Nice walk down Windmill Rd just watching numbers drop on the GPSr as I approached. Went off the road for the search which didn't take too long. Thanks to deshut for this one
I missed this one on the way in with the Blinkin GPS, but got it on the way out with the phone.
Desolate looking area out here. I can see they have tried to make it slightly attractive but a somewhat losing battle I'd suggest.
Found the cache anyway. Thanks

#15142. Travelling with Robmc and howjen567 towards Point Lonsdale. With bicycles on board we turned for Point Henry and the few caches we haven't yet collected around here.
Last one on our way back to the barred gate and the chariot. I am still bewildered as to how people can cart so much rubbish down this road before dumping it, when the gate is locked.
Thanks deshut

Loaded up the Deadly Treadlies for a trip to Geelong. Travelled on this hot day with BettyBoo3747 and Howjen567 to see what we could find.
Our last one of this series as we had done #1 ages ago (one day that it was too hot to walk in! Not like today at all! )
A quick find of a nicely painted container.
Thanks, Robmc.

Out with Pwala today, I thought I had better find a cache for my streak, so we stopped and found this one. Thanks for the walk deshut

After attending a CITO event on the Barwon I then went out in search of more caches to find and after finding 2 caches at Point Henry some time ago, I decided to try and finish off the area But I wasn't able to do it with one DNF, it still leaves me one to find.
I wasn't going to do these ones at first but then there would be unfound caches on the map in this area so I went for a walk and found them.
**Thanks to deshut for placing this cache.**

10 year old spied this. Going to go back.to look again for no 1 as we couldnt spot that..
Love it... took a friend with me... it was her first time.. she saw the cache and said “I see a container” and was confused by my excitement... Silly muggles... now she understands
Back today to try and finish the rest of the caches around Point Henry and with the added incentive of visiting the brewery I only discovered yesterday. So with a new six pack in the car to try later it was back to the caches. Quite a bit of traffic around here despite there not seeming like there would be with the factories obviously in decline and the information centre abandoned. More than a few times I had to bypass one of the hides because of muggles and return on the way back. Seems like quite a bit of cacher traffic as well with lots of names in the log books from today, I even got a drive by while I was stopped at one of the hides who offered me some assistance before they headed off to finish the trail as well.
Dropped off a trackable that I've been traveling with for far too long. Thanks for the caches Deshut.

Out for an early morning walk and what better place to walk today than Windmill Road. A place I had not been too AND several caches This was #2 for me and was a quick find in a slightly unexpected place but coordinates were spot on TFTC deshut
Do you know what's exciting about having a really restricted timeline, and there are caches behind a gate saying "walkers only"? Finding that gate open.
Find #10 of the "Mad Scramble For Caches Before 3:30 Arrives" adventure. Thanks heaps, DesHut!

Found this afternoon on the way home from Geelong. Had a wander while hubby slept in the car. Many thanks for the cache deshut.
The temperature is beginning to warm up a bit now, despite the gentle breeze. Maybe we will make the predicted 35 degrees.
It is interesting country to walk through. Very flat and obviously a harsh environment difficult for plants to survive in.
Unfortunately no such problem for the flies!
A nice straightforward hide. Cache dry and in good condition. Easily accessed and well tucked away from curious muggles.

An interesting area to walk through. Jcody wondered just what kind of wildlife likes it here, but the tracks in the mud and hawk drifting overhead give a clue.
Quite a warm and humid day today. Overcast and threatening rain, which eventually did, drowning us half way through this series.
Many thanks Darth Bridji and Ship Spotting Dude, deshut and Bushfire for this series and for the ongoing maintenance.
Where we can we will bring to light any issues with Caches.
Please forgive the generic nature of the log.

Very accurate coordinates took me to a very unlikely location, but sure enough, there it was! Another smilie to brighten my day! TFTC

Nice day for a walk so set out with Mr Blouse, the Little Blouses and the Camo-Dog to do the Windmill set. This one had us stumped (although we did find the decoy) so we left it for another day - of course, after four successes, just one more look and whadderyouknow. Found it.

After watching a few jets zoom around the sky (during the week leading up to the Airshow), I decided to seek out a few local caches. Why not, on such a beautiful day! Tftc!
Found by Mary & David at 1337. Had stopped at the gate in May last year. Didn't have time for the walk then, so contented ourselves with the one right there. Today there was time to go for the rest. Enjoyed the walk in, stopping for caches along the way. Good coords here meant a nice quick find. Our thanks to deshut.
Marshall's feeling found this cache today,

I was a little concerned about the need to avoid 'distractors' and this is the season for them but none spotted on approach nor at GZ. Another quick find and I was on my way to my third find in the series.
Another well hidden and coloured cache - we do enjoy finding a few larger caches instead of all the micros! Could not find more up this road due to time constraints unfortunately - hope to come back one day??

Gorgeous summer weather had us heading down to the Bellarine Peninsula in search of 3 beach earthcaches. With the tide not working with us, being at it's highest at this point, we decided to tackle some of these caches. Time to take a trek down Windmill Road, a quick find after a couple of turns. Thanks for the cache deshut.

Out and about over the last 3 days to collect some smilies and green squares on the calendar.
The flies in the area were very annoying bordering on aggressive. Clearly they haven't heard of no means no!
I didn't have the right shoes to find the remaining two in the area, we'll attempt on another day
The walk up to the caches was definitely eery but kinda nice too, it's not often as a working mum I get to enjoy the quiet!
Another find by the McPhail family.

It was the fourth day of my geocaching holiday and I had big numbers to find. At the end of the day I found 112 caches! I started out with the caches in this peninsula. You mentioned that there were pumps to fill in the surrounding lakes with water. I don't think they are working! Salt mud pans surrounded the trail in. I also spotted the dead remains of several different animals, not to mention the spent shells of shotgun bullets.
This one I thought was in a strange place.
Thanks for the cache.
