the_eths I found your cache Bunya Suspension Bridge on 8/8/2023, 12:55 pm. This is my find 5958 and find # 6 today. Decided to check this out again after my DNF. This time located the fence post and cache. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN

the_eths I didn’t find your cache Bunya Suspension Bridge on 11/4/2023, 3:27 pm. Calculated the coordinates and received the green tick. Arrived at GZ, unable to locate fence post, very overgrown here.

13-Mar-23
Found the coordinate spot but was not prepared for the wall of weeds.

I’ve never been to Kumbartcho before, and found the whole experience fascinating…

This is a really good multi that uses the landscape… and it only took two attempts to get the checker to agree… is that split or two seperate pieces?

I made my way to GZ only to get within 50 metres and be met by two seperate groups of muggles…

Moving around them I discovered the 8 foot high wall of weeds/grass had been mown conveniently into a inlet that I could hide in… no idea what the muggles thought I was up to in the 9 foot high wall of weeds/grass…

That’s when I checked the hint… uummmmm…

After contemplating my life choices, there was nothing for it, but to dive into the 10 foot high wall of weeds/grass…

My first attempt proved fruitless… finding a small version of the item needed… again into the 10.5 foot high wall of weeds/grass at a slightly different location and there in all its glory was the cache perched on top of a huge post…

Thanks the_eths… still no idea what the muggles thought as I came out of the 12 foot high wall of weeds/grass removing bits as I made my way back towards the car…

12-Feb-23
Took me a few tries to get the green tick, I blame my choice to forgo a morning coffee for my inability to count. Headed to GZ where I was met with a formidable jungle of nasty weeds and tall grass. Bashed my way in and found the item from the hint, but couldn’t locate the cache as the weeds have completely overtaken the rest of the structure. Will have to bring long sleeves and a tool to help clear the plants.

25-Dec-22
On the dark side for an event this morning. Headed up early for a pedal around to try and find some extra smiles.

I had pedaled around a nearby Al and it brought me to this bridge. Nice and quiet out here today to be able to count easily. [^]

Almost a DNL at GZ. It could be almost impossible to find the hint in there. I dived in and had not luck. Moved along a bit and went in again. Oooh, a fence lurking in the weeds. Followed the wires to a post. Nada, next post the same. Followed it the other way and bingo. Big Grin

25-Dec-22
This one was mentioned at an event earlier today.
Made my way to the bridge and could do my sums without anyone distractin me.
Quick find
Find number 28399 for me.
Thank you the_eths for hiding this geocache.

Nice little walk! Have been down here before so knew roughly where I was heading. Much easier working it out between the two of us and double checking answers. Those sneaky elephants. Picked the perfect time to search with well mowed grass !! Thanks for something other than a traditional! TFTC.

After gathering the info i needed. I headed to GZ. The cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC

Got to turn this into a yellow smiley face today. Seems so simple now! TFTC

18-Apr-22
Did the calculations and got the correct coordinates then headed to the final location. Spotted the hint pretty quickly. Scratched around for about 15 mins, read through some of the previous finders comments before reaching out for help. With said help, I soon had the container in hand (maybe I should have just unscrewed the lid while in place) log was soon signed and returned for the next cacher to find. TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF

10-Apr-22
I had a Sunday afternoon free and live a few hundred metres from this one, so took a stroll. Got a green tick but gz had elephant grass 6 foot tall and bashing through it cut me up too much before I gave up. I’ll save this one for another day. TFTC

15-Mar-22
The bridge at the posted coords is currently fenced off but I had the finals from a previous visit. After wading through long grass, I found the hide completely buried under flood debris. I scratched around and read some logs before I eventually dug it up. Thanks for the cache

11-Jan-22
The puzzle at the suspension bridge was lots of fun! We got the right coordinates for the final cache, but had trouble uploading the gpx file so we didn't find the right track to lead us to the final cache. We'll come back soon and have another go!

