### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Ketchthor,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention. You would have received an automated email from Geocaching HQ recently which explained what they need to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) .
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

We think it’s gone.
Lots of rubbish in the area. We picked up 3 for the sea. Do your bit everyone xo

We didn’t have any luck in finding any of this series. We needed lots of cache to get the 120 caches needed to get to 4000 caches before the Mega next weekend. This area had lots of promise with green dots scattered around the streets, but we tried three of the Alamandra series and couldn’t find any of them. I scratched around under a rock at GZ , knelt on already sore knees to no avail.
Up early as I couldn't sleep in the strange bed, where we were staying at the nearby AirBnB. Gave me the perfect opportunity to clean up some of the local caches, while the rest of the family snoozed on. It was a bit showery this morning but it didn't deter me. The biggest issue, was the lack of maintainence done, on so many of the local hides.
After finding a few others in this series, I was starting to know what to look for. It was a quick find but I did get wet knees. This one however is in desperate need of replacing as the container is broken and the log just mush stuff in.
I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. As of the start of 2018 my average was only 47 words per log, which seems a long way from the 100 target. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 7000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 50 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.
Thanks Ketchthor for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

Took my kids here for our first geocaching activity together. They were extremely excited to decode the hint. It was a great find for them, however we couldn't remove the log book as it had become damp. The kids are addicted!
Nice quick find but container and log need replacing/repairing. Gorgeous winter day tftc
While staying at my sisters for a girly weekend she came to give me some extra help with a few in the area. This was an easy one for the day. Thanks for the cache Ketchthor
**# 20224**. Found with Mrs Roosta on a cool drive around at Werribee.
Hardly any muggles around and a few good safe hides.
The log is nearly full and needs a replacement.
Thanks for the cache Ketchthor,

Found the cache on the ground, not hidden.
Obviously it was muggled but the logbook was still in.
So we loged it and wrote it to the owner so he can maintain the cache asap

Still learning may just be my ignorance. There was a lot of rubbish in the bushes making it hard to deal.
Got there in the end may have been moved from original location CAN. Squinky added
1:47pm- Finally found and concealed good after being in poor condition when found TFTC
Found while out & about....could hear fighter jets in the distance, practising for the Airshow. Cacache case in a little crushed & sad condition.
This is the first time we have been exploring around this area and enjoyed the wetlands walks. Our GPs first off landed us in the middle of an area that really needs some good CITO work. It was very off putting. Scratcned around there briefly, didn't like it at all, then decided to stand back and just observe carefully. Noticed something close by and was able to retrieve the cache. Log was then signed and all was carefully replaced as found before moving on. Thank you to Ketchthor for a well hidden placement.
Over for the Surf Coast Mega with tmann421 enjoying the area and collecting caches along the way.
Thanks to all the CO's for adding to the enjoyment of this fun trip. TFTC

I'd left these as unfound, just for this occasion. Weather is a bit hot, it's windy as hell, not great for caching, but I need to find a cache for a souvenir - this one will do! A quick find and I was back home logging. Thanks for the cache Ketchthor.

The lightning bike tour of Point Cook continues. I found the trail! I think... no, maybe I didn't... I forgot. Like I forgot to stop at #8. Except it's on sabbatical ATM. "No Nature's Nurture for you! Only survival of the fittest!"
Thanks again, Ketchthor!

While the family went shopping I went caching. Got the call and resume my chauffeur duties but not until I'd found just one more. Signed and replaced as found.

A nice easy drive by for a change today as we attempt these local caches with Papillon4506.
Thanks for the placement.
Thanks for the placement.
A quick and easy drive by as we cache our way around the area today with mcsee&petal. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Great hide and find for the end of the day. Got in before dusk. Celebrating after two did not finds. Thanks for the cache!
Another one that I had a DNF on some time ago. Today it was another very quick find - I have no idea what happened last time.
This was the last cache that I found down here today and in brilliant winter sunshine it was a pleasure to find all the caches of yours that I did.
This one was a park and grab.
Thanks Ketchthor

This was a very difficult find but in the simplest of places it was a grate first find in my geocaching experience.
Nice quick find. Had to get down and dirty for this one. Lucky I had my 6 year old with me who was more than willing to get it out of it's hiding place. Poor thing wanted the marble inside so bad but we didn't have anything to swap it with. Next time we will be better prepared
Wah, with four kids in tow I don't think we thoroughly covered the area... We will be back once we are fed and watered.
In Point Cook today from Ballarat for a craft day. I left home a little earlier so I could nab a few quick caches. A quick find here - many thanks
Quick find by the geokid as we go for a wander to try and burn off some of the chocolate that's already been devoured.
Find #200. Thanks for this awesome area to cache in the paths and scenery is great.
Found with dazzpete.
Our afternoon stroll was going along like a house on fire, and we were at the furthest point away from the house now so we started to swing the whole circus around to head back.
We all lobbed up to this one and while some kept an eye out for passing lady joggers, dad pulled the old tying the shoelace routine ....... while a lady jogger went past......
So the old shoelace tying routine was just the trick and the cache was soon found and we all signed our names all ninja style and then returned it the same way.
And then we wandered off along the path to be met by the passing lady jogger who asked us if we had lost something.......well, apart from our sanity..."no, all cool, we are good thanks".
And it looks like someone made a big paint dribble here.....young people these days, can't hold their paint......

Going on the number of passing muggles this trail is no longer lost ! A quick find to geoDad from skullracing then we continued our evening stroll.
