Making our way home after a great weekend of camping and adventuring around Girraween, picking up a few more caches as we go. The container is cracked and was full of water. Tipped it out and tried to sign the log but it needs replacing. Tftc Team RobinsFind #5963
Found by EC rather quickly. Took rubber ducky & left a peg. Thanks for the great cache
I stopped here while driving past to make a quick find. Thanks for the fun Team Robins
We had the opportunity to spend Easter in Stanthorpe so took advantage of the days off to find some caches while we were here. Emptied out water from this container before signing log. Glad we’re not here during brass monkey season because the nights are already cold enough! Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Spotted this cache sitting in the car, returned how I found it. Maybe the CO might check to see if it is meant to be covered?

Yes, we did chill out at the monkeys!
We are on our way back home. We went to QOGM 2022 in Charleville first, then decided to go on a camping trip in NSW for a change and visited also Canberra.
Now we stay a couple of days in Stanthorpe.

On the way home from Toowoomba on Fathers' day, we swung by here for lunch. Googlasaurus made the find from the car. TFTC.
Out for a Sunday drive (and it is Sunday today). The weather up until yesterday has been atrocious, and I really did not think we would get out of Warwick this weekend, let alone find at least 10 of the required 20 caches needed to get us to our milestone of 6000. But this morning we woke to a beautiful sunny autumn day, so dressed accordingly, and set off for Glen Aplin to start a caching drive home again. Coffee and Vincenco's added to the enjoyment.
Spotted from the car in a suspiciously familiar spot.
Thanks Team Robins for the hide and a great drive.

Stayed the night at a nearby winery…this was too close to ignore..doing the Dunny Dash Trail on the way home TFTC
Can’t believe I missed seeing this one on my way into the Brewery. Ah well my eyes were clued into Geo’s on the way out after retrieving one at The Blue Shed.
TFTC.

On our way back to Stanthorpe after visiting Girraween NP and Wallangarra today, we thought we'd like to visit a brewery and the website said this one was open till 1800h. Arrived and the gates were shut so no visit from us today. A bit disappointed as it was on our list of places to visit for the weekend.
But as gz was right near the gates, at least the cache was a quick find.

It’s some years since I beadled around the Stanthorpe region and the promise of a temperate climate and low humidity drew me here. Lots of caches, cheese, jam, wineries, truffles, happy hour, awesome scenery, you get the picture Even managed to convert a muggle to our evil ways Lots of fun!
All is fine with this cache

Tonight we were staying at Ridgemill Estate and so drove past the entry to the brewery. Seeing we were going to be driving past here for an entire week, grabbed the cache on the outside but left the inner workings for a day when I could get on the beer.
My wife was OK with it as long as she could get on the wine. I them measured the distance to the winery so I knew how far I would be walking on the day I visit. tftc

Knocked back a cheeky tasting paddle before signing the cache. Couldn't resist.

TFTC! Pulling up to GZ, I had a fair idea of where to look. Really enjoy these country hides!
Making our way north we have now reached the granite belt and there are a lot of interesting and quite spectacular rock formations around. This was a not a difficult cache to find with ilook4geo. After doing the signing duties, all was put back into its place before we headed on our way for the day. Thanks go to Team Robins for putting this cache into play.
We are now caching in the granite belt with goingplaces2 and enjoying finding some fun and interesting caches. This one was easy to find and soon had our names on the paper. TFTC.

A quick easy find here.
Out on a circuit from King Storm dam to pick up as many caches, and souvenirs, as possible. All that were attempted were eventually found, some taking longer than others. Mostly all the caches were in good condition though some had damp logs. I particularly enjoyed those caches that had been created by their COs, though even some of those made me feel very uncomfortable with their placement whether it was because it was on private property or so close to the highway that they didn't allow for good parking.
Big thanks to COs for placing and maintaining these caches which add another dimension to our travels.
All logs were signed with full name or as SG as I often do depending on space available, tthough signing was not necessarily straightafter the previous logger as sometimes I filled in a space.

A quick grab was made here on our last morning in Stanthorpe. TFTC and bringing us to the area Team Robins
I am in the region to have New Years Eve at Girraween while camping with a few friends and to find a few caches and to earn a souvenir or two while here.
A quick find on the way south.
Thanks for the cache.

Down south with Brother Colin to find a few caches and earn the Old Year and New Year souvenirs. We managed to dodge the nasty storm cells that passed through the region and found a number of caches mainly from my 'to do' list.
This was on my list and was a quick find. Unfortunately the container is quite broken and could use a maintenance visit.
Thanks for the cache, Team Robins.

Found 9 November 2017 at 1:42 pm. Some time ago I saw the Fruit Run caches at Stanthorpe and wanted to find them but this was just in my dreams. It has eventuated that we were to travel to Bundaberg to see my terminal sister in law. This was the opportunity I needed to find a way to get to Stanthorpe and thus plans were underway but every effort we made to leave was blocked until I saw a clear way to just go (leave home). When obtaining the cache information for Fruit Run I discovered Stan's Apple and began solving with the travel delays put off this made for more solving time. I was also keen to find Letterboxes, Earth Caches and any cache with an interesting name or that just interested me in some way. Sprout One and dad were having a debate with me over this one of which I hadn't planned to find. When we came back to this location Sprout One had a look and found something good, a cache. Thanks for the cache and bringing me here.
Found with the tough mothers today during a weekend away in the area. Signed in as TMx6. Tftc
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers, Misssusan79, Remsjw, Lisylou and Jemillalucy). TFTC!
TFTC... 01/10/17. On the hunt in unfamiliar territory with Tough Mothers. Lots of smileys on offer, this is one of them. Plenty of rain. Cold enough for this stop.
Found this with tough mother's x 6 today. Here for the weekend at Warwick and drove to Tenterfield thanks for all caches
Not chilly at all today! Found easily on arrival and the guardian spider ran away, which made me happy. The lid had cracked a bit but it's still fine inside at the moment. Now to really go and chill out with the monkey. TFTC, Team Robins. =^.^=
Accurate coordinates and an obvious hide location led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Team Robins for the cache.
Two Norwegians on holiday in Australia. Today we spent the day in Stanthorpe and the surrounding areas. Beer tasting, wine tasting and of course some geocaching.
The monkey was gone but the cache was home.