05-Oct-21
Unfortunately DNF. Not a good day for my success rate.

14-Aug-21
Enjoyed coming back to the Sanctuary and spent a bit of time a the suspension bridge collecting all the relevant numbers. After doing the math we set off to the GZ which was a bit further away than we expected. On arrival we located the relevant structure and after reading previous logs we knew what was required Wink. Cleared enough to expose just the lid of the cache, but that was all the was needed to get to the logbook Smile. TNLNSL TFTC Smile.

19-Jul-21
This evening after work, I decided to visit Kumbartcho Sanctuary and target the *Junior Explorers at Kumbartcho* Adventure Lab. It was an area that I had not heard of before, and I thoroughly enjoyed this area. Despite losing light and the sanctuary closing at 19:00 hr today, I still got to enjoy the different displays obviously aimed at kids. An area that I suspect I will return to in the near future anyway!

What a cool suspension bridge, although I felt a bit like a wally taking mini steps with counting the total number of planks. Otherwise, the other numbers were quickly collected, and a set of coordinates for GZ were calculated. They were a little further away than what I was expecting, but after reading the description, I realised the area that the geocache was wanting to bring me to, and so I set off on my jog. It did take me a bit of time in locating the cache, and I was glad to have found it after 10 minutes of searching. The cache container was in good shape, but the logbook was full, and in need of replacement. Thanks the_eths for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Thanks for bringing us to a place we have not been before. Great trail. Took a bit of extraction to get the cache out.
Log is full.

15-Mar-21
Correct cords and all, we headed for gz. Sadly it was the middle of the day and the kids did not stop whinging the whole way there. Even with the promise of ice-cream later, we got a 2 min search before the " I'm dying from the heat" talk came up so we called it quits and I will return minus the kids another day to find it. Great adventure so far....

Whilst doing the Adventure Lab, we stopped here to do the tasks, calculated correctly and then took off for the final cache.

Great cache! We thought there was no way that the cache was at the coordinates we got, but then upon arrival at GZ we saw the object the hint mentioned and - there it was! Had a lot of fun with this cache, TFTC!!!

Out with jodsta83 today and decided to grab a few in this beautiful area while the temperature took a little dip. Gathered the required info and headed to GZ for a nice quick find.

Out and about with swearah grabbing a few caches in the area. We decided to collect this one and after collecting the needed data we headed off to find the final. Such a beautiful area, thank you for bringing us here. Tftc

Thanks Great spot TFTC very cleverly hidden it took us a while we must’ve had the wrong coordinates!

08-Oct-20
Not just fun for kids! Who doesn't love a suspension bridge? We finished off an Adventure Lab with this one today, and with the coordinates correctly entered and verified, we headed off along a trail none of us had explored before, only having travelled in the other direction. It was good to see how much revegetation has taken place along here - and how close to some backyards you get! The cache was in good nick and on our way back through Kumbartcho, we stopped for some plants (inspired by the planting efforts?)
TFTC, the_eths. =^.^=

08-Oct-20
I've always enjoyed coming to Kumbartcho and today was no exception. After doing the Lab Cache and finding all we needed we headed off to GZ. There has been a big effort in replanting en route which will make this particular area beautiful and shady and a great habitat for the wildlife. Arrived at GZ to find the cache safe and dry. We made our way back to the top, stopping off at the nursery to buy a few plants. TFTC

Although I’ve wondered the pause at KUMBARTCHO sanctuary before I had never explored this path so I was thankful for this I spell come bad joke because I didn’t think it would come anywhere near and it’s blowing candles.
I wrote this log using speech to text and it came out so wonderfully weird that I just had to leave it. Not quite what I said in the first place but you get the idea (or possibly not!) Cache was found safe and dry.TFTC the_eths

I'm out this way today to grab a couple of target caches that will help me with a challenge that I'm close to finishing, so while in the area I decided to suss out this multi. I remember coming here back when I started Geocaching, but I didn't have Premium Membership at the time, so I only grabbed the Traditional. It was easy enough to get the numbers, but walking back and forth over the suspension bridge is a strange feeling with it bouncing all over the place.

