Had a look around here and it looks as though something has hit the barrier recently. Noticed something on the ground that piqued our interest and if we are correct in our assumption there was no log book to be found. Will message the owner privately to see if we were correct. If not what we think then we have no idea.
Had a look in what I thought were obvious places to look but the family were getting impatient.
13.30: On the way from Mahanga to Napier. Not much to tell about this find: quick thing at very busy roadside (literally). Good place for a break from driving, anyway!
Weather: cloudy, 16°C;
Wheelchair: no problem at all;
State: all good, replaced as found.
Thank you!

Spent quite a while looking but could not locate. Did notice a significant amount of recent damage to what I believe may be the host so wondering if it might have gone. Will be interested to see if it gets found by other cachers.
I looked in the obivous places.. wondering where it could be.. what it could be.. and then I found the hole thing on the ground a meter or so from the rail.. hah.. the thing to do that thing with the thing might be a bit weak.. ehrm.. I dont want to spoil anything.. I put it back in a good spot and lets hope it stays there =)

One week off during school holiday time, combined with some cheap flights made a great adventure in the HB and Gisborne area, popping into BoP a couple of times also. I had great fun and I am grateful to all CO's who placed the caches for others' entertainment!!
A quick find for me! TFTC!!

My second try for this one. Last time I was pushed for time so only had time for a very quick glance but this time I had stand and think time. Soon had this clever hide sorted and the cache in hand. The cache cover is damaged and could lead to water damage so maybe it could do with a CO visit? TFTC
We had just visited White Pine Bush and decided to continue on to this one. Quickly spotted the cache once at GZ. Nice one. TFTC.
Luckily this was touched and it moved so it had to be the cache!! I like this type - almost a trompe l’œil.... TFTC
11:27:00 AM. A quick park and grab as we head south. Log signed on a cache we have seen several times before. Clever. Thanks nickhbnz for the cache.
Interesting cache. We have found similar ones back in the UK. Took a few minutes and we tried the obvious places first, but geowife spotted it. tftc.
Driving much of New Zealand (from the UK) with geohusband and picking up a few caches as we go. Took a while to spot this one. tftc.
Quick park and grab. Had passed a logging truck before this but it overtook it as we got this one. It was very slow, but this cache was quick. Thanks!
Super easy find! Spotted this immediately upon pulling up. Didn't even have to get out of the car, I sent michaelteacher to collect the cache! Haha tftc
found on ground, camo is falling apart, would have been more fun finding if still in place, we tired our best with the items in our geo kit to fix TFTC
On a geocaching road trip this weekend, this was the first stop on our way. Have found this type of cache before so spotted it straight away. Thanks for placing this cache here.
After an initial look, we read the logs and Mr S called out "ha here it is" Yes we have found these before.
Thanks nickhbnz.
Thanks nickhbnz.
Very fortunate that I'm quite familiar with this sort of cache. Found this one in a matter of seconds. TFTC.
Great cache. If you haven't found one like this before they can be tricky. TFTC
Collecting a few caches while travelling from Gisborne to Palmerston North. Stopped by here for a rest. After a stroll over to GZ and a quick contemplation I soon spotted the hiding spot. Fortunately this was a very quick find after spending ages searching for one of the same style just a couple of days prior.
T F T C and thanks to the CO for bringing me out on another adventure. Everyone is different and interesting. The time and effort you put in to setting and maintaining caches is appreciated. + F P from me today.

A quick easy find just out of sight of the workmen patching the road on the corner. A nicely hidden cache which gets a favourite from us. TFTC
On a short holiday, destressing and roadtripping up to Gisborne via a heap of caches.
Far too crafty a hide for somewhere this isolated, but we got a laugh out of it when Banian finally located the hide. TFTC

School holidays, must be time for a road trip to Gisborne. And of course a cache or two.
Yup, this was one we didn't spot right away, in fact it took a while. We were looking for the wrong type of container

Squirrel Nutcase and myself are on a road trip to the Gisborne area chasing caches with a higher D rating for our licence challenge. We visited area 3 months ago and hopefully we will have better success this time and collect anything else on the way. Day 1 was to get there first and day 2 back to Rotorua via Wairoa Napier way.
4.30pm - Easily picked up this cache but will have to come back for the other one as earlier noted the other one had been disabled only to find it was back in place when returned home. SLTFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... After five months of grief, it's time for another serious attack on our current caching license. We're heading east to target seven high difficulty caches, and anything else that catches our attention...
We almost motored past... A quick find on a tricky piece of roadway. TFTC.

After a couple of enjoyable, though warm days in Gisborne, we are heading south to Napier and have a list of caches to find en route.
This one didn't drive us round the bend as there was good off road parking and StreetWalker spotted the cache quickly. TFTC.

After leaving Napier, not long ago, we were now driving towards Gisborne.
This was one of the caches we found on the way.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from Portugal.
#9924, Found it with DroidCachebox!
We visited this cache during our trip through out New Zealand!
With our rental car, we explored the north island for 12 days.
NZ is a beautiful country and we really enjoyed our time here.
We hope to return one day and explore a little bit more!
Day 4 - Napier to Gisborne
The day started in Napier, where we explored a little bit of the city and looked for some caches. After that we visited many places along the route to Gisborne, like the Te Ana falls or the Mahia peninsula, and many more.
Thanks for the cache.

Our first find today on our little road trip to some of the doc reserves further along the road. Spotted the cache as soon as we jumped out of the car. A great start to the day!
Definitely a step up in the quality of hides at this rather common "location." However, being "trained professional" cachers, we saw the prize for what it was quickly. Thanks for the fun. Earns a favorite for the extra hide quality.

A quick stop on the way past. It took me a little while to spot this one, but not too long.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Love the camo for this one!!! Took a bit to find it but was pleased when it was in hand.
Was a bit worried after I read the description for this. Glad we were in the category of finding quickly. TFTC
Nice hide and quickly spotted, felt a little redeemed after fluffing up on Devils Elbow.

No fooling us this time. A good example of this type of hide. This is our favorite of your hides. TFTC
Spotted the hide as we approached so it was a quick park & grab for us today. Thanks nickbnz
Not being able to attend the nearby CITO tomorrow we we up this way was my Sister in Law from Canada heading home from Shine Falls. Being really short on time, being that my son had to be at work, this was the only cache that we we able to get. Great hide Nick, good use of this type of container given the location.
