The cache is indeed there and in good order. Just a little off at 6-7m from GZ. Put back where found.
In order to continue my streak doubling my finds to 1000 in 2 months, I decided to visit the Bellarine Peninsula on the other side of Port Phillip Bay for the day.

La météo est mi-figue mi_raisin mais j'en profite pour visiter la côte ouest de la baie. Il y a de belle cache bien réalisée. Merci aux poseurs
No joy for us today. I’m not saying it’s not here, just that we couldn’t find it. Nevermind, we’ll be back for this one and anothery further up that we couldn’t get due to muggles
Unhappy Willie Wagtail. Got to close to it's nest. Signed log and got out of it's way. Tftc

Second time looking for this with no luck. I feel like it can’t be that hard but coords are off? Or gps is. Found rubbish smashed computer and the like but no cache this time
Used geosense to hunt this one as the phone was totally useless here and the GPSr had gone flat! Thanks to deshut for this one.
In Geelong for some shopping, swimming and cricket action with the family. With time to spare after a swim (but before the cricket) we headed out to nab some easy caches in the heat where the air con could remain pumping! All were nice easy finds. Such different scenery compared to Eastern Beach where we had just come from. Many thanks for the caches.
Today we found Point Henry 8 on our travels. Our compasses were unable to decide just which direction to send us in. In ended up shoving my device in my pocket!
Thanks deshut for being part of our geocaching fun.

We spent quite a lot of time here and searched quite a distance around the location also and it couldn't be found. Not sure if it's been moved
Found during a visit to Geelong and our last day in Australia.
Plenty of tricky hides.
We wrote IJS stand for the first letter i our alias ( Jsson, Ingabo, Sivun)

Was staying in Geelong for the weekend to catch up with family and attend the few Christmas events tomorrow. Having my bike with me, gave me a great opportunity to go for a ride along this nice little bike trail. The scenery along the way was spectacular and the ride was most enjoyable. As it was going to be 40 degrees today, I was up very early but it was already very warm. While I had 1 DNF's, I made some good discoveries and clever hides along the way.
I had trouble locating this on the way out but decided to give it another go, after finding a few more in the series. This time I was much more successful after extending the search, as my GPS jumped all over the place.
Thanks deshut for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

I have fixed the 2-container syndrome by removing the larger one. Ready to be found.

After attending a CITO event on the Barwon I then went out in search of more caches to find and after finding 2 caches at Point Henry some time ago, I decided to try and finish off the area But I wasn't able to do it with one DNF, it still leaves me one to find.

My mother was visiting me from South Australia and I did sorta have an aim to find all the Hidden Creatures but I don't think that will happen as after today I have only found 19 caches of the 100 to find all the Hidden Creatures and the university trimester is beginning to get on top of me. We were going to do the G2Q along the rail trail but I remembered at the last minute that it is a walking path and neither of us wanted to walk nor did we really have the time for that so the upon looking at the map, we found that there were a number close together in Point Henry (a place that to be honest, I didn't really realise existed - although my knowledge of Victoria is fairly limited to the about 5km around Deakin Waurn Ponds campus.
A nice easy find. I was a bit confused by how there were two containers next to each other. I ended up placing the smaller one inside the bigger one. I left a TB. We had to call it a day after this cache as I needed to get to uni. TFTC.

Back today to try and finish the rest of the caches around Point Henry and with the added incentive of visiting the brewery I only discovered yesterday. So with a new six pack in the car to try later it was back to the caches. Quite a bit of traffic around here despite there not seeming like there would be with the factories obviously in decline and the information centre abandoned. More than a few times I had to bypass one of the hides because of muggles and return on the way back. Seems like quite a bit of cacher traffic as well with lots of names in the log books from today, I even got a drive by while I was stopped at one of the hides who offered me some assistance before they headed off to finish the trail as well.
Thanks for the hides Deshut.

This was our fifth in the series this morning and we were quite surprised to find 2 caches here, one sitting on top of the other, so we signed both logs and left them where they were.
I suggest you might like to collect one and use it to replace the one we found earlier with the broken lid.
Meanwhile Muggle Hubby wants to travel on and we haven’t the time to backtrack to fix it for you.

Found both caches, old and new. Left them both in the location of the newer cache. TFTC.
Checked for this one and it's not in the correct place. In fact I couldn't see it so I put out a new cache. If you find 2 caches please let me know.
Nice easy find for us tonight. Hubby did a park and grab while Master 1 slept in the car.
A bit more of a search than we were expecting, especially as the last few have been quick park and grabs. Still, we all need the occasional challenge to keep us on our toes!
I looked and looked until finally Mrs SKI joined the search and found it straight away!
Don’t you hate that!

Quite a warm and humid day today. Overcast and threatening rain, which eventually did, drowning us half way through this series.
Many thanks Darth Bridji and Ship Spotting Dude, deshut and Bushfire for this series and for the ongoing maintenance.
Where we can we will bring to light any issues with Caches.
Please forgive the generic nature of the log.

Out on the trails with FUF009 today. In this area because of the annual Geelong Xmas events. We had a gap between lunch and dinner and spent it down this way.
What a range of views. Sea, water ways, wildlife and the odd car. Very nice. Tftc

Travelling around Geelong with sharkiefan for the annual Christmas events and turning icons into smilies.
One area we wanted to "attack" today was small trail on Point Henry.
It not often that sharkiefan and myself when together manage to clean sweep a trail but today we did it, Woo Hoo.
This trail had it all. Micros to large, tricky log finds to park and grabs. even a little fishing at one point.
thankfully there was not many muggles to annoy us, they just zoomed passed.

It was sitting out in the open so we moved it about 30cm and concealed it a little. TFTC
Another short trek across the wet grass which just added to the moisture in my footwear Quick find here TFTC deshut
