Cracker Girlwas chasing LGA's and we went for a drive this afternoon to pick up another three. This is one of the caches that both teams found. There was a lot here that we would not have seen if it wasn't for this geocache and there was quite a lot of very interesting information here as well as different artworks.Combine that with a very good hide that could be reached without being in the sun it definitely gets a favorite point from us.
I was staying in Nanson with dear family friends to celebrate the life of my surrogate grandfather and took the opportunity to grab a couple of caches to try and turn a few more LGAs green. We pulled up to this one and I leapt out of the car while CrackerDad parked it safely. Sadly my head start did not result in retrieving the cache before him as he walked up and retrieved it from the second place he looked. After adding our names to the logs we took the time to read the information in the gazebo which answered several questions we had from driving around. Thanks jowiba for bringing us to this great ecohut, filled with information and a great cache hide. A favourite point from me.
Exploring the town and keen to do this one as it had a fair few fav points. A clever and appropriate hide. Tftc
On our Australian trip . After started for some days in Darwin we are on the road to Perth now .On the Road after Katherine we have seen Edith Falls, Kunnurra and Bungles Bungle. Finally we cross the Pentecost-river to enter the Gibb RiverRoad . A lot to see like Emma Falls, El Questro, Mitchel Falls, Manning Gorge, Galvans Gorge, Bell Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge .Now return on the sealed road again . Further over Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, Karijini NP, Exmouth and now down the coast to Perth .After Coral Bay, Carnarvan and Monkey Mia, we headed further on the road and stopped for this one .Definitely worth to come here .And worth a favo!TFTC# 17'328
First of all I spent quite a bit of time finding the reserve. Thankfully when I eventually found it there was no one else there. I went around and around looking up and down. As others have said, I was about to give up when I found it. Very clever. Then I had trouble getting the log out to sign. But I got there in the end. I went knowing it was difficult to find after reading other comments, so I felt very satisfied to eventually find it. Tftc. A very interesting spot with the information and The creek was flowing well after plenty of rain earlier in the day. I'd come here to go looking for orchids with friends. After getting drenched this morning we called it a day. So that meant I had time to find a couple of caches!
Ate breakfast in the shelter then had a good hunt around. Too tricky for me though.
Hi there jowiba. While out on the road today we found this cache at 0144pm after a short search - and the container and log are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to jowiba for this cache - our find 10893 and the 4th of 11 finds for the day.FieldNotes: The cache and Log are in good condition.
We have this one a good long time but no luck. So far skunked in Northampton!
Sneaky! Luckily a quick find! Our Geodaughters loved the murals here ️Found with Redrobbin25. Tftc
On Road trip in WA day 4 on my way north.
Made it 425km today 8 caches along the way and some detours to sights.

Found this cache while in town today. There has certainly been some work done here by students to promote this reserve. Have seen one of these caches before so a quick sneaky find and returned. TFTC
Beautiful spot looking out over the rolling hills. Almost missed the turnoff if I hadn't spotted the ledge from the road towards Geraldton.
Before the kids were up this morning I took the opportunity to grab a cache in the area. We are on a Creation Safari and moving along every day so sneaking in a cache can be tricky
Loved this area. I took the scenic road down the Old Brook Rd and across the brook then the more conventional way back to the caravan park which by the way has very nice amenities…
Then back to pack up camp before they wonder where I am.
Have a fav for the adventure and the quaint little area.

Well it’s finally holiday time! I C Nothing is hitting the road for some R&R grabbing a few finds on our travels. Looking forward to seeing some sunshine and having quality beach time. Glad to see a few caches as we tour around exploring. Today we found your cache safe and in good condition. Nice camo here with spot on cords. Thanks for placing for our enjoyment.
Caravanning, caching and hunting wild flowers on this trip from S.A. Did a day trip to Northampton from Geraldton and taking the scenic route on the way home. Was a perfect day for caching. Hunted high and low and bingo. Love these sneaky hides. T.F.T.C.
It's been raining all day so when finally the sun came out it was time to go caching. Clever cache but not too hard. TFTC
Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
We are on the road travelling up through central Australian and down the coast of WA. I was happy to grab a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
It has now started raining here, so thankfully, it had eased off, so we decided to come and explore the Eco Hut and what it could tell us. Thankfully it didn't take me too long to spot, while hubby explored all this great local info.
Thanks jowiba for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

It was pouring rain when I drove in here, so I drove the front half of the car under the shelter, allowing me to get out without getting wet, or the need for an umbrella. I was able to search out of the rain, but it took some time to find the sneaky hide. TFTC jowiba.
While on our way south with ilook4geo we stopped here to have a look for this cache. The co-ords were good and something caught our attention. The container was retrieved, two more names were added to the log and everything went back into place. Thanks for this hide go to jowiba.
Shared the find here with goingplaces2 on a well hidden cache. All good with container and log. TFTC.
Thank you! On a road trip to Exmouth and back. Happy to find the cache here. A previous log definitely helped.
Found it. TFTC jowiba. Found the cache but with nothing inside. Had nothing to leave except a log. It may not last replaced the container as found with new log.
Knew it was here somewhere so kept looking and circling around. Mrs Adinache suddenly dashed over and found the cache. Easy, when you know where to look. Cache was missing its log book (which seems to have happened a bit for this one). Inserted a new piece of paper and replaced cache as found. Fav point for the challenge this cache provided. TFTC
Happy to return and avenge our previous dnf.
TFTC jowiba this is find #12513 for us..

