucked it back up so it should stay out of the weather.
Picking up a few smiles in the extended local area for caches. Our aim today is the Glider trail. Out with RoddyC & GS1947 .
Lovely time to be out and about.
Spent a bit of time here to find this one but did not come up with anything..Resorted to a PAF and checked out a photo. Started turkeying around and heard that familiar sound. Got it.

Our one and only DNF for the day. We had to bush bash across to this cache as we are missing the trails off the GPS. There were too many rotting logs and plenty of lantana in the vicinity of GZ. So many places to look. Sadly after 15 mins the kids were getting restless so we moved on. TFTH.
Sorry for generic log. Out with DKDK to take on the power trail. A wonderful piece of Bush land and a nice series. TFTC
What else does one do when isolating in Brisbane for the Easter break but go to a remote piece of bush land to register a few cache finds? We ran into one person in the last 3 times we've been to this location so we thought this to be a pretty responsible place to exercise.

A bike ride in isolation in this piece of bushland.
Have been saving this cluster of caches for a day when I would need them, as I have now completed the goals I had set myself it was a good time to grab these.
The tracks were deserted.
Continuing my ride collection simleys on good coordinates
Thank you for hiding this one

I was looking a good day caching were it was more about walking than driving. Had been in the park next door awhile ago. So this part was always on the list.
Today was the day. Love the walk around the park.
Thank you for bringing me here.
Sorry for the generic post.
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. TFTC Cantcacheus2014 ¥298. #1872 Finds.

Had a good look around the hint area, but came up short here. A shame, as it was my last for the day. Another time, maybe.
Out caching with good mates Aussie Pete and Aussie Clarke.
Did the whole loop and found the letter box.

Having an all day geocaching excursion with Oddiewan. Some decent terrains alongside some simples. Apologies for the generic log, but those that know me well know the logging struggle is REAL.
Caching buddy Semik.
Out and about hunting caches.
What a great piece of bush land to spend the day.

The 11th and final find along this power trail this morning....Thanks for the walk and all the hunts....Will be back at a later date to finish this series off! TFTC!
Not all good here. Lid is gone and cashe was out in the open. Fixed it as best I could. It’s dry inside
N u n n o c h e i n e ü b e r f l ü s s i g e I n f o r m a t i o n ü b e r d a s W e t t e r. Sorry for that.

Tag.
I apologise for the late and generic logs. Had some time off Geocaching but I'm back!
We needed to get the kids out of the house for the day as they were going mental which in turned left us going mental. So we loaded the car up and went for a trot through the forest. It was a great day which was only dampened by the darkness. Full of slow walking from the kids, excited reactions and arguments of who's going to open each cache and a bit of log hopping to get across a small creek.
Thank you cantcacheus, it's a great series to which we'll be back to finish off.

Out for the day with nikid1. Found this one out in the open, gave it a bit more cover once replaced.

I was expecting a really hot day and so packed enough water to hydrate a small army. Normally Mrs Woodyrothwell and I take way more fluid than we need, but you never know when you are going to find a cappucino machine in the bush just missing some H2O.
One day I just know this is going to happen and until it does I will always be prepared. When I’m hot, thirsty, delirious, suffering mild heat stroke and sweating my ring out that coffee will be so delicious. tftc

Took us a while but eventually with the help of the activity tab super mum found it!
Nice little rest spot at this one, nice and easy find for wifey, onwards towards NYE!
I've hit the northern end of the trail and I'm turning for home already, and just 45 minutes in. Starting to slow a bit now, though, so I wonder if I can keep up my four-minutes-per-cache average? Maybe unlikely. All good here – thanks for the cache and the trail, Cantcacheus2014.
Came out today to see if we could do the glider forest trail, found number 11 12 to go, TFTC
Found this cache while out on a walk with my son, while I'm visiting Brisbane and staying with him and his wife. An enjoyable walk on a cool afternoon. We found it difficult to get the GPS to lead us to the right place, but the clue helped to eventually find the cache.
To our surprise found the cache with no lid, out in the open sitting on top of the hint! Fortunately the log was still dry, so once signed we placed it to a slightly more protected spot. TFTC
Found while out enjoying the trail with Griffo. Nice day and really enjoying this series.
