Searched for a while but found no cache
I spend some hours walking around in Gisborne. I found 12 caches on different beautiful places. Great way to get to know a city. Another 3 caches I searched for but did not find. Tomorrow I am heading for Palmerston North visiting my brother. Thanks to all co for each and every cache

Decided that since I had an extra day off work I would come up to Gisborne and visit family as I was in the Hawkes Bay for work and it wasnt too far to travel the extra distance and it also gave me the chance to pick up a few caches in this lovely community.
After a DNF on GC5PVN1 - vertically challaged (gisborne), I decided that since I was in Alfred Cox Park, I would go and check this cache out as well, as I noted there was quite a few DNF logs on his cache so I knew that this was not going to be a very easy find.
Made my way to GZ and the GPSr was bouncing around a couple of obvious spots, decided to concentrate on the most obvious spot and slowly checked out the layer of the land, but after an intensive search I decided that it was time to move on.
I will be back when I have a bit more chance to have a proper look.

No luck here. Would suggest a check but it looks like the CO hasnt logged in in almost two years
Our first find in Gisborne on a cycling tour of the city as part of our summer tour to the Eastern part of the North Island. Nicely hidden. Had us puzzled for a while. Met done local Geocachers while looking. Tftc
This is a very sneaky hide, and the cache is certainly going nowhere fast. It took us quite a while to discover where it was, and a little longer to extract it. A favourite from us. TFTC
The final night in Gisborne I realised that I wanted a log in the city that get the worlds first sunrise. Unfortunately that also means getting the first sunset, so when the cache-spot closest to our hotel was too crowded and the next cache was gone, it was getting a little dark. Although it was a very nice hide I got suspicous when the light passed over it. I like caches that need some work to find and/or get hold of. Thank you very much.
I must be on a roll, It was the first place I looked in Very nice hide indeed. It gets a FP.

On my way driving to Gisborne for a work meeting. One of the benefits of doing this four or five times a year is the caches I can collect both on the way and in Gisborne itself.
Survived the horrible road from Napier to Gisborne, only just with some absolute mad impatient drivers coming down the whareratas. Just time for a couple of caches before my meeting. Quick walk in the park, found a chicken egg on the way. I spotted something a little out of place that needed further investigation and the cache was in hand. Tftc

Ninalila and I have few days off to visit Whakatane, Opotiki, Gisborne and Napier.
During those days we enjoyed a lot of different calm and beautiful places, views and landscapes.
At the same time we enjoyed our time with geocaching to find good spots so we can discover things we don't usualy see when you travel at touristic places
We logged with our team name : Lekiprokos
Thank to all owners for the caches and the discoveries.

Thanks for the cache. I found it on 26/02/16 at 5:05 PM. Nice clever cache I slovenly spot - thanks for bringing us here
Loved the concept of this cache however it needs a little maintenance as its tophat has disappeared. TFTC
Easily spotted from a distance as the previous finder had failed to replace properly. There were nine dead fledglings around the base of the tree and we could see a nest just above head height. Looks like a cat or some other predator has been in a killing frenzy.
We replaced the container in the manner it was probably intended. TFTC

Masterfully done....love a plain sight cache where the trick is figuring out how to get in
On holiday from the UK and touring New Zealand for 30 days in a campervan. We were so relieved to get this one as this was our most easterly destination on our travels and we had already recorded 4 DNFs in this town. Thankfully this was an easy find and in a great container. TFTC
Awesome cache and think the name is very clever. Emptied out some water but all good as the log is waterproof. Had a lovely morning stroll to find this cache, thank you
The stopper was not in the container, but we popped it back. Awesome cache - love Dragon's caches!!! I see that Dragon has transferred this one to Goodie and the Halo one too... is Dragon still in Gizzy????
Great cache, great spot, great stuff!!!

Spotted the container - then the stopper, made sure it was the stopper, then replaced it.
Nifty wee cache - a lot of work went into that!
Thanks so much!

It was wedged tight, but after removing the lid we realised we did need to get the cache out as we couldn't reach in. Got it out and, although log was wet, it was in fine condition as it is waterproof paper.
A most excellent cache, I've always wanted to find one like this, a fav from us.

My boy and I decided to look for this. And found it. He was super excited to find it
I did enjoy this one. Very nice point of difference. TFTC
