Wahooo found him, second time lucky.
Unfortunately the the cache is in bad shape.

29-Mar-20
On the third time I looked at it, I thought it was worth a closer inspection & hazzah it was the cache. I'd had a good look around & it was nice to finally have the CIH. Great hide, very well camoed & worth another FP from me. TFTC!

A geocaching trip has been needed for over a month, so today was Day 2, heading from Armidale back to Casino.

Ohhhhhh what a cool cache this one is. I’m happy some others struggle with it. Hehe.
Definitely worthy of a favorite point.

Cheers

With Fangsoki, Crew153 and 1MinnieMoo we have been on the Dorrigo Plateau for the weekend - and now taking the New England back to Brisbane. Our next caching stop this day was here. Whilst we checked out a few 'likely' spots, we managed to stumble somewhat accidentally on the .... oh wow that's well hidden. Nice job. What is in the water around here?

Thanks Anjakel for entertaining me at this location.
Cool *{Overall find #7548}* Cool

27-Jan-20
I was on an Australia Day long weekend road trip with Pprime, Fangsoki and 1MinniMoo and we had targeted caches in the area which would help us to qualify for a number of challenges.

So well camouflaged. I got lucky with this one.

27/1/20 Find #3416
Fangsoki, PPrime, Crew153 and I were spending the Australia Day long weekend in and around Dorrigo. This was our final day of our trip.
A bit of searching by the boys while I snuck to the back fo the Canyonero to grab some Nurofen. When I joined them, I checked where my phone pointed me and told Crew153 “I get GZ here”. We both began searching and soon the sneaky cache was discovered by Crew153. Good camo on this one, well constructed.
Thanks for the cache handlel.

27-Jan-20
1MinnieMoo, Pprime, Crew 153, and I were in the Guyra / Ebor Area grabbing caches. This was our third day while in the area.

We enjoyed all of the caches in beautiful area - and appreciate the effort the cache owners put into the caches. I was very impressed with the construction of this one. Crew 153 brought the beast to light.

10-Oct-19
As a previous finder, I was asked by another geocacher that couldn't find this one, to check if I was in the area. No luck today in finding this, the CO should check please.

25-Sep-19
Spent a while here with no luck, this one might need a check. Thanks

05-Sep-19
This was a DNF for us today Even after 40 odd minutes looking feeling prodding and pocking. We even PAF one of the earlier finders but still no luck.

Replaced the logbook here today due to it having been shoved in as a ball and got stuck, I had swung by to pop in a Trackable and decided to replace this log. Added a TB to be on its way

Out with Mum (JACS Team). Thanks for the fun! I liked the equipment here and it was good to play on after being in the car for a while.

06-Apr-19
Enjoyed playing on the equipment. Eventually came up with the sneaky hide. So clever no wonder it has so many favourite points!

03-Mar-19
Wow that was a good one....looked passed it at least 4 times

Fantastic hide, well done and thanks.

24-Feb-19
While transitting through to Glen Innes we stopped in town and did as much as we could with the caravan in tow. We enjoyed exploring the area and this was one we (us and Snakepiters) targetted and found. A great cache, fav point alloc. Thanks to handlel for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.

24-Feb-19
Enroute to Glenn Innes today and picking up what we can towing the caravan. A cold windy day so very quick out of car pick up and back into the warm, well that was to be the plan but on some it did take a bit longer. Good camo, give a fav point

Thanks for giving the brain a work out. All is good with this one

08-Jan-19
We had crossed paths with a local who was proud to tell us about the caches in town. I wished that I had got his phone number in case I need a PAF.

I probably could have done with a PAF because this cache took us a while to find. Amazing it can take so long to find something so big in a search area so small. This was our second cache in town and now both have dragged favourite points out of us.

After stamping the log, it was time for us to get fit. My wife and I started our holiday with the best intentions of staying healthy but the wine is really starting to drag us down to its level. tftc

06-Jan-19
Excellent camo, took a while to find. Almost had to phone-a-friend! Very well done ️

On our way home to Queensland and stopped off in Guyra to do some caches. After a quick search we had the cache in hand. Very clever camo & hide. Signed log and replaced as found. Favourite point from us. TFTC Smile

This was a clever hide. One of us looked straight past it, whereas the other of us thought it to be obvious. Interesting how people see the same thing in different ways. Thanks for the cache.

10-Oct-18
This was a clever hide that one of us spotted straight away and if that hadn't been the case, the other of us would probably still be looking. Thanks for this clever hide.

Another great hide by this CO. Blends in so well but quite obvious to an experienced cacher eye. But then again, one can look but not see! I'm out of favourite points at the moment. There's too many great hides around the New England. I need to find a whole stack of crappy mint tins to build up my FPs so I can award caches like the ones in this series. Stay tuned. Thanks handlel. Love your work!

