catching up on turning drafts into smileyssadly the caches on this part of land got archived (posted on 03/10/2023
That was harder than it should have been. Talk about between a rock and a hard place. The overgrowth doesn’t help either when you’re looking at photos from previous finds. Trust your GPS and just look.
Enjoyed this as well as the view. TFTC

Staying at Culburra before Christmas and convinced the family to come down to Currarong for a quick walk at Abrahams Bosom Reserve. While the reef gif the loop I snuck around and found some caches - looked for the easier ones (though some are a challenging D1.5).
What a beautiful beach - a quick scramble and the cache was found - made it harder than it should have been.

I loved this beach. It's just stunning. In a clear day the snorkelling would be fantastic I suspect.

Another quick find after spotting some suspiciously placed rocks. Thanks again for another beautiful spot!
Gave up then changed mind and went back. Photos helped. May have been extraordinarily difficult without some detective work.
Yay! First geocache with daughter. Lots of fun. Spent aaaages looking under rocks for this not really knowing what we were looking for. Lots of spiders atm so keeping it close to the track thanks for the fun!
Took a while to find as coords were slightly off, but a cool cache and good views. Past photos helped a lot, so I thought I'd do one myself. TFTC
I travelled to the Shoalhaven Coast for a week’s R&R before COVID bites again and took the opportunity to search out some geocaches while I was away. Today I visited Currarong to walk in Abrahams Bosom Reserve, although I only sought four of the many caches on offer there. I accessed this cache by rock-hopping from the Whale Point cache, fortunately the tide was low. This cache was a reasonably straightforward find, but only because I accessed the cheat photo in the gallery for there were many possible hiding places within a metre of the coordinates. The weather was divine, calm and sunny, so I had a dip at Wilsons Beach, brief given the season, before moving on. Thank you seaker200 for installing and maintaining this cache.
That took some looking. Used a clue from the previous logs. Enjoyed the challenge. Happy caching!
A weekend away with Ms Atalanta. What to do? Why, go for a walk, find some caches. That's what we did for a short time, until the sun went down. A nice area; must come back some time.

Very hard to find GPS not accurate in this area, you don't need to go high into the bushes. Look out out for a orange rock!!!
Easy find signed dsd. Walk down the path and over the rocks and there you will find your treasure.

What a lovely little beach, really pretty. A very enoyable rock hop towards gz. The day was sunny, not too warm, the seas blue and clear... magic! Located gz quickly with good coords leading to a quick find.TFTC seaker200
Out for a bush walk on this lovely day with Clan Venter.

The previous photos were definitely a help. I walked straight past the co-ords rock hopping from whale point to Wilson’s had to turn around and head back for the cache! TFTC

A late start to a day of caching that stretched into the night. A really nice stroll out Coomies way. TFTC
With another beautiful day free, I decided to head down to Currarong to find the caches in Abrahams Bosom Reserve along Coomie's Walk and the Wreck Walk. It took a little while to get into the swing of things. By late afternoon, we were operating at a decent pace and finding caches without many hassles. Thanks to the Cache Owners for maintaining the caches in the area!
Found with Muppet95 and Co. on an afternoon outing in Currarong. We had a great time walking around Abrahams Bosom Reserve & found a fair amount of caches as a reward. Thanks For The Caches
Can see the place where it would be hidden but definitely not going via the spiders to get it!
What a beautiful little beach. Rockhopped our way to GZ and soon had the cache in hand not long after.
Thanks for the cache seaker200

Too many spiders to try for this one today... pic attached is what it was like from last cache all the way to whale point
While on a schoolies trip with friends at Jervis Bay we made a day trip to Currarong. What a gorgeous area and a worthwhile walk. As the others weren't really into geocaching, I was just able to search for a couple caches, when we happened to be visiting those areas anyway. We went to check out the shipwreck and beach and I and a few others ducked out to find this cache. Took a few minutes before we made the grab, nice camo. Thanks for a fun cache in a beautiful location.
Spiderhouse was determined to find this one, so we risked our lives clambering over many rocks but he finally had it in hand. TFTC SL
