One of the best..nice walk, and awesome view, no need to get down on hands and knees for this one...the cache itself could maybe be upgraded
Went straight past it the first time, but then realised it was in the place you'd assume. Great view. Signed in lemon juice. Felt sketchy on this grey and damp day.
Found after a long search , then after reading some of the logs came back to where we started. New log paper, looked as if it had just been placed, perhaps by a walker we spied leaving the site just as we were approaching.
Found log wedged under a rock, I'm sure it was awesome once but needs some serious maintenance
Very sneaky hide in a far less dangerous place than I was looking
found on a wet and windy weekend exploring the Warnambool area on Melbourne Cup weekend 22 while most of the state was Flooding. Tftc

Logged today during a scenic coast day. Now off to see Magic Rock! Found this one a week ago but silly me forgot a pen! TFTC.
It felt like the right kind of day to be out here - light fading as the sun set, leaden skies, cool, and waves endlessly crashing into the cliffs. I went up on top, King of the World style, but found the clever hide somewhere less dramatic. Thanks rodjan for bringing me here

Of course the trip homeward from Warrnambool to the Bellarine, would not be complete without stopping for a few caches. We worked hard for this one - it was getting quite hot and the flies were absolutely horrendous, the rocky coast is spectacular.
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** The plastic bag is shredded and both the log and the container need replacing. **Perhaps the next seeker might help the CO out.**
Thanks rodjan for placing interesting caches on the gameboard..
30500 - *half way to 31,000*.

This was a long walk after the other one on this track. Finally got to GZ and started looking around at likely spots, and started a re-look and found it at this point. Thanks for a cool hide in a special spot.
Gorgeous day to be down here today. Nice stroll to the Cache Location with a Great view of shipwreck rock. Very sneaky hide but a quick find. Very lucky to be standing in the right place for this one. TFTC.
Found on 28/12 with shashabear9. Nice little scramble down with geodog leading the way
Have had this log sitting in my drafts for over 6 months. Sorry for the late log. Couldn't find this one, although I enjoyed the walk. The GPSr was insistent that it was off the edge of the cliff and whilst I went quite close to the edge, I dared not go any further.
Very cool hide. Caution though. Rain over the past few days has eroded the track down.
Great find! Amazing views might need a new long and waterproof bag as the bag is quite ripped.
I didn’t need to get close to the edge to find this one. Thanks for putting out something that takes me on a walk and into the Wild.
A HUGE, WHOPPING favourite point from me. What an awesome spot, and hide. I didn't see the wrecked sailing boat but I had quite an adventure. I went off track (but not too close to any cliff edges) as I didn't realise there was actually a track further on. It certainly felt sketchier especially being a hot day. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this one. Thanks so much.
What a great spot! Took a bit of searching but just as we were about to give up, we noticed it!

This cache has been always overlooked on previous visits to Warrnambool due to its remoteness but not today. We placed this adventurous cache first on our list to do this morning after leaving our motel....just in case it rains later on!
We drove to the carpark and realised we could get much closer to GZ in the 4WD, so we ended up 160 metres above the walking track. A steep walk down the car track had us where we needed to be to view the breath taking scenery and find the cache. Pretty cut we didn’t get to see the original shipwreck formation but still happy to be here today to take in the ocean views with its high rugged cliffs.
We found something just not quite right which turned out to be the cache as we were taking photos , so an easy find for us . Sometimes you just get lucky we guess.
Thanks rodjan for the placement with fantastic views.

So close yet so far. Upon the approach my fear of heights combined with a very slippery track after some rain saw me and geo kids 6 and 7 turning around. It was still a great track to have a walk along and the kids enjoyed spotting the shipwreck.
Visiting from the USA. I found this while exploring randomly (before the lockdown). Sad that geocaching has come to a near dead stop at this time.

Out with Geowife and geodaughter doing some touring on a cooler, very smoky day.
After a visit to Cheeseworld these were my closest unfound caches so off we went for a walk along the coastline.
Geodaughter wasn't happy with walking all the way to this one so she and the wife waited back in the car.
As i approached the second part of the bottom track i thought what am i getting myself into here?, concerned how close to the edge it looked from a distance.
That was the easy part. Spent a long time looking for this one, even climbed a fair way up the rock, before looking through the logs for a hint. One log mentioned where not to look which was a great help, and so i studied the area lot more carefully and finally found a little tell. Pleased to finally get this tricky one in hand! Thx Rodjan, a favorite point for a great cache hide, the location and terrain.

