In the area today and a good reason to get started on this series.
It's hard to find a good parking spot up here.
Figured out the puzzle after a few minutes.
Well done!

Easy one!
Arrived at ground zero, looked around and thought "I'll just lift this up".
Your wooden box is broken unfortunately but the cache is in otherwise good condition.

Great hiding spot! Unfortunately, the puzzle has been broken - it looks like someone has attempted to repair and glued the front face back on, except both layers have now been glud together. Not possible to open.
Probably not the wisest decision to pursue this series today when I was in good shoes and had no hiking sticks with me… in fact, it was pretty silly.
However, after going up and down and cross-country, I arrived at this one and got underway.
There’s been a bit of damage to one bit but it’s still secure so I would say it took me at least 20 minutes to gain access as intended. I resorted to watching a couple of YouTube clips but they didn’t help that much. I guess I just fluked it ultimately.
I rearranged everything and headed off before the horse flies could drive me crazy. TFTC which was a good challenge.

Bush bashed across to this one as there’s no path with the undergrowth doing so well atm, and continued across the bush, skirting a day care centre, to the final that I missed on the way. I’m sorry but the front is broken off and although I could see how to open it, I couldn’t get it to budge. I put my name through the slot, if that’s not ok, that’s ok I was hesitant to look at the suspicious item at GZ and hesitated but went thru with a quick flip and Lo and behold my prize
Walking on from II I came across a huge goanna that I thought had scurried off into the bush... turns out he went up a tree instead....
No bush bashing??? I had to do a little bush bashing to reach GZ... Once there the cache was a quick find, and once again I didn't need to expend much Patience as the box wasn't sitting quite right....
Made my mark and reset the container... Left Kleurrijke vis TB to carry on...
Thanks D&Mocha for an interesting series... My body has decided it's time to go home, so I'll be back to finish off the rest...

Had a nice seat whilst analysing what to do. I must be a genious as I had it open pretty quickly
Muggle65 are in the area to find a couple of caches for his DT grid. Very very wet underfoot today. Love the field puzzle. This is the first for us in this series. Gonna run out of fave points if they are all like this
Out to score some more D/T hits with The Green Geckos . After a quick drive down from Brisbane we parked close to this one, an easy find; now off to VI.
At GZ, we came across another lovely puzzle. These are some of the most fun ways to find a geocache out in the field. Yet another large container and a challenge within for us.
Thanks D&Mocha for taking the time and effort to place this really fun series in this bush land area.
So much fun!

On this side of town after attending the CITO this morning, CHAMAD had a plan to head further south to find the recommended Patience and Karma series, I jumped on board to help out.
Arriving at gz, the cache was found quickly. The field puzzle was a little tricky to work at first, I tried something a little different which helped to open this one.
Log signed, cache replaced as found we moved on to the next one.
Thanks D&Mocha for placing the cache and bringing me here.

At today’s CITO event collecting rubbish and a cache. Bumped into Willis007 and we decided to go grab a few caches around the Pimpama/Ormeau areas, a few target caches I had on a list. After solving the nearby puzzle cache and the four series caches up the road we were off to grab our target caches for the day the Patience and Karma series.
What a fun little series of puzzles and cache hides. A great area to walk around, just not in the middle of the day or on a hot day, lol.
Cache IV puzzle is damaged and requires some fixing, cache number V was a little sticky and required a gentle tap to unstick the mechanism inside to move, but the rest of the puzzles all worked fine. Once we got the hang of the puzzles it was a reasonably quick method of opening the puzzles. I really enjoyed doing each puzzle and it was nice to see the different varieties of the same style of puzzle. With the logs all signed and caches replaced as found it was onto some others in the area.
Thank you so much for this series and am giving a favourite point to my main target cache of today.

As soon I saw the cache I announced oh no! I broke one of those! Lucky Deafsanta came to rescue! Thank you. Well done Deafcat for finding the cache! A fun find/puzzle
After the last puzzle box was busted into 1000 pieces it was exciting to find this one in working order. That was until we were stumped on how to open it.
We studied it closely and were jiggling and feeling and couldn’t believe how inept we were. It was like looking at a tidal wave when all you have is a boogey board. All of a sudden Mrs Woodyrothwell had it open in her hands but wasn’t sure what she had done. We weren’t going to miss the opportunity so stamped the log as quick as we could.
We closed it up and I dared her to open it again, but she couldn’t. She ran through the same steps as previously: shake of the hair, two steps to the left, a quick bra adjustment and then an Instagram check. Finally we worked out how it was done and finally felt smart again. tftc

Wednesday. Bit of a detour here as there were some people nearby. They weren’t watching us, as they had other tasks to focus on, but we still made sure that we weren’t seen. Found a very likely looking geocache locache and headed in for the find. With the log signed, we replaced as found and headed off to our next cache.
This was the 5th of 10 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***D&Mocha***, for showing us this place.

