I dont recall exactly but it must be about 4 months ago at an event when OZGrumpy, Jlly and I had a chat about riding the Reisling and Rattler Trails for caches.Today is the day and as the weather gods would have it, its going to be a 35deg day Cache quickly found and log stamped TFTC
Found it! Stopped by to get the AdLab stage but couldnt leave without finding this one too. Will return on a cooler day to do the Rattler Trail! TFTC!
TFTC found while on a trip to SA doing a couple of rail trails with Algae. I rode my bicycle and Algae rode his electric unicycle. Thanks for placing and maintaining these caches for us to find.
Spent the day on the bikes doing the Riesling Trail (and back). Didn't have a lot of time for caching; managed to grab this one at our turn around point. Nice quick find - TFTC.
As we wander through the land, grabbing caches and seeing the sights even occasionally catching up with friends A good day was had while grabbing these caches with lots of miles covered Thanks for placing them *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Thanks for this, easy find can be done with kids although they might not be able to see it because its taller then they are
Over to attend the Great Leap Forward Mega Event with tmann421.Have done a few km collecting caches and have enjoyed the tour aroundThanks to all the cache owners for their efforts in placing and maintaining these for us to findSigned log tm/ww NZ
*Another nice find with woolwood9 today.* Thanks for putting this cache out for us to visit. SL *tm/ww NZ*Soon located. Did most of this trail about 8 years ago - nice to come back for some I missed.
Heading off home after lunch at nearby event...Little baffling but in the end turned out easy...Thanks ClareValleyCaching for the cache...
My sixth find of the day after the Auburn Catchup event. This is my second power trail of the day that I only managed to get 1 find on I will return for more in the future.TFTC ClareValleyCaching
Found while starting an adlab close by. Quick find, just 68 more to go. TFTC clarevalleycycling and the efforts in maintaining such a long trail.
Catching up with late logs. After having a great time on the York Peninsula doing a few of the series over there we were traveling back home with micaparamedic and as we had a little bit of time up our sleeves we thought that we would venture off to an area that we don't often get near.We were on a short time frame so we only had time to look for one in this series todayThe cache turned out to be a reasonably quick find and after adding our names to the log we returned everything as it was. Many thanks cvc for the cache.
Found on afternoon walk on the trail while staying at the Auburn Caravan Park. A lovely stop to Camp, Cache and walk.
Found this one before in April with my girl friends on a girls weekend, but no one had a pen. Back for the find, but its in a different place. Oh well stamped and on our way to do some kms and caches
We are off on a trip to the Birdsville Races and then across to Queensland - the plan is for about 6 weeks of travel - all going well.
Week 1 we have travelled from Portland to Farrell's Flat near Clare.
Today the weather was a little better so we took the bikes to Auburn and rode to Penwortham for a very nice lunch and then back to Auburn - about 30km all up.
We really enjoyed most of this series of caches - not too close together and generally in easy to get to spots from the bike tracks. Only 1 DNF for the day.
This was the starting point for us - a very bold hide indeed. Loved the art works here as well.
Thanks for contributing to our holiday ClareValleyCaching

My wife and I had a lunch booked at Pikes Winery and had had just come from Mintaro. We had these big plans of walking a lot of the Riesling trail but the weather just sucked walls but with a “b” instead of the “w”.
Even in the rain I was cache hungry and when you can drive within 15 metres of a hide you have to take it. The bonus here is that the cache was under a great shelter and the rain was falling on something else. The only bad news was that I was going to get wet running back to the car. tftc

Parked vehicle and trailer at Sevenhill Oval. Made my way to Auburn on the mobility scooter and grabbed many caches along the way, as well as taking in the interesting views. TFTC
Southern Autumn adventure Day 30. Mid North section of SA trip Day 1. It was time to leave Blackwood for the time being and head north of the City. I am planning on four days at Clare. I stoped once in the city before getting past Gawler and then doing a sequential LAB and a cache at some of the locations. It really cooled down as I pulled unto the valley and a tittle rain as well.
This was my first touch of the rail trails up here in the valley, the main reason I came this way. A quick find alongside the start of a lab set.
Thanks for the cache ClareValleyCaching

Spending a few days exploring and caching around the Clare Valley. Visiting some towns that I haven’t been before so lots of unfound geocaches up for grabs.
Day two was Spring Conservation Park, Clare and Auburn.
Once I arrived in Auburn, I parked the car and headed off on my bike to continue on with the Rattler Trail.
Thanks for the cache cvc.

