Like mine medium rare. Day out with the kids. Container was wet dried most of the log but attention is needed to ensure container is sealed properly. NZChicky and NzNamtab
After a few caches around Whangaparoa on this sunny afternoon. Quick find. I guess its steak on the BBQ for dinner tonight. TFTC