As soon as I had the numbers I made my way to GZ which was a very pleasant walk to, but since it's starting to get hot I kept an eye out for snakes, as I've come across a few within the last few weeks, but luckily I didn't encounter any today. At Gz it was a pretty straight forward find, signed and replaced as found.

Thank you for bringing me here today. Perfect day for a nice walk.

This cache had strangely turned into a nemesis cache for me. The first time I attempted to find the cache at GZ, I had solved the multi correctly but stored GZ in my phone incorrectly. The second time I was with Prime, and we failed to extract the cache from its hard mud prison.

Recent logs gave me hope that the cache had since been retrieved and was now findable again. So knowing I'd already be in the area today, I prepared for attempt #3. The Geokids loved the walk through Kumbartcho, the fairy garden, and the suspension bridge. We also learned a bit more about the aboriginal heritage in the area. For example, did you know that Kumbartcho comes from the Gubbi Gubbi Aboriginal clan's name for the Hoop Pine. The Gubbi Gubbi were part of the Turbal Tribe that were the traditional owners of the land between the North Pine and Logan Rivers.

Arriving at GZ, it looks very different today. The 8' grass has been cut, the hard mud bricks around the structure at GZ have been removed, and there was a suspicious rock in places where rocks should not be found...

The oldest Geokid had the cache in hand before I could even put my handbag down. We didn't carry a pen, but fashioned our signatures using a thin stick and some mascara.

Really really loved this whole experience. It's a beautiful area, a clever multi, and a great way to spend an hour or so. Popping in a well deserved FP.

Fun times. Wheelchair friendly journey to both the clue and the cache. Winning!

I had been out here earlier this year to work on this multi. I did calculate the finals that day and found the cache, but didn't have a pen. I put one of those logs in saying I had found it but couldn't sign, then removed it as I felt that wasn't what caching is about.

About 2 months ago, I tried to rely on my memory to bring me back to gz, and headed towards this way after posting a DNF for Greenwoods. Hmmm, this looked very different to when I was here in January, long grass everywhere. I wasn't able to find the gz I had embedded in my memory.

Today, with phone in hand, I retraced the steps from January, arrived at gz and easily found the cache. It's hidey hole was a little reluctant to give it up, but I won in the end! Very happy to finally sign the log and be able to log this one legitimately.

Thanks the_eths for bringing me and my ever faithful geopup here. I love this area.

Searched everywhere, couldn’t find it. Then Geodad spotted some kind of mud nest that had been constructed within GZ. After some moderate bashing, cache was successfully retrieved from it’s recent nest prison! TFTC.

3rd DNF on quite an epic day out caching with PPrime, socially distant of course. Covered 25,000 steps and a few hours of sunshine, exercise and good company.

I had previously solved this cache, and used the checker to make sure I'd gotten it correct. Yup, good to go. So I entered the coords by hand (you can see where this is going!) and then left this cache for another day.

The first day I tried to find this cache was 29 Feb, and I failed, using those coords. I had to rapidly find another multi to help me get to 8 distinct types on a single day. Doh! However, the GZ I was at didn't quite match the hint, so I was a bit concerned.

Today I was in the area and decided to have another look. Checked my coords in the checker again, and got a big fat ERROR - do not pass go, do not collect $200. Damn, my attention to detail is so poor Sad. I called no less than 3 previous finders, and confirmed the error of my ways. OK great, corrected coordinates work in the checker, and I set off to GZ. Thankfully, the new GZ had something that matched the clues.

But this epic saga wasn't over yet Sad because a cache could not be located. We looked really really well. A previous finder was with me. We expanded our search radius, and still came up empty handed, despite finding other potential hiding holes. I got down and dirty, lifted up the long grass, ran my fingers through the dirt, up and down the thing at GZ, and along it, but nothing appeared.