Day nine of our short South Australian trip with BettyBoo3747 and the geo-doggies.
Traveling from Blanchetown to Clare with a Cornish pastie in Kapunda.
A nice drive through the hills.
Grabbed a couple of AdLabs, and a few other odd caches we passed.
Our first Rattler! We will come back to do some more over the next few days. (we have the deadly treadlies on board)
Thanks, Robmc.

#19090. Day 9. of our Vic/SA trip with Robmc the geodogs and our bicycles. It was a moving day today between Blanchetown and Clare. So enjoyed the drive and the scenery once we got to Truro - beautifully green and lush at this time of the year. Spent a lot of time in Kapunda at the Copper Mine and in town. Gathered up 2 AdLabs and several caches along the way. Looking forward to the next four days based in Clare.
Yes it was in plain sight just as the last couple of finders mentioned. I am surprised it was still there. However, it is now NOT in plain sight but moved to the back. We are so looking forward to riding the trail this week (but not in the rain). Good to be back in the area after so long.
Thanks ClareValleyCaching

Not sure if this was supposed to be sticking out in plain sight with the lid open but left as I found it. Beautiful area. TFTC
Out with the JAMS crew grabbing a few caches and sussing out the local area in preparation for the game day of the JLWE.

Found with FUF009 while attending the JLWE in Clare. A mixed weather day, where we just found what we could in-between rains. Tftc
Found while doing the nearby lab cache ( or at least this is where it starts ) quick find.
The JAMS team (( JJ52, Allister W, Mogni, and sir_spectre ) plus TallBikeStan for this trip ) are headed off to the 20 th JuneLongWeekend Event in Clare. As you would expect extension poles, blow up kayaks, waders and ladders are in the car. I am sure every one else takes 11 hours to reach Clare from Adelaide, i am also sure via Burra is the logical to Clare . There was many photos taken of the fun times we had, even involving a ladder in the creek and of course many dirt roads ventured down. All caches for the weekend where stamped as JAMS and some more caches where placed on our travels. The missing JAMS member Michells&hound joined us in our B&B in Clare but didn't join with us for the JLWE game. The weather slowly got better over the weekend. It's good to see some gadget and creative caches around Clare that are permeant and not temp game caches.

Found by Mary and David at at 10:20. So much to read, so much to learn. The sun is shining too - a good omen for the Flash Mob later this afternoon. Our thanks to ClareValleyCaching.
A few of the rail trail caches were nabbed en route to Clare for the JLWE, as I needed to stop at various points for the Adventure Lab. This was one of them.
Thanks for the cache and series CVC.

The night is upon me, but I was on a mission to collect as many cache types as I could for 1 day. So I rustled up some enthusiastic cachers and we braved the misty rain for a night raid. Thanks to Geopenta, Tweety2 & Bubbles8 for accompanying me. TFTC!
Today we arrived at Auburn and booked int o the caravan park, from here we headed out to find a few caches nearby. An interesting spot to find the cache. SL TFTC
Love it here. And a nice track too. Day 5 in SA and The Riesling Trail was high on the list along with a few other random caches. Hope to tick all boxes before heading to home base. I’m out on trusty treadles aka my MTB to explore the trails and surroundings although I left it up on the track as I sprang to the cache! . I’ve learnt theRE are plenty of quality SA caches - plenty to pique the curiosity and anticipation of another surprise or fun cache. Happy and relieved to record no DNF’s today and on average most were located ‘relatively’ quickly. TFTC AND THE FUN and the effort to contribute to this fave game
After a bit of searching, I decided it was time to look up a bit.

Stumped us unfortunately. It was in the dark but we had reasonable iPhone torches. I have some suspicions it may have gone walkabout
