A quick detour on the way home. Found it after a short search in the obvious place.

This took longer than I thought. Wow the hedge is pretty thick. In the end I found the cache.

Yes, this cache was pretty much a park and grab as the container was hidden in the obvious place. It was quickly retrieved, with the duties then being done before we went back to the geo vehicle. All is good with the cache and contents. Thanks to Incensed for placing this cache.

My closest to home unfound cache has now been crossed off. Thanks for not putting this near the kids playground. Much cleaner here too. I've driving past this spot millions of times but never bothered stopping. Huge container for this location, thanks.

After TAFE I went to get a DNF and a cache.

Came to this cache after #7 of this P&G series, parked my car 20 meters away and 5 cars at GZ but no muggles inside but there were some at the park and walking by, quickly grabbed it then when a sat down on the grass to SL, then it was an easy put back and walk back to my car. TFTC

Dropped by after work. Quick park and grab. Did a little CITO as someone had decided to leave their fast food boxes behind. Nice view looking south from the carpark on the highway TFTC. #601

**Needed a Cache for the day to keep my streak alive, I was in the area looking at properties and after a few non attempts due to muggles, this park was nice and empty. I made the quick park n grab, and it surprised me that there was no camo on the container. But with the mess around, it does blend in.**

Looks like there's been a party in this park or more to the point in this cul de sac and they left all their rubbish behind for the neighbours or the council. Some people are disgusting.

The cache however was in good condition and well away from prying eyes. Its location in the camo was unusual but I replaced it as found.

Dnf last june yay found today

Quick find by contactpete whilst out on a night caching adventure with team CRuDSS.

After a very busy week of non stop busyness I could think of a better way to wind down for Friday than to spend the evening geocaching with Team CCRuDSS

This evening we headed out to the south east from Blacktown to try and find a spot where Snoopy1976 hasn't been (I can report these areas are getting scarce)

So off we set bound for a short Trail.

Early start, first stop this cache and then the dentist.... This was a quick find, dropped off 2 TBs to continue their journey. TFTC

After being here before, I came back and my GPSr pointed to another spot. Walked over and started checking spots. Found rubbish, a bong, beer bottle, popper, Chinese container (still full of something), can of solo. All this hidden in the hedge. Then I found the cache. SL and replaced.

Nice quick & easy find! Very simple but effective means of hiding - just hope some eager council worker doesn't muggle it. TNLNSL / TFTC

Had to pick up the geo teens from an event nearby and decided to stop to look for this one on the way. Great size for the area! TFTC!

No one at the park on a lovely summer afternoon in the school holidays. Oh well, made our search easy & it was nice & quick. Cache was very easy to spot & larger than we expected. Tnsl tftc

Tftc, easy grab on the way to get the best Churizos in Sydney.

Easy find . TFTC.

Could have parked within a few metres of GZ but did the right thing and didn’t block the turning circle. Made the short climb to the apex of the hill and easily made the find.

On my way to pick up GeoDirk from his sleepover party, an hour too early. What's better to do than find some caches on the way?

A nice park, unfortunately I'm without any kids. Oh well a few swings on the swing and I'm happy again.

Found with morry9 during a day out in an effort to help me get closer to reaching my milestone goal of 2,000 finds at the last ever Geocaching Block Party in Seattle this August. We started over at Lidcombe with Harry's End and then travelled to Homebush West for Bushes and Fields - Henley Reserve. In Homebush we did Bushes and Fields - Slater Reserve and Bushes and Fields - Airey Park. Over to Strathfield we collected Bushes and Fields - Kessell Square, Bushes and Fields - Boden Reserve, Yarn Bombing Rocks, Bushes and Fields - Davey Square Reserve, Grevilleas DO NOT rock, Heydes Hundred (a challenge cache), Bushes and Fields - Todman Reserve (Barker Road), Bushes and Fields - Strathfield Park and Palmer Avenue Troll @ Strathfield.

Next we made our way over to Potts Hill and found dishlicker series No 3 (potts pak), before heading towards Yagoona for Park and Grab #1 O'Neill Park and Park and Grab #7 Gazzard Park. In Bankstown we grabbed Park and Grab #8 McLeod Reserve, Park and Grab #5 Apex Reserve and Ruse park. We then picked up Just Keep Walking #3 and Just Keep Walking #2 in Narwee, before finishing off in Beverly Hills with Just Keep Walking #1, Unguarded Moment, King Georges road troll Roselands and King George's road M5 linear park.

All in all, a fun day out with morry9 and for all of the caches, I Signed Log and Took Nothing Left Nothing. A successful day out in terms of find rate! Thanks For The Caches to all of the respective Cache Owners.

Heading over Parra way today and stopped off to grab this one. A bit confusing at first because we checked out the hint. Possibly the hint needs updating because of the new location of the cache? Dropped a TB. Interesting history of Bankstown on the nearby information plaque. TFTC Incensed.

(& tronador does have a point, a 50 something male hanging around the bushes near a playground makes me feel a bit uncomfortable & I don't have any grand-kids to drag along yet)

Can't say I like caches in children's playgrounds. Plenty of land here to place the cache well away from places like this. Parents get suspicious when cachers lurk about.

I thought that I would have another crack at searching for this cache. Sadly there was someone right at GZ and I really couldn't do anything other than keep walking, otherwise I would have raised a lot of suspicion and questions. Oh well, next time!

I hate giving hints away but in an attempt to avoid disaster, it's not the pope gardening unit - that contains nothing but wires. You are close though and are looking with the right geocacher eyes! This one didn't have any camo when I found it so did the best I could with what was available.

I managed to tackle four quick ones during lunch today and this was the first. TFTC!

Got attacked by wasps so decided to call it quits on the search for this one.

Heading to Sydney for a meeting I had time for another cache. This spot was rather quiet but had evidence of muggles enjoying themselves.
After a short search the small container was in hand.

A longer-than-expected find on the way to Bankstown. We basically did the exact same thing as KRS! After about five minutes of searching in the scorching sun, we finally managed to locate it. Apologies for the late log, and the log is signed under our old separate usernames. TFTC Incensed

17/2/15. 2:28 PM. Cache #2262. Streak day #240. I needed a quick park & grab for the streak today, so one from this series was the way to go. Once at GZ, using the hint I searched around. One larger item opened but this had wires in it. Then a bit further along some bottles and other rubbish, and then the cache. See, it was quick. TFTC }:)