Disappointing to log this as a DNF! It's a fantastic place and a fabulous cache.

A lovely morning for a walk with Geopup, why not tackle 2 multis near home.

Found the details I needed quickly enough and was almost at GZ when I realised I didn't bring a pen with me. Not off to a great start. I have taken a pic of Geopup with the log, and have sent it to the CO to confirm we had found it.

Thanks for the cache the_eths, I love this area.

Decided to get out early before it gets to hot to collect a few smileys. what a beautiful place this is . I did the calculations and was amazed that my first lot of calculations were actually correct as lately I get them muddled. At gz there was only one spot this cache could be. Thanks for taking me here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy

22-Nov-19
What a lovely place for a cache. I remember this area from when I saw a kid and it was great to come back here today and show my daughter the fairy garden and the frog hollow. We miscounted in the multi but made a quick correction then made a quick hop to towards the cache itself, as per the hint. Really enjoyed his one thanks! Tftc

Lovely area. Got the kids to do the counting while I did the maths. The checker gave us the tick of approval. The kids stopped to try and spy some koalas (with no luck) while I went hunting. Quick find at GZ.

27-Jul-19
The kids had a great time making the bridge rock and roll while the grown ups had a frustrating time collecting the numbers required but we all got there in the end for a short walk to GZ. Cache was in good condition and right where it should be. TFTC

Out with our geokids friends on a beautiful barmy winter's day. With correct coordinates off we went, kids thought we were straying into private property but soon found where we were meant to be. Beautiful area. Ttc.

Reviewing cache finds on my GPS I realised that i had missed logging a few caches ( 7/6/2019).

Back in April I found this cache when doing a nice little loop ride out along the river and then back via Eatons Hill. Cool

I hoped this one would lead me in a direction needed and it did not disappoint. I had one little issue with numbers but only minor as the cache was close to where i had first determined in any event. Cool

Coming in today to scout out the GZ of closest LetterBox.
May as well make the most of it and collect the caches in the immediate zone.
Had a look for Bunya Park cache - but did not see it. Will go look for this one next and see how I do.
This is cache 2 for the day. Nice puzzle, need to do some quick sums, and then for a short walk to new waypoint. A few ants on this cache today. But only little ones. Cache and log in excellent condition, and now has my squiggle in it too! Thanks for the cache!

Today we were in the vicinity- or so we thought- visiting Mrs STW'S sister in Everton Park so drove out here to convert a few hopefuls into smilies. Turns out it was further than we thought, but we still had a lot of fun wandering around looking for the two we planned to find, then this easy multi that we happened to be walking past, and a nearby tradi.
We managed to get the correct answers first time and in no time the geo-checker gave us the green light. It was also a thrill to discover that the final was in the direction we were heading too, not the direction we'd just come from (if we'd been smart, we'd have stopped and worked it out first, so we could plan the final into our walk. As it was it didn't matter, it fitted perfectly into our afternoon walk, and Mr STW found the cache as soon as we got to GZ (Mrs had forgotten the hint and was looking on the wrong place altogether!)

Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache- it was a nice easy puzzle and we love that there was a rail to lean on to do our calculations! We usually shy away from multis but one like this could restore our faith! We actually -ahem ... ah ... might have had fun today doing this multi! Nice spot, easy calculations, lovely walk, a geochecker (thank you! ), perfect coordinates for the final and a nice dry log. What more could we want?

