I enjoyed the walk at this sunny day throu this park. Most of the caches could be found and sadly some were not aviable for me [xx(]
The logsheet was made of a quite funny paper, sadly my pen didn't liked it and at some it refused to write properly

So, I found myself in the area today and was deciding on whether to go to the markets in the city with a friend or go caching. My friend ended up being too slow in deciding their movements so I ventured in this direction and by the time they told me they wanted to go to the markets I was close to these caches and I decided that this little collection of caches looked like they would be fun to do. So I ditched the markets and spent the afternoon following the 'short stroll'. Well, I'm not too sure on the short part of this. From the start, I thought it would be a little fun to follow the stroll according to the numerical order of the caches, the titles made it sound like a little bit of an adventure.
Number 3: As the title suggested, the stroll continued. Still with a spring in my step and enjoying the green space here I made my way and found the cache and kept continuing on.

Tiki's 1, 3 & 4 out for a stroll. 3rd one down, let's see if we can keep going! TFTC.

I went out for a 23km walk today. There were eight caches at my halfway point. Woo hoo.
I love these containers. i walked in and out and back in again. There it was, though I t was a reach I soon logged my find.

The stroll continues - and an enjoyable one at that! And the finds continue, too - although this one took a little longer than the previous 3 (No's 1,2 and 7). So many little geo-trails to put you off the scent - but as one cacher said in a previous log - trust your GPSr. So I did and well, what can I say - there it was. Pure gold! Found at 2.15pm on 16th July 2015. TFTC.
Well I did find it, but I think the coords might not be exactly right. Letting the GPSr settle while signing the log still it was reading 10m. Either way reading a previous log got a little hint on which direction to go based on a particular item described.

Took me a while but got there in the end. Seems to be some recent damage to this tree not sure how long it will last in this position.
Like the easy walk and easy find. TFTC.
Lovely area. Out with Miss Beauty and Miss Cutie Pie

Such a lovely day and a tough one to find. Miss A struck gold with some clever looking!
Out visiting friends, on the south side of Brisbane, so picked up a few caches in the area.
A great little series, and an enjoyable walk for this time in the morning.
Signed some of the logs as TD where ever possible, as the logs were difficult to write on.
Many thanks for placing this cache, dawesy321, for us and others to find.

This one took a little bit more of a look around but struck gold soon enough. So many mozzies!!!
Good hide. Quick find with clue. Was a nice walk round this quiet park. Will be back for the remaining few caches soon.
Found with misssusan, mnance, remsjw and jemillalucy today. A bit wet and sloshy around here today, but cache spotted quickly and easily. Tftc
Out caching with Remsjw, Lisylou, Misssusan and Jemillalucy. A nice quick find. TFTC!
It was quite lovely in here today. I saw a few birds and heard a whole heap more. There were all sorts of butterflies roaming about and an abundance of plants in bloom too. Such a wonderful thing to find in the middle of suburbia. [^]
This one took a while. I found the co-ordinates to be a bit out for all the caches in this series but a quick scout about usually revealed the cache quickly. I did a fair bit of circle work to locate this one. I finally made it to the right spot to see it.

This was looking like 0/3 and I was ready to just walk back to the car. Backwards and forwards, in and out and finally it appeared in a place that matches the hint.
Hooray. I finally have one and a determination to get the entire 6 in this series.

'Tis a lovely area for a stroll
A wee bit muddy in places, but the mozzies were behaving themselves [^]

Had to make the effort to get back here, this is the atmosphere of caching I love, peaceful and no muggles.Arrived here at GZ and oh my goodness, how did I miss it last time, found it almost instantly, that's good cause now off to number 6 to see if I can find it.TFTC.
I came in to this area which was brand new to me to find one particular long-sought cache. After wrapping that up, I randomly chose to walk this way and after a while, did the usual check for other caches nearby to see if I could stop for another somewhere on the way home.
"4 metres away."
Huh? I came to a dead stop, wondering if my phone had gone haywire. It seems that in my focus upon the cache by another CO, I had overlooked the presence of this whole series, and had already walked right past two. D'oh!
At just 4m away, I was certainly going to have a look, and after approaching from a different angle, the cache was very apparent. All in great condition so TFTC! Time now to look for more...

Out and about looking for a few caches today.
This little series seemed like a good place to start.
A nice easy walk around the mowed paths.
Another easy find here.
Thanks for the cache.

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 9:41am. The cache was found quickly but it's well hidden. TFTC
This was where I went bad,it just wasn't revealing itself tonight and it was turning dark rapidly, have a look on the way back.TFTC.
Up the hill and down the other side following the nice wide path. Once at GZ, I wandered around for quite a while trying to bump my head on something, anything.
No great hints in the logs.
Eventually I spotted the tell-tale sign of a bit of colour and then the nearby guardian properly attached to the branch. He's still smiling.
I figure I was about 7-8m from where my gpsr reckoned GZ was. The tree cover doesn't help with readings.

What is this place? It feels like Wonderland. We have seen grasshoppers, native birds, more butterflies than I can count and a Hare! A legitimate Hare in QLD. Awesome. Nice cache location and should be proud of this series for bringing people to this oasis. Kudos to the BCC for the well maintained paths. Tftc. Recovered and returned.
Continuing the nicely mowed walkway, this one was took a little more detective work, but eventually found it! TFTC dawesy321
A hot slog up a steep hill this morning to log some puzzles and a short stroll was just the ticket with the promise of a shady walk.
Strolling around the corner now and wondering why it is that I have two cans of bug spray in the car, yet never seem to remember to put it on? Enjoying the breeze.
Why is she over in W.A. on a spectacular morning by the seaside logging Brissy caches at 6.30am? Hmmm... could be a couple of reasons for that strange behaviour
My first ever geocache find is in these wetlands! They are a glider habitat and you may also stumble across the occasional diamond Python as you wander through here. A beautiful remnant of nature nestled amongst the urban chaos.
TFTC Dawesy321!

Joint *FTF* @ 11;44am 14/1/14 with Immyky.
2TF honours to Crew 153!
Having done the previous two of the Short Stroll series just recently, & being in the area when these latest two were published, we thought we'd give the FTFs a shot!
It wasn't hard to locate the right place to park as it was still fresh in the old grey matter from our recent visit. At least it wasn't raining this time, which was a blessing, but the humidity sure wanted a piece of the action.
Another pleasant stroll through this 'newly discovered' area , so close to home base, turned out to bear fruit as Immyky & Mrs Linden/6 claimed joint *FTF* with 8 yr old Immogen leading the way.
Sorry Crew 153, but you missed out by '-----' that much! It was a pleasure to accompany you on 'your' stroll today Max! Congrats on the 2TFs!
TFTC Dawesy321 (now stay out of our local bushland!!!) LOL ...

I was sitting at work thinking about where I would find a few caches at lunchtime when the alert for the two new caches sounded. That gave me the answer as I hadn't found the two original caches either.
It was a 15 minute drive to the parking spot. I noticed a couple of cars parked nearby and as I headed towards the entrance another familiar car stopped behind mine and Den of Linden/6 informed me that his wife and daughter had already found the caches.
Oh well, I needed the stroll anyway so we headed in towards this one and met the others coming out.
After a chat we both then headed towards the cache location. We searched around for a while and then Dennis pointed to the cache which we had both walked past a number of times without seeing.
TFTC. A lovely bit of bush land here.
