Arrived at GZ with GoldCircle in fading light only to discover - that with all the recent flooding - the very *fast-flowing*'water was about 4-feet deep(!) - and despite having wetsuit boots and shorts, we both declared the water-temperature to be "officially" too cold for certain extremities
A return trip in Summer methinks...

Arrived on-site with Doug.G... to find a river in full-spate - flooding everywhere, water above waist high and a lareg tree stuck in one of the bridge archways...
A little birdy may have mentioned where the cache was - and if said birdy was correct, the chances of the container having survived are pretty low...
Shall be back when (if?) the nasty weather ever stops!

Tried this on the way to the Swedish Breakfast this morning with no luck, on the way back afterwards made a second attempt was made by Macadonis and myself but the environment had changed slightly and thermal waders may have been more appropriate than little shoes Great hide and another tick on the D/T grid TFTC
DuckTales & myself visited this one this morning on the way to the Swedish Breakfast event in Belfast.
We had this one on the list as we needed it as part of our 81 grid.
Our return visit was fruitful, but the level of water had doubled on our return.
All credit to DuckTales on finding this one

We were hoping to find this cache as a Grid Filler, but after going under each part of the bridge three times each, we couldn't find the cache!
We'll put this one on the watchlist to see if we missed it.
Thanks for the experience.