25-Apr-18
Gotcha - Very clever hide. We were about to give up.

23-Apr-18
Nice hide fav point for you. Found with Staybe and Co log signed SO or OS we tended to get ourselves confused. 3143 1:27:00 PM handlel without cachers like you we would have no game. Thank you. TNLN SLSmile

Our final day of a 3 day weekend caching in and around Armidale with Ozglory.

Today was sadly our final day.

We had barely been at GZ for 2 seconds and Mrs Oz had the cache in hand. Lucky!

Thanks for placing the cache! We appreciate it.

Some logs may be signed O&S to represent Ozglory and Staybe & Co.

Day two of our trip to the Mega and travelling from our over night stop in Tenterfield after 8 hours on the road yesterday. Today caching our way south only as far as Armidale but a lot of caches to get both GGCA and of course GC. Parked close and walked over and had the area to ourselves. I have had no hints or help with this one and I have found a similar one to this before and saw something not quite right and soon had the cache in hand. Very good hide and construction. Another favourite point coming your way. TFTC Anjakel

Woo Hoo. Big Grin Day 1 of my holiday to the Mega. Cool
I caught up to Caro earlier after giving her a 1 hour head start from Toowoomba. Smile She did stop for a few extra caches than I did. Razz Now we are travelling together. [^]
A quick find and back on the road again. [^] No, that is a load of crap .... we searched and searched and then I looked at it, ignored what I was looking at and started searching with my hands ... and it moved. Big Grin
Thanks for the cache.

24-Mar-18
Oooh that is a sneaky cool clever hide. Definite favourite point from me. Thanks Anjakel! Big Grin

We can only think that those who haven't given this a favourite point are not premium members therefore don't have them to give. This is an excellent hide that makes geocaching a fun, interesting and sometimes challenging hobby. We were impressed. Thanks for the enjoyment you added to our day Anjakel and of course a favourite point is coming your way. Cheers and Happy New Year!

06-Jan-18
We are heading from Brisbane to Bright in Victoria, caching as we go, wherever it is safe to pull up with the caravan. We left Brisbane on 3rd Jan and dont have to be in Bright til the end of the month. Today's drive takes us from Deepwater to Guyra, via Emmaville.
After setting up the van at Mother of Ducks lagoon, and dinner, we are now enjoying daylight saving, and headed off for an evening caching walk. This was one of two caches we targeted tonight.
OMG this is amazing. I really did get a good workout. In fact, put my fingers on it and in it but discounting it. Eventually, after stretching my muscles, we found it. Fave point coming your way. Thanks Anjakel

I'm heading home to Canberra from Brisbane where I was visiting my Mum who has just had a hip replacement. She is 92, and going great guns, with walking much easier than when I last saw her. As a domestic slave, I am had an easy time - Mum didn't need much care which is great, so I did a little geocaching and walking with my GeoSchnauzers. I spent most of my time walking with Mum and ferrying her around. Had to give her needles for a couple of weeks too. Brought back memories of daily injections for my deceased wife, for her multiple sclerosis.

I got away as planned at about 2:00 pm, making for Stanthorpe for the night. I get here, and stopped for the cache, to stretch my legs, and to walk the dogs. I was on this road a lot forty years ago, there was nothing much here then as I remember. Interesting spot now. The cache was easy, thanks for bringing me here.

Yesterday, I tried to book my room in Stanthorpe. No luck, due to something called a Snowflake Festival. Never mind, try Warwick. No luck. Oh dear. Tenterfield. One room left, got it. Hmmm. Thought I would drive straight there just in case, and just as well I did. The poor bugger was at least quadruple booked. His internet was down, except apparently for his Booking.com connection, so he was trying to find rooms for people. He got me one in Glen Innes, which was out of range of the festival. Never mind, less distance to drive today, and more time for caching.

Brilliant hide. Have a favorite point.

Find no 2 of 19 today.

Thanks, handlel

Sat in the car here for a long time waiting for a muggle in the car behind us to leave. Not that we were complaining about that as it was warm in there and cold where we had to go to find this one.
This one only took about a minute as something not quite right was quickly spotted.
Very clever and a favourite point from us. Thanks.

I was in Guyra today visiting relatives and decided to grab a couple of caches whilst there. This was the first that I attempted.

After a short search, something was spotted that looked a little out of place and sure enough, it was what I was looking for. The cache was well constructed and well camoed.

The log was extracted and signed and returned to the cache and the cache was replaced exactly as found.

A favourite point for this one.

All is good with this cache.

Find #487.

On our way from Maryborough QLD to Bindoon WA towing our home-on-wheels, we stopped in to the lovely little town of Guyra for an overnight stop at Mother of Ducks lagoon. This morning when we were ready to leave we went for a walk to find the final 3 caches in Guyra. This one is a beauty and deserves a favourite point. TFTC