TFTC Jowiba, on first look we found an errant log with 2 names on it from early in the year. We continued, knowing that there had been finds since then. We found the hide & retrieved the log, signed & returned to hide. We did place the two early signings as well. We had seen one of these previously, but you get a fav from us. Enjoying caching in WA on our big lap from Qld.
Marble Bar to Baldivis with axell33. It was now 0600h and we pulled up to have a stretch in some mild overcast weather having just missed the rain that had just been falling here. We searched all about, as you do with no luck then axell33 made the find! Clever hide here with a favourite from me. Thanks for the cache here.
Caching our way home from Marble Bar, we stopped here just after dawn to have a break and bit of a search for your cache. We searched for a good 10 minutes before spotting something and sure enough there it was. We added our names to your log and returned your cache back to where it lives. Its always nice to do a welfare check on one that hasnt been found for a while and happy to say this one is holding up well. Pretty cool camo, favourite point coming up when i get a fresh delivery. TFTC jowiba
Luckily a surprisingly quick find here, however existing cache log appears to be missing. We placed a log in and signed, but nothing to keep the same from occurring again. Enjoyed the informative displays and a short walk too. TFTC -A&G
Braced for a long look after reading logs but after reading a certain log we narrowed it down and my fiend found it instantly. Lovely hide TFTC
Take two, fresh eyes and a thorough search around the GZ lead us to success! Thanks for the great hunt!
DNF today, we'll be back to avenge our honour! Thanks for bringing us to such a great place, definitely worth a visit, good spot to atop for a picnic too
Just pays to never give up! So pleased to have finally found it - brains (Me&B) and me are awarding a fave!
Had me stumped for a while but found it just before I gave up. I added a paper to the container but had nothing to protect it better. Loved the artwork.
Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply cruising from Geraldton to Kalbarri.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'jowiba' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'Nokanena Brook Reserve' and the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest.

This took us a little while and we were just about to give up when boom...... there it was! Can’t believe how many of these there are in this one structure. Brilliant hide.
Heading north for a camping weekend in Kalbarri and decided to cache my way through Northampton on the way This was one of the locations I stopped at. Like the Gwalla Station hide across town, this was another hidden gem of a location that I otherwise would certainly have missed. And a great camo hide here as well GPS was a little bouncy but I had soon narrowed down some possible placements, and was pleased to make a pretty quick find here Another fave point coming your way for bringing me here All good today, no problems TFTC
Hi there jowiba.
We found your cache **"Nokanena Brook Reserve"** at 11:06:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 22652).
We are staying in Geraldton for a few days catching up with friends. When we had a free moment we started our caching run by nominating a cache some distance from our camp site and then took a route that was sometimes determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. We thoroughly enjoyed our interesting trek around the local area
We ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route. (9 finds today & 0 DNF's). Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic travels around Australia. We awarded this cache a favourite point for the ingenious camo.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 11m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

A short work from where we had parked brought us to a likely location for a hide, but it took us much longer than we had bargained on to find it.
When we expanded our search area to the opposite side we located the nicely camoed and hidden cache.
We have driven through Northampton on our previous visits, but today we decided to have a sleepover. A free camp set up at the golf course and a number of unfounded caches drew us to spend a bit of time here. Such a pretty spot it is too. Lovely little parks, great surrounding countryside and a welcoming feel. What more could you wish for. Especiall as we have also spotted a few cafes and places to eat.

It was so cold and wet while we were here that we were hoping for a quick find. No such luck though and the hole in the centre of the roof made it hard to escape the rain. So much for heading north to the 'big island' to escape the Tassie winter!!!!
Our GPS had us on the opposite side to where we finally found this one. It was only a radiating search that led to the discovery. A very nicely crafted hide though.
Thanks and a favourite point from us.

The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 35. Soon after a very cold night it began to rain. I decided to stay in Northampton for the night, but had enough time to head out to Pt Gregory to fix up an old DNF.
During the afternoon I got a bit bored and headed out to check this spot. Plenty of areas to search and in the end a well camouflaged cache was found.
Thanks.

After two unsuccessful tries to find this cache we returned today better informed and found it. TFTC Jowiba it deserves a favorite for the hide and effort finding it.
Excellent hiding spot, well done. We newbies just learnt not to give too much credence to uploaded photos. TFTC!
