Logs
**21,978**A super quick find, whilst Mr Geckoh got creative with the parking. The container has lost its lid but as the log is waterproof its not an issue. Replaced the cache so that the exposed end is a bit protected. TFTC
We parked further down the road and then walked back to here. A quick and easy find.
Macfam41 are staying with my sister close by for the weekend and noted a number of caches in the area, so off for a walk. Found quite quickly. Although the container er currently had no lid. TFTC
Seventh find. I was a little too obsessed with being very stealthy since there's a lot of activity here. I found it eventually.
I don't restart work again until the 8th of Jan. With free accommodation I decided a geocaching holiday in Auckland was a good way to spend this week off. Most of the week I geocached with Yvettetb but the beginning and end I was on my own. Tuesdays focus area was around the Orakei Basin area and Saint John's. Wednesday we ended up caching in the Waitakeries and finished up in Glen Eden, New Lynn and Waterview. Thursday we geocached around Blockhouse Bay, Green Bay and Titirangi. Today we decided to finish off a few out here before Yvettetb had to leave. I then cached around the Panmure Basin and the new subdivision Stonefields.I out did myself this week. I walked 27,000 steps on Tuesday, 22,406 on Wednesday, 25,500 on Thursday, 15,000 on Friday and 23,800 on Saturday. A big geocaching/walking week. I had just done the caches around the Panmure Basin. I looked at walking up Mt Wellington but rain was threatening. I also felt a bit tired so I decided to try some others in the area. The drizzle had stopped so I decided to do a few more while I was out here. I like your cache hiding aim. I must try better myself. A quick find here. Thanks for the hide
Thanks for the cache new to the area so enjoying walking around and exploring the neighbourhood
Found the lidless cache with a family of cockroaches living inside. Out the way! I need to sign the very full log
Nice easy one! Mr Four took the 10c to put in his new money box. Miss Two took the blue rubber snake. We left a Pizza Hut voucher
Very easy cache, good for when you have no time. We did find a couple bugs, it would be nice if there was a lid on it. Left 10¢ for the next person. Great cache though! Thanks!
Tftc. Bugs are all gone. But the log is very full. I found a gap, but there is not much space left.
In my hubris, despite the rain, I was tempted to grab one more cache. Quickly park, grab, and sign. But no.
I took the cache back to my car, and spotted what I thought was a jumping spider. Oh how wrong I was. I tried to shake the arachnid out of the tin and out the door. No spiders emerged.
No spiders, but instead a small family of 5 roaches, two of whom landed in the car!
After a small panic and retrieving the cache from across the road, I tentatively removed the paper, only for it to be chased out by a bug with very large stingers on its tail.
That's enough caching for me today.
May I suggest we start putting lids on these ones...

Took a bit to navigate the find with Saturday traffic coming and going, log is full tftc
Found this with kiwitrecker1, located a larger critter inside compared to the last cache like this - it fell on me to start with before scuttling off again to find a new shelter. No lid on cache and log is full. Thanks for placing this one!
Appologies, I a bit late logging this find. Had a great time finding the Stonefields caches. Easy find for my daughter, (i would have taken longer myself:-) Tftc!!
Nice view! Found with @slugt & @BlobsAreCool46
The muggles in the apartment were very suspicious of me…..

Nice and easy little find. My second find. The log was a little full but managed to squeeze my name in. Tftc.
We kinda struggled to find it at first, but eventually found it. LOL!!!