This was our first step at Great Ocean Road. Our nice Owner of the motel highly recommended to have a look at the beach before we would reach the major tourist spots. He was right No people here and a nice view to the cliffs from the trail, which is open and accessible. - Thanks for the nice hide!
Cool winter's morning and a brisk walk. Then a careful slow approach to the cache, thanks for the adventure, cheers
The track has been reopened by Parks Victoria.
The rock we originally named this cache after has been destroyed by the waves and no longer looks like a ship!
But now there is a modern-day shipwreck! A yacht is stuck on the rocks and can't be salvaged. You can see it as you walk along the track.
Please stay on the tracks and respect the environment. Thanks!

The track is still closed by Parks Victoria. We will re-enable the cache when the track is reopened. Thanks for your patience!
The track is closed at the moment due to a yacht being stuck on the rocks. It really is shipwreck rock now!!
Heading to warnambool for a lunchtime start on site means that I had a little time up my sleeve for a spot of caching. I was scratching my head thinking unkind thoughts about hiding micros in an environment like this, and resorting to reading through previous logs to make things easier. As I fired up the phone, my eyes settled on a small anomoly directly in front of me. A moment's investigation and there it was. Simples..
Wow that was an adventure. Very slippery to get down here but we enjoyed the scenery of it. A short look around and we spotted the cache (very sneaky)
Great spot, great cache, thankyou for bringing us here ♡

Reckon I need a bravery reward for getting to this one. Once there was not going to leave before finding the cache. Co ords a bit erratic but found a likely spot - mission accomplished. Container suffering could do with some tlc. Tftc
Great location! Lovely walk and views and morning scrambling for little people. Replaced zippy bag had spare. Best cache for us so far.
I reckon this needs a higher difficulty rating. We were just about to give up after about 40 mins of searchingamd countless yelling at geokids for looking too close to the edge. Perhaps put a now in thay there is no need to get near the edge. Even tho it is common sense..sometimes when geocaching we get distracted. Defintely had looked in thay spot a few times. Fantastic hide.
Found at 11.10am, What a fantastic location - stunning. We were in Warnambool for Christmas and camped nearby with Ocean views. A bit windy!!!
Took a few minutes to locate this - Neat hide. Must return to this spot for some photography.
Well done, Nice one
Thanks

Boy did we make a meal of this cache.
We came the hard way in
I fell and when I stopped, oh so close to the edge, phew
The path was nearly non existent, yes we believe now that we approached from the wrong way
For future finders the shortest is never the best way, you think we would have learnt this by now
At the cache, of course, I choose what I thought was the obvious hiding place while hubby took a different approach and he found the container.
For some reason my head is telling me we have been here before.
Great spot. SL TFTC

Found with Lebac, enjoyed the walk along the coastal track. Almost gave up and then spotted something out of place. TFTC.
Didn't find it immediately but shortly after I started looking I saw a lizard scurry over a rock which coincidentally led my eye right to the cache. TFTC!
Beautiful walk. We saw whales!! Fantastic spot thanks so much for bringing us here

We were searching out different locations for reasons other than caching but the thing with caching is if you follow the cache in these types of areas more than likely you will end up at a great location but while we were here I had to find the cache as well.
A few unloved days on this one.
**Thanks to rodjan for placing this cache.**

Well that was an interesting trek going to this cache! We started looking and after checking a few common type hiding spots came up with nothing. Now after the previous epic fail at The Missing Apostles, we were not going to go away empty handed on this one as well. So as I started to go around once more a little tell tail sign was spotted and my heart jumped for joy! Now that is a tough little hide, but very affective.
Thanks rodjan.

