Found it! Nice hiding place, GPS was a little of, so it took a little while to find it, but it was a lof of fun! Dam is a nice place to hang around and make beautiful pictures Cheers!

Unfortunately the lack of phone reception stopped us from reading the notes to find the exact location. And the gps kept bouncing around.

Out for our weekly Friday exploration and found ourselves out this way -- plenty of small groups making use of the picnic area, but we headed up top, seemingly the only ones interested in the dam itself. We wandered uninterrupted across the dam wall, taking in the serenity, before winding our way down to GZ, where the oicnicing muggles paid us no notice and the cache was quickly located. Attended the event here today and took a walk around the dam to pick up some caches. GPS was struggling to pinpoint a location so the hint helped. Easy find after that. Tftc

Found it. TFTC jlotsos. attending an event in the park and walked up with K.B. and AlliedOz to claim a smiley here. Had to extend the search but finally got it.

On this 20th anniversary of the first cache hide, it was lovely weather to log a find or two. Thanks.

My first find with my new GPS but it was the clue that did it for me. Left Princess Leia. TFTC.

Out and about for a few caches prior to the event at Churchman Brook Dam. Found a number of caches with no DNFs, which is rare!

Wandered over to grab this find while attending the 20 Year of WA Caching event nearby.

Mr T was all over it spotting the likely hide spot and the cache once we got there.

We were in the area and decided to drop in for a coffee break. It has been a few years since we were last here. The coords were about 18m out for me on this one but managed to find it thanks to the clue. I had S32° 09.007' E116° 04.597' at GZ

Decided to head this way today to find a few caches. Didn't realise it was going to be quite so warm I think my car said it was 37 degrees outside.....Not sure why ive never grabbed this cache before but the green dot on the map is now a smiley TFTC jlotsos

A day out with Barnzy12 was organised at last minute as I was getting my car serviced and didn’t really want to Uber it home and waste a day without a car!

So I became the passenger, he did both the driving and the navigating! It soon became apparent that he forgot he was driving and that we were not in the usual Geo Car as the first 3 attempts for trails ended with a “slight bump in the road”

Anyway I was expecting a CBD type morning with thongs on etc, little to my knowledge were we doing bush walks or hill climbs! Fell / slipped numerous times and had very dirty feet by the end of it.

I did also have some unexpected finds with very little solving just in the company of the master trader!

Always enjoy a Jlotsos cache. Gotta organise a caching day with you soon mate and hopefully get you back placing caches again.

Headed out today with Cravo10 to pickup a few “odds and sods” caches that have been on the radar for a fair while around the Karragullen area.

Started off on a bad foot with my car not quite able to get us where we needed to go and crossing a few off the list but once we got into it, a good day out, of not a little hot after doing a few steep walking tracks.

Some really nice scenery around these parts, with logs of vineyards, orchards and large rural property.

Managed to pickup a few caches around Araluen, the master puzzler Perth cache after many phone calls, texts and emails to people that understand those blue dots!!

Finished off with a few relatively quick park and grabs.

Good day out. Thanks to the local COs for their caches.

I have overlooked this cache for some reason. Finally now have got around to finding it. Its about 10 higher up the hill than indicated GZ.

Out caching for a Multi today but we thought we would pay this one a visit too. Thanks to the hint & previous logs we made a quick find. I had never been here. A pretty spot even in drizzly weather. Dropped a TB. TFTC

Stopped by the dam after collecting a fantastic multi nearby, deserted today and feeling very forgotten, this is a wonderful spot and is a fantastic picnic area with great facilities. Found with the help of some previous logs. This one defintely rocked! TFTC jlotsos

*Out and about letting my GPS be my guide*...

A overcast day but no rain at the moment. Parked nearby and strolled to GZ. Managed to grab 15 today with 2 DNF's so a great day out.

I had the lovely park to myself today. I also had the co-ords out by about 15 metres but the clue made it an easy find. A great container in a lovely area. Would love to see the spillway running.

After widening my search by 20m it was a quick find. TFTH

It's been a while and now that it has started to cool down again the opportunities come again. Out with Detective Ken and Junior

Took a little while but found it in the end.

We found ourselves out this neck of the woods approaching a little milestone & this was one of the caches we found on our day out

Was doing a tour of Roleystone (old stomping grounds!) getting some geocaches, decided to come down this way since I hadn't been here in quite a few years. It did take a little while to find the cache as for some reason the GPS (phone) had me looking about 20m away. Once I'd exhausted all the other places you could hide a cache, I looked over at this rather obvious object and decided to take a look around it, and there it was. Nice container! Thanks for bringing me back to this dam/park! It brought back some memories that's for sure. TFTC

This one does seem to be the forgotten park years ago it was hard to find a space to sit . Today we took lunch and apart from 4 other people we had the place to our selves . It's a lovely park I don't know why it's not used now. Thanks for the hide which is in good order.

Set off early this morning with richlink to link in with JacobsCrew2 and Barnzy12 and do our bit at the Kelmscott CITO Event. This was one of many caches found while in the area. Thanks jlotsos, we love these little forgotten parks.

Teamed up with Ross1957 today to tackle the series up the hill. The weather was just perfect. Lots of people are enjoying the dam and playgrounds today.
