##Cache Maintenance Required please.##
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.
See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance).
If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on.
When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.
I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided.
If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Found on the ground so replaced in a place more appropriate to the hint. Log is dry today . Tftc
Was able to park right in front of it. Nice and easy find. Log was quite wet though still was able to write on it.
We found this one but unfortunately the lid hadn’t been done up properly and was full of water. The log was irreparably damaged. We put a new log in but unfortunately had to take out the old one, not only would the new one have not fit with the old but the old was literally sitting in water and was soaked which would have damaged the new log too. We have taken it to try and dry it out and hopefully get some names off it (I’ve attached an image of the damaged log).
So when doing up this cache please be careful to ensure you have it screwed all the way, nice and tight.
We did love finding this one as it was our first of this kind.

Mrs Snakepitters decided that we would stay another week in Grafton to give the daughter and partner some help on their new/2nd hand caravan, which needs some TLC, so we headed to Coffs today to get a few more caches in the area and stop at Watson's for some cleaning gear.

After a few fruitless minutes I thought I might have to log a DNF. Then I spotted it, lying on the ground. I can’t see any obvious spot where it should be, but will attempt to place it securely at GZ. The log is saturated so I am letting it dry in the sun & wind before signing it.
TFTC. Hopefully didn’t get sprung by a muggle who decided in the entire car park they would park right near me as I reached over to replace the cache....
Found it great find you might need blank paper soon if you are look in for a hint bring a black pen or a pencil,
NOTE THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS..You might need to get a new zip tie for the Container the tree is starting to grow over it
Last for the day on the short trip into the northern reaches of Coffs Harbour. Fairly quick find, used to buy my parents a bit of stuff in the adacent shop. Thanks trickytrax.
Made for an interesting hide, as we went to find the cache a bird flew out and scared the living daylights out of Mrwhiskers76 and I. After laughing that off we soon had cache in hand, how ever we were unable to sign the log as it was completely saturated.
Nicely placed cache, and a fairly quick find. Moom3 and I were unable to sign the log as it was badly water logged.
Definitely log sheet is mushy stamped but not sure will last . Sorry could not replace

We're spending a few days in Coffs, enroute to Brisbane for a wedding this weekend and since Geo HQ has decreed that it's streak week, I'm making sure I grab a cache or two each day as we potter around the area. A straightforward find here ... I even managed to park in the right spot to protect me from attracting unwanted attention.
Thanks for the smiley trickytrax.

Quick find on a Sunday evening, no one but me in the parking lot. TFTC trickytrax!
Could have parked a lot closer but Geomissus saw a shop that she just had to check out. She is like a homing pigeon when near shops. TFTC Ticktrax
Found with my Dad on a morning cache drive around Coffs Harbour...

We had some visitors this afternoon, and were tasked with grabbing some dinner supplies from the local plaza - no problem! We grabbed the trio around the homemaker centre before heavy rain called stumps for the day.
We drove past, turned around and drove by, went up into the carparks to find we were 3m from the cache, then Samuel spotted the cheeky hide. the log is quite damp at the moment.....

Found 27/4/19 with theprodigalgoat. Log was wet, can be written on but not the easiest. TFTC.
Hey trickytrax thank you so much for this "partners cache". found while Mrs MajuraHathi was in Spotlight doing some shopping and noticed there was this cache nearby. Wandered over and as luck would have it, went straight to it. The log sheet was damp but writeable. Thanks for the distraction!
Cheers

Visiting this weekend from Brisbane and heading out to grab some quick caches while there’s a break in the rain. No muggles around thanks to public holiday. Log slightly damp but still able to sign. TFTC
TFTC! Found on an evening out caching with mrx2. Nice find with no muggles around!
Replaced cache. GPS takes a while to settle here so it can be difficult to find.
Found 10/4/19. Nice easy find and good to see it hanging around again. TFTC.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

This cache needs maintainence as there have been multiple DNFs quite recently and no owner intervention.
The CO should check this cache asap to get it back and available to all Geocachers.

Trying to work out why everybody was finding an easy find, oh right come from a different direction and it works. TFTC