Decided to find a few caches to help me recover from the flu and this set seemed perfect. This probably took the longest to solve, thankfully I brought the other half who after several minutes laughing at me, took it and solved immediately. TFTC.
TFTC smile 4930 out and about with miss Millie geo dog and Brislions we had a lovely walk in the reserve this morning Thank you for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Last week I ask grannysmith1947, if she would come and help me grab 4 caches for my D/T grid. And two old caches too. We also found 4 trad and 1 Challenge cache. We had a good day out.
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive ¥256 days. D&Mocha. #1668 finds

My last find to complete my set of gems for the mystery at the museum challenge. Worked up a good sweat walking up the hill to find this clever hide. Loved the theme of these caches so far. A favourite point for the series. Tftc
A great little series in a beautiful patch of bushland. Thanks for placing
Our group were quickly counting down the P&K puzzles, with number III being the fourth find of the 6 group series. With no obvious track to GZ, crossed the creek and bush bashed with the cache found in the first spot checked. Thanks for the P&K series D&Mocha.
After at least two abandoned attempts (rain and daylight issues), we finally made our way to collect these caches. Picked a route with as little up as possible. All caches found readily, and opened without too much difficulty. It helped we had see some of these puzzles before. TFTC!
Finally mostly everything was in alignment and we made it to the series. I was not feeling the best but I couldn’t miss the opportunity to grab the series and be present for Team ARF’s Loop 2 achievement. It was a very pleasant walk made all the better by today’s company. Glad Ardom has done his parking homework to save us lots of up walking. I may have seen some of these in my own series which was great for the patience level!
Hey future finders.
Can someone PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF LOG and all the finders names and add to your log or personal message to me.
Also don't forget to time yourself and add it to the log for fun.

Took the tb's.

Down from Townsville for some more work training. This time ‘Adventure Based Learning’. Sounds fun right? Sadly this involved sitting in a classroom for 3 days talking about ABL rather than actually doing it.
Interesting DT for these and happy to get out here with Karicka.
Had to backtrack to complete the series. I had a bit of trouble getting into this one. Karicka to the rescue.
Tftc D&Mocha for the series.

Onto the next one and a quick find was made. Not too long until we had the log in hand. Great puzzle box! TFTC!
Great path to continue on and didn’t take us long to find the container have seen this box before so was a quick visit here with krcamber
This morning I drove to the suggested parking locations to collect a number of caches in the area. At 6 in the morning, with it raining on occasion I had the entire place to myself. At stages, I was walking with what felt like 2 kilograms of mud on each boot. By the end of the caching session, I could tell if I was wetter from the inside, the rain or the water falling from the trees.
With construction going on between number II and here, I couldn't see a path if one exists. But bush bashed and the GPS took me straight to a likely looking hide.
Another interesting hide, but the bag has seen better days
Thanks for the cache D & Mocha

As we were arriving to GZ we saw the path was divided in three and thought which would be the best way to go first and decided to do them in order. We ventured off the track a bit and were searching around the obvious fallen object but were coming up with nothing. We checked out the hint seeing as though we were both suffering from cache blindness and wouldn’t you know it, it was exactly the thing we were walking around and avoiding.
We tapped the area with a stick and gave each other the knowing nod of ‘if a snake comes out, don’t move’, the coast was clear and we made the find and were able to add our name to the log. Right, time to get back out on the track and go back to where the paths divide to find another one just like the other one.

I started from number 6 for my adventure today for Geosportz 2018. I must have looked a real sight with my backpack, a Hobby horse and a long piece of conduit pipe for my challenges here today. I was really hoping these puzzle boxes would not be too hard, but I had done some Youtube homework before doing these just to get an idea of what I was up against.
I started to walk right past this one further up the track and then realised the metres were clocking up higher so I turned around and had to head straight into the bush off the track, there is not really any geo trail at this one which is good. This was a tricky hide but curiousity got the better of me...lol. I gave it a bit of a kick and yes there was the cache..very sneaky hide. Another big cache container. I worked the puzzle out and signed the log, added some treasures for everyone. Rehid the cache just as I found it. This was found for the Tennis challenge for Geosportz 2018 TFTC D&Mocha

This one was the third cache on our list. While out with dahumbug, Kiki97 and SnowBear.
Located of the track a little bit, the girls left it to dahumbug and I to do the short bush bash to GZ. It was an easy find and another cool little cache.

Out with CoolumRoo and his family members Snowbear and Kiki97 on a Leisurely Sunday caching. The ladies like the interesting caches and I recommended these ones as I had found two of the series back in 2015.
**End of Copy and Paste**
Number 3 cache visit for the series and we had a little system in place. The ladies would have fun with the puzzle boxes and CoolumRoo and I would stir them up.
Cheers D&M
Well this one was fun to get to, plenty of webs today but that's caching for ya, lol. Finally we spotted the hint and walked towards it to find the cache. I passed the cache container to my 5 year old son and within 3 seconds he passed me the log book, knew I brought him for a reason, lol. Signed and returned, TFTC.
Had a great walk through this reserve today and soon spotted a likely camo for the cache. The puzzle challenged us for a few minutes and then BINGO it opened. TFTC.
Enjoying this little series very much and this one was different again, great idea to get the mind thinking outside the square for a change. Thanks D&Mocha for the good hide and TFTC

Heading down to see Mum for a belated Mother's Day lunch, so I took the opportunity to get out for some early bushwalking and caching. After wandering up tge track from 2, I headed here after noting the new placement. I took some coords to make it easier for others. The puzzle didn't take me long to figure out, before signing the log.
Thanks **D&Mocha** for bringing us here, this find makes #3597. Discover our trackable TGQNRV.