09-Feb-19
A morning walk with geodog Angus yesterday gave me the opportunity to visit this wonderful spot and collect the info. No
Luck with the checker though and rain was looming so headed home where a quick tweet gave me the green light. Headed in after work today for a longer than expected walk but a quick find at GZ! Tftc

Thursday. Forgot to log this with the other we found on this day. Needing just a few more multis to satisfy a challenge that we are aiming for, and this was an added bonus of a really nice looking cache to get, so I headed off to get this one. We’ve been here before for another cache but that was years ago. Such a pretty area here, I’d love to have this for my backyard. After reading a sign that the nursery closed at 3pm, and as it was already 2.15pm, I thought I’d better be quick. So I gathered the relevant information and headed off to GZ. Sure hope there are no snakes around as I was hot-footing it through this area. After working out that I took the wrong path in my haste to get to the cache, and then turning around and going back, I realised that time was ticking by so I headed back up to the nursery and asked if the whole area closed at 3pm or was it just the nursery. After being told that this place was open until about 7.15pm – for children! I was told, I figured I’d have the cache well in hand by that time, so headed back out to get the cache. Finally! Found cache, signed log, was attacked by a stack load of ants (ouch) and raced back to the car where I guzzled a bottle of water. I was sure this was only just Spring. Wonderful area and awarding a FP.

Thanks ***the_eths***, for showing us this place. Smile

I love this park, and enjoy coming here when I can, even better with a cache or 2. With such a lovely day I was surprised there was no other cars parked, and no visitors at all, so at the suspension bridge I was free to take my time to get the clues. After some calculations, and arriving at a GZ, that clearly was wrong, I realised that even with all the time in the world, I still have to work on my comprehension of mathematical expressions [B)]

So after a sit down in the nearby shade and reworking my maths, I was only 40 or so metres from the cache. I did have a bit of work clearing the ant nest that has formed around it but the cache is in perfect condition.

A great multi, Thanks Smile

Boing Boing! Haven't been on one of these for years, and I've never explored the rest of this trail.

Out with RoddyC and snickersallan on the dark side to collect a few selected caches. Nice park on this hot day. Found the bridge and we were bouncing numbers around until we got the thumbs up from the geochecker. Cache found quickly. All good with this cache.

I am not sure how I missed spotting this one last time I was here :/ Today, I walked right up to GZ and spotted the cache immediately. Happily, I added my name to the log. I enjoyed the walk both times, so didn't mind doing it again. Smile Thank for bringing me here and TFTC.

24/11/17, 11:41 pm Find #1255
An evening message from NyssaFlutterby asking if I'd be interested in one of crazy late night adventures could only be met with one response.... "of course"!
So it was agreed that she would come collect me around 11ish and we would head out for this cache and the new mailbox cache nearby.
Well we certainly aren't right in the head trekking around here at this time of night, fighting spiders at our faces and toads at our feet! All the roads here tonight around our feet kept reminding me of Practical Magic.
Anyway as we headed along we may have taken a wrong turn - it is a maze as it is in the day time, and even harder to work out this area at night. But eventually we came to a spot where our lights started to shine on something we thought was the right distance away and matched what we were looking for.... and as we started searching, Nyssa realised we are still 30 metres away over there! Red Face oops.
Down we headed feeling like the other spot made so much sense, and not being able to see how this way could possibly have what we were after, and then our light shone on the GZ we were searching for. A quick rush over, and a war with cobblers pegs, and we had a cache in hand. Yay!! Being lunatics does pay off at times! Big Grin
A quick scrawl in the logbook and the cache was replaced, then we were heading back along the paths with one part of tonight's adventure complete.
Thanks for the cache the_eths.

Ok, I'm awarding a favourite point for the amount of time I spent bouncing on the bridge. The first footsteps were freaky but then I couldn't get off it. I had to test the suspension and how old you have to be before your stomach becomes rattled.

Dang. I needed some information which I assumed I had read correctly and set off down the trail. In the heat, the last thing I needed was a spell in the sunshine and I was so glad when it was rewarded to me.

I walked past GZ and said that would be a great place for a cache but my coords said keep going. When I realised that I wasn't that keen to walk though head-high grass without a trail, I knew something was wrong. It then dawned on me that I hadn't subtracted 5 and when I did, the GZ I originally spied looked good, real good!

