I've decided to archive this cache as it has been repeatedly muggled and there are no suitable spots to relocate it to.
A new, nearby cache is being planned!

Dammit...scratched around for ages, me and the 3 geokids... No luck... This one is proving harder than it should be!!!
There were many a place it could have been,
But none of them it was ....
Raining to heavy and couldn't look for long.

Looks like a maintenance check is due.
I'll sort this one out in the next few days.

Having to pick up something in Buderim seemed a good excuse to also pick up a few smileys on the way. I decided to ask Wombles & co an Mrs Just a Trifle along for the trip.
All three of us had a long and thorough search, and again after reading the logs. Eventually one spot made sense, but still we couldn't find anything that remotely resembled a container of any sort. A DNF for us...

Took a bit of scratching around on hands and knee but got the little sucker,
Out with the two youngest kids this morning (ED aged 4; JM aged 6) and thought we'd find this one.
We stopped nearby, and went to where the GPSr said... and stood in the middle of a concrete pad. Hmmm. This meant that we were effectively searching all around the said GZ in any direction. So we looked about for about 10 minutes without really knowing where to focus... and with so many spiders webs about the little ones were keen to move on. But I still don't really know where it is, or which direction to look. Maybe another day when I have more time (and the GPSr might be more helpful also... ).

Logs were right. It is where you think it is. But lots of stick work to retrieve it.
Took us a fair while to find this
Luckily we had our geokid with us, otherwise we may still be there!
Thanks Electroman

Out on a sunny afternoon to tick off a few. Pulled up at GZ. GEO-dad saw a likely hide from the car. Geo-daughter soon ran back to the car. Cache in hand.
Picking up a couple of caches today with dahumbug. This one did take us a bit of time to find, with some gardeners near by a bit of stealth was required. Finally found what we need to in the place that we just kept going back to. TFTC
Found with CoolumRoo while we were in the area.
I admired the concrete how it was hovering above the dirt. Gee there must be some good reo-bar in there.
We were a bit stifled at this one as workman were doing their thing in the next garden. Our first instincts proved to be right in the end on this one, but we had to have a decent look for it.
Thanks electro man...nice hide but wouldn't be wheelchair accessible at present. You may want to check it out.

First find of the day after lots of rain! Very quiet here today. Good camping store nearby. TFTC
Found with secret 7p , red dwarfs gave a clue as they have been here before. Gracias electro_man
We thought we would have another go at this one after a DNF a few weeks ago. It was a quick find this time. Not sure why, but we didn't look here last time. TFTC.
Quick find by geodaughter on the way to the plaza .
Very sneaky .

TFTC out with Mickezza and get gps was going one way and mine the other. Finally decided to use our geosense and there it was. TNLNSL
Found at 0915 With Marg. Took a bit to find but a search in the deep shadow gave me the prize. TFTC.
Wandered into the area and looked in several places.
Looked in the same spot several times and could not locate it and after getting a hint, it was where I was looking all the time.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks electro man All good with this cache

Another one down for today . spent 15 minutes looking, my usual system. Look with iPhone, can't locate it, return to geomobile and crank up the garmin, while its looking for satellites I find the cache.
I was worried about the newly trimmed trees that the cache may have gone missing - seems as I was wrong.
Signed logsheet 13:10 hrs.

We spent hours looking for this today. Phone went flat and kids were so hungry so we left. Returned with hubby and he found it. Its so well hidden and camouflaged that this would have to be the hardest cache for us!
We had a long look for this one but other than lots of rubbish we didn't find anything.
We managed to park very close to GZ and stroller over and began looking. Had a look in some obvious spots and then looked at the co-ords again. Then I had a thought and checked it out and was in luck. Found the hiding place! Thanks for the cache electro_man.
Gps was a bit wacky at first, but it suddenly decided to focus on a new area and it wasn't long then. Tftc
This sure was a frustrating one! No muggles around so free to search unhindered but could not spot anything out of place. Started to read too much into the clue and unscrew things to no avail.
There seemed one obvious spot that fit in with clues in previous logs but we checked it several times and nothing appeared. In final desperation and about to give up totally, we had one more check of this spot and finally the cache presented itself! Definitely need a sticky piece of equipment to assist here.
Relieved to have found it after a DNF just before, we had to call it a day - lots of other things on this afternoon.

