No hang ups here, quick find in good condition, heading towards Middlemount at lunchtime. Thanks for an interesting series since Malborough.
Out for our geo weekend to get points up for the Cosmic questNearly at the end for tonight
We had a great day finding caches along this road and this is one we found. It does blend in well. All good with the cache, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Nedandmrskelly for this one and thanks Telstra we kind of wished we had needed to make a call!
Ended up staying the night very near this cache, Clarke creek. Was disappointed there was no access or room to camp next to the creek we were hoping to chuck in the kayaks.
On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird (aka Mrs Geo, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird, Angry Bird & occasionally even Love Bird). It’s a great day for caching.

Great Northern escape 2022 Day 113. Lotus Creek to Marlborough. I got moving fairly quickly to get the twenty or so army caches I had left to do today before leaving Lotus Creek. That all went smoothly, and then I returned to the Marlborough series. That is a bit up and down these days. I saw some very interesting caches and a few odd locations. I then settled into the Marlborough pub caravan park for a quiet afternoon and a dinner in the pub.
The things you fins down side roads. I had no need of the communication device, but they are always great places to hide a cache. I wonder how much use it gets these days.
Thanks for the cache Nedandmrskelly

On my way to Barcaldine for QOGM 2018 . Left Nanango at 0225 and this was the next stop of the day. Good quick find. Going to Rockhampton to meet up with RoddyC and Mrs RoddyC some time this afternoon then heading to QOGM 2018 via the coast and across to Clermont. Signed log YOF as that is what I use on small and Micro log sheets/books to save space on the paper as I tend to write on the big side. Apologies for boiler plate logs as I have a lot to write up. TFTC Nedandmrskelly
We are heading to Barcaldine to attend the event and detoured a couple of hundred kms to do this loop of caches. Varied scenery and hides made it an intersting day. We left Yaamba at 12 noon and got back at 6.30pm. It was a bit of a rush towards the end as we could see we would run out of day light. Thankyou Nedandmrskelly for placement of this cache series and adding to our enjoyment of the area
We came across your cache, Nedandmrskelly, on our way with youngoldfella, caching towards this year's QOGM in Barcaldine.
Nice quick find this time. Really! Again!
Log signed and cache replaced at 10:34 AM on September 18, 2018. TFTC.

Logging old caches originally found with alphag_25. Now have my own account and logging them separately so that I can claim the finds.

Had some time to kill on the way home ...
So decided to take the detour to the old highway
and grab a few more caches in this series along the way.
Found a cache ... quick call home
and back on the road
Thanks for the cache.

On our way home after a fantastic week on "Lazyitis" and some wind, rain and thunderstorms.

Heading from Byfield towards Mackay for our next house sit, picking up a few caches on the way. Mrs D made the find. Thanks Nedandmrskelly
Had a very enjoyable, at time geo challenging afternoon along this road find ( and sometimes DNF) caches along the way. What beautiful country this is.
Having spent what seemed like hours on the Internet organising and downloading PQs for this area, it was great to get out on the caching trail again today. (I had forgotten to tell Little Red Riding Hood, aka my GPSr, about the caches along yesterday's route! ) We camped down on the Isaac River overnight and set off about 8:30 this morning to head to Dululu on the back roads as far as possible.
Another incredibly quick find. Soon had log in hand and after signing duties were completed I returned the cache to its hidey hole. thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to find on our travels. TFTC SL as SG

Out on the road trip with the crew from Mackay. Great day finding some very interesting caches. Apologies for the repeated logs, but there were so many finds today.
An alternate road with a string of caches
Very little traffic and plenty of parking made this a pleasant alternative to the Bruce hwy.
Many of the caches where creative, most with excellent coordinates, another plus for this route.
Sorry about the copy-paste logs
Thanks for the cache

A cache trail is all the incentive we needed to bounce along this neglected road on our way home. Looks like one lonely phone box.
Thanks Nedandmrskelly

Found this interesting series and appreciate the variety of containers and different hides. Thanks for a good caching day. TFTC.
Our 8 year old said 'of course I've seen a phone box before, there was one in a movie once'. Sigh.... now we feel old!
Gotcha !!! Found all 17 in the series today. Great to see new ones in an area that was bare. A fav point from me for each of them. Many different styles of hide. TFTC
A little tricky, took some time to find this one. Finally geokid found it. TFTC
What to do on Sunday afternoon???, caching i thought! Saw a heap of new caches up the old Marlborough Sarina Hwy so after approx 460km round trip i picked up 18 including several FTF of which i have not found one for 6-8 years!!! TFTC
