4 DNF's over the past couple months, and also the fact that a flood has ripped through GZ evident with all the debris lying around, and the ground completely bare and just solid dirt / mud, I think this cache might need a check up! If it's a D2 and medium in size then I think it might be gone, we gave it a good search!
Thanks

A morning's caching mission in Yass, to top up my find numbers for the day. No sign of the cache - perhaps washed away in the recent floods?

Found fairly quickly and didn't get too wet from the very grass
At least we didnt have to worry about muggles today

Definitely grounded. Very clever construction looks natural. Tricky. Coords spot on
Tankengine and I had two important caches to deal with today. TE had offered to help me replace a cache I dropped down a pipe on the way here and he had a mutli in Yass to do so he could clear the town out once and for all - well until the next cache is published here anyway.
This cache: This took forever. Wasn’t until I looked further into logs that I realised it had to be still here. I got a really good idea of where to look and it wasn't long after that Tankengine spotted it. How did I miss that!! I was RIGHT on top of it and still missed it! Good job, simple yet effective. Tftc team.wallace!!!

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 28 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

We were just debating what we might be looking for when DD went what’s that, that looks a bit funny . . . And soon the cache was in hand. Sorry to report that the log is a little damp, but we could sign. TFTC
On the long trek back to SA after the Oz Geomuster. Grabbing caches as we go. TFTC
Out for a Saturday driving lesson and caching session. Yass is our point of call for today. So many did not finds in Yass. TFTC

Yaaay!! I'm off on my Brisbane trip. Sad to be leaving my lady and her kids. I shall have to cheer myself up with geocaching ...
I've done some pocket queries and some research on the results. I'm trying to meet lots of targets for Professor Rapidly Wild's UGC series at home, so I'm seeking :
Two caches placed in 2000 - none found so far
One cache placed in 2001 - none found so far
119 caches of size "Regular" - One found with this cache
20 caches of size "Large" - none found so far
One letterbox in Qld - none found so far
One letterbox in NSW - none found so far
Any puzzles and multicaches I can reasonably find.
I've located enough caches to find on this trip on this trip to complete all but the last target. So we'll see how I go.
Magnificent hide. Have a favorite point. The dogs and I walked down this beautiful gully, and set about searching. I poked. I rummaged. I felt. I turned over rocks. No joy. I widened the search. Still no joy. I had noticed Sophie GeoSchnauzer sniffing at a particular spot at one stage. I thought nothing of it at the time, but, walking past it, I had a look at the spot, and spotted the cache. Mongrel dog found it, but didn't tell me. Top cache.
Day 1, Monday - 12 in total.
Find no 3 of 12 today.
Thanks, team.wallace

After mornings caching, we needed some supplies so after buying what we needed a sudden urge to cache came over us, so we walked around picking up a few. While looking for this Di Morgan turned up and gave us a hand to find this one. Fav Point

The lovely Jenny wrens were all of a twitter in the reeds this morning as we walked past. This one nearly had us beat, but Mrs Harrowang spotted it finally and SL at 8.50am. #6083 a favourite point from us. TFTC team.wallace

Probably a bit put off by the recent DNF's but gave it a good search. Sadly that river bird remained hidden.
DNF by The Marathon Man and pnutbeagle on our 3-month Australia holiday after travelling from snowy and cold Northern Ontario Canada
no luck today

Gave this a very good and long search, seems we are missing something as it evaded us. We did PAF and returned for a second look once the reply came through but perhaps the hide has changed since they found it.
Had a long look, twice! We called in a favour after searching the first tie for 20-30 minutes, but no response.... for an hour. We went back and searched again but to no avail
Yass was a pit stop for us on our way to Ulladulla.
We went for a walk along the river to help stretch the legs after a long drive.
What a sneaky hide. This is what caching is about.

#3326 Haha what a smart ar$e hide. We spent about 15 minutes looking for this sucker and was about to give up when Mr BGF noticed the camo. Love your work here, deserving of a fave point. A cache that would be harder to locate should it not be found in a while. A spectacular day to be out and about finding some great hides. TFTC team.wallace.
It Took me 45 minutes which i really shouldn't be able to spare as I have to drive back to Sydney tonight but I'm very persistent and want to make the find. I've picked up the tb.
I've left an elephant and a frog.
I wouldn't get too stumped if I were you.
Nice cache

Needs urgent maintenance as temporary log is in cache but everything else is very soggy.
Took quite a while but got it eventually. Dry log sheet left. Tb left. TFTC Team.wallace
Wouldn’t have found this without my geoboy. Unfortunately couldn’t sign the log book as it’s quite wet.
Nice stroll along the Yass River, never having ventured here before. Relatively quick find, logs extremely wet and sticky, managed to scrawl something. No TB. TFTC
TFTC. Found it. Enjoying the walk along river. River birds evident ducks and cormorants. Also scratching was a brood of hens overlooked by the rooster.
This is a really clever hide. It took muggle husband to find it. Once again by the river the gps could not make its mind up

My second and last day of my last minute decision to travel into the Riverina region to cache.
With an early start and a full cup of coffee I was ready to hunt.
In the end I totalled 81 finds for the day, and got back home just after dark.
Thanks for the caches.

Gps bouncing me around everywhere. Was hot day and didn't want to go dogging in long grass. Sorry.

Darksidedan and I decided to head out to Yass today for the third time to finish up the caches there and if we have time, head over the highway t grab a few more. A cool day which suited us fine. Lots of chit chat on the way. Unless otherwise indicated, caches were found in good order and as indicated.
Nicely camoed! But inside container is wet. Log dry so far. FP

It's been a year since we did any caching in Yass and the numbers have built up again! This was a quick walk and fairly quick find - a groovy hide too, thanks team.wallace. Left a TB.

Suscoe arrived in Yass this afternoon and we caught up with our good friends Phetlern.
So what else to do but head off caching.
It was an overcast sky which had been threatening to rain for a while. It stayed fine til dark which was great.
Thanks to team.wallace for this hide, the log was on the ground with an unpleasant word written on it. We then spotted the container thank goodness, it was still in place.
So the log was popped back and off we went.
All good there now.

Monday morning, the best time for writing logs and replenishing the larder. After lunch our very good friends Suscoe arrived in town and we set off in search of a few local caches. Found the log in its bag on the ground, with some inappropriate muggle entries. Signed and returned to its rightful place.
We did not notice the trackable: Happy Caching - Pig Geocoin (TB50HA1)
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** We found the log and plastic bag lying on the ground. An inspection of the log indicates that the cache has been compromised by muggles. Perhaps the location of thios cache needs to be reassesed?
Thanks team.wallace for placing caches for others to find.

Thanks for the fun. SL

Found with nissan 65 on a beautiful day . We are up from South coast for a days caching. Thanks for the cache
Our first find using an alternative iPhone app had us looking nearer the water and we were wondering how a cache in the area would survive a flood. The depth markers halfway along the path indicate that the water level has the potential to get quite high. GeoWife spotted it first. Nice container.
GeoDaughter liked the starfish and left a toy screwdriver in its place.
We dropped off the Happy Caching - Pig Geocoin

Out with Goldenwattle and Decrypter on a trip to Yass to collect some caches.
Continuing our walk along the river, we arrived at GZ and started looking. We soon spotted the hide and D did the honours. The container had some water in it but the log was dry. We emptied it as best we could, signed the log and returned it. TFTC.