A cleverly placed leaf had me fooled but I hadn't walked all this way just for the exercise. Finally the cache was mine, and I had to wipe away the sweat knowing the return journey in the heat, wasn't going to get any easier. tftc

Was keen to convert this multi to a smiley this morning, making it multi number 100. Have visited the environmental park before and somehow managed to incorrectly count the number of planks then inputted the wrong coordinates into the GPS. This time came prepared!!

At the suspension bridge took the count very slow, in steps of 2, to the beat of a frog in the rocks below. Rechecked all the other clues and adjusted one number. Couldn't log into the checker so took a chance on the calculated coordinates. This time I'm heading upstream instead of over the stream. So this is where I made my mistake last time!!

Approaching GZ the clue came into play and quickly found the container tucked away. Another the_eths cache completed. Thanks for continuing to maintain these caches.

Love the bridge. Thought I worked out the final coordinates, but walked straight pass it because I have punched in the wrong number. Was going to give up but corrected the numbers and cached was found. Thanks for the hint. Lots of ants are keeping the cache company. Glad they were too vicious.

We had found the other two in here so thought we'd see how tricky this multi was.. Turned out the numbers popped out quickly, but the checker wasn't working.. We thought about giving it a miss, but the final figures we had were fairly nearby and looked ok so off we went.. Our coords were spot on and so was the hint! A quick find was made and all returned as found - thanks for placing

Found it! A bit hard to retrieve but got there in the end.

After the Canada Day event a bit further up the road, I was keen to return to this lovely spot, after the CO confirmed the cache is indeed hiding safe and well . My partner in crime today, Golden Birds was sporting post PT soreness ‍, so I suggested a lovely walk here to straighten her out . Soon we found ourselves in a familiar spot with foliage more sparse and a post now down from my last visit. I used the updated hint and made the find almost immediately!!! . Retrieval of the cache was more tricky, with Golden Birds employing some tricky manoeuvring to extract the log . We confirmed that we were the first finders since August 2016. Great to catch some unloved days here . Thanks for a lovely little multi, recommended for everyone.

After the 3 DNFs we thought it was time to check - cache is definitely still there, right where we left it. I have updated the clue a little to reflect the bit of a change at GZ Smile

We were sure we had the right numbers and the GZ was appropriate, a PAF to two previous finders and we were unable to locate this one.

On our way to find a nearby letterbox cache, Nurseyjulie and I came across the suspension bridge. We found all the required information and entered the waypoint into our phones. After finding the letterbox, we made our way to the final location for this cache. There, we searched and searched before finally making a PAF. According to our PAF, we were looking in the right place, but we were unable to locate the cache today.

I was back over this side of town and was keen to finish this multi I started a few months ago. I found the right way to go and enjoyed a lovely mid afternoon walk. At GZ I was a bit worried but confident I was in the right spot from the clue. I searched in the vicinity however sadly didn't make the find today. Thanks anyway

I was in the general vicinity and decided to tackle this one. I pulled up and made my way toward GZ.

So THIS was where said zoo was. Every day is a school day! I arrived at the first waypoint and started collecting clues. Counting - somehow not my strong point. But I managed to get that sorted reliably. I had some numbers and made my way toward GZ.

I was a little worried when I neared GZ but I soon saw I must have GZ right. In no time, I soon had the cache in hand. It took a while to get the log out - but I was soon singing my name. The cache was in good condition.

What an excellent little multi - with something to learn about the local area. Good one, the_eths! TFTC Smile

With the return of Swellerfungus, the long lost Leyland Brother, from his outback adventuring, the Bromance was back together after an extended separation. Crookedpete and I had signed the log of a challenge cache in London which, among other requirements, necessitated the finding of 20 multi caches in a day. The J.E.F.F. App was deployed to try an locate enough caches that none of us had found. With nearly 10,000 caches between us this was not an easy task in itself. With a list collated and a tentative route planned we headed of at 6am. Crookedpete was his usual (un)organised self, and a phonecall from his son later that morning confirmed that his sunglasses had been found on the footpath outside his house. I think he should change his caching name to Wes -- Wes my phone, Wes my wallet, Wes my GPS....