I looked for the cache at the specified coordinates but to no avail. I then checked the previous logs to see that it had been moved but that the cooordinates had not yet been updated. I soon located the new location from the photo and made the find. The puzzle was in its solved position so after I logged my find I reset the puzzle so the next finder could enjoy solving it.

Out with stortigirls, doing her 25 unique D/T in a day challenge. We made our way into the area and then to GZ. There, we were worried that the cache may have been burned as the only thing there were a lot of ashes [:o] We searched a few spots, unsuccessfully. Then we read a few logs and discovered that the cache has been relocated. A check of the photos gave us something to look for. We spread out within a perimeter and stortigirls soon found the right spot. It wasnt long before we were adding our names to the log. TFTC
An epic day of caching today, trying to achieve the 25 DT challenge. Accompanied by Selva Girls who agreed to be my driver and cheer squad for the day, we cached from dawn to dusk. This cache was on the list not only as a unique DT but also as one required to help loop my DT grid. A must do! We approached gz and after hunting for a while checked the logs again. A recent photo helped and we found the container some distance from the original coords. Sadly the inner container had been broken by someone too impatient to work it out. We carefully put things back without causing more damage. Tftc D&Mocha.
TFTC. Had to bush bash a little bit :-p but found it thanks to the hint. #wooliescrew
We were checking the map for an upcoming trip to the Gold Coast area and noticed that we had somehow neglected to log all of the caches found on our previous day out down that way. We remember the very enjoyable walk we had, even though it was rather warm for spring weather, and the at times frustrating moments before managing to get our hands on the log to enable us to add our name before continuing on our way.
Thank you D&Mocha for having placed the cache for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Headed down to Bris for an over night stay from Toowoomba hoping to build a few numbers to complete a goal before an interstate trip. Third and last one in this area for this trip, the light was fading and the hotel calling. Made a quick find of this one in its temporary location. No trouble getting the log, had more difficulty making sure everything was back in place! Great hide and TFTC D &Mocha
Found it. Able to save this one from the fire. Moved to another place. Don't have a GPS on me for coordinates but will contact the owner.
From where PK III. Cache saver moved it about 30 metres down to a massive pile of logs that hasn't burnt. photo attached.
Will try get out there in next few weeks so busy lately sorry everyone. Need subowner for my night adventure too

Out with lisylou, bennyboppers, jemillalucy and mnance101 for the Monday trek. Rather large container, well hidden.

Somewhere in my childhood... I must have done something good!! Yes!! #3!! Thank you very much! TFTC! Really good karma!!
Well this is my first foray into the world of D&Mocha caches. I was certainly surprised to see how many there were, and gave us a great opportunity to scramble around this great little bushland area. Right up my alley!
This one certainly tested our cerebral cortex, and left us stumped as to how it worked. All three of us took a chunk of time at it to no avail. There may have been a 'second solution found', but eventually the cache was opened! I simply cannot fathom the mental blindness that hid the actual solution. So simple and so devious!
Well played indeed D&M

After a paddle around to find Herbz Challenge this morning, Crookedpete, Swellerfungus and I headed over to gain some caching karma. Having solved the previous 2 puzzles reasonably easily, this one sure tested our patience and stamina. All three of us had a go at solving this to no avail. Even some naughty googling came up with nothing. Swellerfungus finally came to our rescue and opened the cache to give us long awaited access to the logbook. TFTC.
After a paddle on Hinze Dam this morning followed by a rather exciting T4 tree climb at Lower Beechmont, SeffnJarah, Swellerfungus and I rumbled up the highway and decided to collect a few caches located around this one, attracted by the seemingly generous difficulty & terrain ratings on offer in these parts. And so they were.
This was the one field puzzle on our walk that did test our patience. After no luck, we resorted to Dr Google and found the required information. But it really didn't show what to do. In fact it did, just there was no explanation. Fungus finally clicked on the trick. A nice field puzzle.
Thanks D&Mocha

With the blood pumping and the temperature rising I powered off towards the GZ for this cache. But now I had a good idea of the series and I was getting into it - what would the next cache container behold? On arrival at the GZ I looked around a few wrong spots before I spied something that looked like a possible hiding location - what a great hiding place, I really like it! With this cache I made quick work of the object inside the container (I think I just got lucky with this one). SL TSLS and left TB Grasspopper to continue on his travels in the bush. TFTC! It's a favorite point from me because of the cool hiding spot