Well, its happened again. Once more I am behind on my logs by a number I am not willing to share. Don't ask me how it happened yet again, there isn't really any excuse for it. I am writing this log on the 18th of February 2017 as it currently stands. I know, well and truly dismal effort on my part. For this, I apologise immensely. Sadly it also means that some of my logs will have to be on the shorter side due to trying to catch up to about 300 of them!
Today was a day on the Great Ocean Road, and it was truly brilliant. Any time I make it down here its always an amazing day filled with stunning views and good memories. This was the 1st find of 14.
This was a great start to the day. After a fair walk along the track, I had to make a move to cut inwards towards the sea. I don't think I took the easiest path, but I eventually made it without falling down the cliff. Fantastic spot, a favourite point for sure here.
Thanks rodjan!

Suscoe was out enjoying some caching after a great long weekend at Port Fairy enjoying some music.
Well the walking track to this cache was in great condition today.
What a brilliant walk along this coastline.
The last part of the walk was really enjoyable and arriving at GZ Suscoe set about looking and soon the penny dropped.
What a splendid location, certainly a favourite from us for the wonderful coastline and the abruptness of the cliffs nearby.
Well done to rodjan for selecting this location, well deserving of a favourite point from us.

In the area visiting family, so will take the opportunity to grab a cache or 2. Made my way down the steep decent, to GZ and made an easy enough find. This was such a lovely spot.
Thanks rodjan for bringing me here & maintaining the cache for us to find.

After quite a difficult work down the side of the cliff in things we finally reached the beautiful and picturesque location of the cache. Thanks so much for this one! Found with ollie-mayson and flycasta!
Just a magic spot! Came here late in the afternoon, and decided to spend the night here. A truly spectacular sunset too. TFTC!!!!
Found straight away, although I did question what I was seeing first! What a beautiful spot.... The walk back up the hill got the legs working though. Awesome
A bumpy ride to the track down to GZ, and then a short walk. I love the coast line out here, and this cache certainly didn't disappoint. This is what I miss about living down here. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here.
After 3 nights in Warrnambool to try and see some whales and no luck we started our way home to Melbourne....but at least we found some geocaches whilst in the area
After finding another cache nearby geodaughter aged 4 actually wanted to continue our walk so we walked ahead whilst geohubby and geosons aged 5 and 7 followed shortly after (they were still checking for whales). We found the area near gz and got to within about 35m and then I was too chicken....especially with a 4 year old....to continue any further. The boys soon arrived and they were keen to continue the path down to gz. I was still really worried but they soon came back with a big smile on their faces, some photos of them finding the cache and reassured me they were safe.

A nice walk to GZ with Geogrrl and one of her muggle friends, we spent quite a time going around about and just about to give up when I noticed something in a spot I hadn't looked before and BINGO there it was thankfully as it would have been disappointing to not have found this one especially as I had just found 10 in row with no DNFs today.
Thanks for bringing us to this great spot, I may have to return to explore some of the caves at a later date.

I set off this morning to find this one. I enjoyed the walk from the car park to GZ. It was an overcast morning and showers were threatening, but with a northerly wind, the temperature was mild. There was nobody else at GZ and the atmosphere was great with the waves rolling in. That's right, I was here to find a cache. I searched around for a while before finally having my hands on the cache. Thanks rodjan for bringing me out to a spot I would probably never have visited. This gets a fav from me for the location and the hide.
Found after a tricky hike
Defiantly not a fan of this one
Far too dangerous for my liking and ma thought so too
Nice views though

Out for a walk this afternoon and managed a quick find (it could of been alot longer with so many possibilities at gz). The geo kids had fun throwing small rocks out towards the waves as we took in some impressive views. Thanks rodjan for the cache and for showing us this great part of the coast.
Found with the Happy Pants, they did the find at GZ and we did the nav work to GZ, my second time out there and I took a camera for some shot's of the great rugged south west coast this time.
Cache is in good condition and co-ord are good.
Defiantly not 1 for the park and grab people [:-)]

Awesome cache, ticks lots of boxes. Nice walk in and out, bit strenuous but not too challenging, paid off with a spectacular coastal view which I enjoyed for around half an hour uninterrupted. The cache was a tricky find, made much easier when I finally used the hint for help. Luckily I had phone coverage here abouts so it was an option. Really enjoyable, sl tftc