Despite much jocularity, humour and friendly ribbing we had a job to do and 20 caches to find. Swellerfungus was acting secretary and did an admirable job of recording and performing the calculation on top of Navigating duties. Crookedpete had the important job of anchoring the team - he just weighed us down all dayWink.

Although I am well aware of the Bunya Park Zoo name I can't recall if I ever visited here as a youngster. As we headed off towards the bridge nothing jogged any memories so I can't be sure. Once at the bridge CP and I headed off to opposite ends and started counting. The long day was taking its toll, and as we crossed paths Crookedpetes spoken count made me lose track of my count and I had to start again[:(!]. We soon each had a count that agreed and with some coordinated calculated headed off to GZ. After successfully locating and signing our 19th multicache of the day we headed back to the car and spotted a gentleman spreading a powder around on the ground. We initially thought he might be dusting for fireants but turns out he was marking the course with flour for a run later that evening. TFTC

After an extended break from caching over the past couple of months (thanks to Fungus getting some edumacation), the old bromance team of SeffnJarah, Crookedpete and Swellerfungus were finally back together for a day of multi ..... ahem ..... fun.

Last year, a few months apart, two thirds of the Bromance had signed the logbook of a certain London challenge cache, based entirely on multi's. One of the many criteria to qualify for this challenge was to find twenty multi's in a day.

Some fun was had at the bridge. Seems Seff can't count and remember a number at the same time. We all agreed on a final and then followed our nose in the absence of maps showing the paths, until we were at GZ, where an easy find was made. This was the nineteenth of twenty multi finds for the day. Only one to go now.

Many thanks, the eths

Pete

And so it came to pass that the three Bromance-keteers were back together once again, fighting the good fight against a tyranny of the Multi Caches.
'20 multis in a day' they said.
'It can't be done' was the reply.
Lets give it a damn good crack then! Off I went (Sweller 'd'Artagnan' Fungus) with Seff 'Aramis' njarah and Crooked 'Porthos' Pete

An interesting area, and an interesting history too. Watching my compatriots try to answer the 'Elephant Question' was simply priceless!

Thanks to the CO for the cache!

I came here today on a bit of a jetskiing excursion, thinking I had worked out where to find a puzzle cache... But I soon realised I was much mistaken!
Instead I enjoyed another wander around this unusual place, all alone. I came through years ago in pursuit of other caches so it was nice to be back. I walked the planks very slowly and wondered whether a kind of half-plank near one end counted: I think it did, from memory.
Despite enjoying the walk through the different terrains, with the usual dogs going crazy at me, I didn't worry about Evince so wasn't sure until the very end whether I was on the right track. I was thus very happy to find the cache high and dry, though the ants are all over. TFTC where all is good.

Out for a near last blast in 2015 ... and I wanted Multi's to finalise a last challenge. So, here I am! Been here before - a couple of times actually, but I honestly don't think I have actually come down here to this bridge. Love suspensions, and while short, this is a true example. Loving it. OK, clues sorted and numbers calculated ... glad you mentioned how far it was going to be, that wasn't what I was expecting - but then the little track in was gorgeous, and I would have missed it otherwise - so thanks for that.
Thanks for placing this cache, the_eths. Found in good condition.

Having had a successful find on a nearby traditional I just couldn't leave the area without having a crack at this multi.
Managed to get Evince to greenlight my co-ords quite quickly then it was off to find the final.
Stairs, suspension bridges, standard bridges, open trails, rainforest trails, mown paths, grassed paddocks & mating butterflies were traversed in order to arrive at GZ where a quick find was made.
Signed & replaced as found.
A fun & interesting multi!