On our trip trough Australia with the hole family we looked also for some caches. They often showed us places we would never had discovered. Thanks a lot to the all the people who care about this lovely hobby .
Bevor I start for the caches in the area, the hole family made a swim with heavy waves . A really lovely beach! So I had to go by my self to gather the caches. Tooks me a time to collect these caches. They are not very near, so it took me 10km to make this round .
I misinterrpreted the hint and so it tooks a while till I read the logs. I liked the high-heel women on the knees .
Greetings from switzerland .

Sunny Sunday afternoon and boredom set in so decided to venture out... Not too far from home... To finally put this cache to rest. Needed to use a stick to get to cache but was a nice shady spot on a warm day .
#996 @ 4:25 pm. Wondering what cache I could get today on my way home from work and this one came to mind. Of course, searching for this in a dress and heels was not the most easy task nor the most lady like. Luckily there is lots of cover from the road. Anyways, a set of dirty knees and another cache now has my name proudly on the log. TFTC electro_man!
Out at the beach this morning for an early morning swim with thehairbear and we made a short detour on our way home to check out this cache.
We parked within 10 mtrs and I saw where the GPS was pointing and headed over and checked out a likely spot and the cache was soon in hand.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

Egg Zachary had her cache radar on for this one and found it after a short search. Love the camo. TFTC
What I love about most about caching is finding a cache in a place my hubby says he already searched!!!!
The new coords seem to be dead on and cache soon found. Love the camouflage container. TFTC

Well I made a botch of this find didn't I....I arrived at GZ and started a systematic search of the area looking in ALL likely spots.
Well after 15 minutes of searching and looking in one particular area a couple of times. But this area that I'm drawn to is about 3m away from my initial GZ....but that always acceptable.
I recheck GZ and surrounding areas, check high, checked low....Now come on, you have to be here somewhere.
So back I go re check this one area and bingo...........One well camouflaged cache.
I signed the log and returned the cache back to where I found it.....All ready for the next lucky punter.
TFTC electro-man........I think!!!

Joint *FTF* @ 9:10pm with spinna76, MinkosDes and LechBros.
The glorious sound of a new publication came through on our phones and we were up and off. We swung by and collected MinkosDes and zoomed towards GZ. We arrived and started the hunt. We hunted and hunted and hunted some more. I didn't look in the spots that the others had already checked, rookie mistake because it was checked again and yep, there it was.

There was a little chitter chatter tonight on FaceBook about the chance that some publications could be made tonight. So much so, that the Reviewers must of heard and thought, "Give the people what they want..." and one new cache came out. Just not really in reach though.
Where there's one, there's MORE! So the team went into prepare mode, ready to jump at any given moment. Shoes on, headlamps on, phones in hand and car started on the driveway...
Yes, two caches that we now had a chance for! We decided that it would be best to head to Caloundra first and then try to collect this one on the way home. And might I add, that planned out perfectly! We were lucky enough to get a FTF down in Caloundra and then we all quickly piled back into the geo:van and zoomed back home.
This one was so close to home it was not funny. I think it was something like 0.8km from our home location... Walking/running distance! (Well, for a FTF it is)
We pulled up right on top of GZ and started frantically looking around, not knowing if we would be joined or if we were to late. We looked everywhere possible, we really changed the difficulty rating on this one! We kept talking about it and checking each others hunts to ensure nothing was missed... Well, it was missed, 4 TIMES! It was in the first place we looked and on several other attempts, at the same spot, it was missed, missed, MISSSSSSED!
Well, it was not missed the forth time we looked and *BAM* there's a cache there... FPM - Face Palm Moment.
Thanks for another hide electro_man and for the FTF prize.

#951 Joint *FTF* w/ MinkosDes, Stacevel and Lechbros @ 9:10 PM. After heading to Caloundra for a FTF we headed back home with the hope others hadn't made a find here. Searched for a little while here. Finally looking at the correct place for the fourth time MinkosDes spotted the cache. ~ TFTC electro_man
