My second DNF in a row. Like previous recent hunters, no luck for me here today.
Needs some work done here was looking forward to this cache as it's right near my new work too. Next time perhaps.
What beautiful roses. I've actually met Mr Swane - he's a family friend of geoboyfriend's family. Unfortunately the cache is not with the rock cairn, which was located easily. Submitting a needs maintenance after so many DNFs, might be worthwhile the CO checking and/or amending the hint if it's no longer relevant as we are all focusing on that!
Have just had a look for this cache.'the little cairn of rocks is there but not cache.perhaps a little check on this one would be good

Took a last minute opportunity to visit my old hometown for the day, so wandered my way here. I remember hanging in this park many am afternoon after school... As noted already, the "cairn" is there but no cache. Thanks anyway!
Like Mumma-Kel before me no luck even scratched around the cairn and up to a depth of about 25mm.
We were in the park collecting the multi so strolled on over here to grab this one too. Very nice.

With a day off to spend caching I decided Goulbun was the target for the day. I found a fun collection of caches displaying several interesting areas of Goulburn and nearby. I did struggle with a few roads that were on my map, but do not exist, but going around further I eventually solved all those problems as well.
Thanks.

Today I had to head up to Campbelltown NSW for a medical appointment so I decided to make use of the trip and include some geocaching. I decided to give the FurfacesLL ladies a call to see if one wanted to come along to get out of the house as I know she had been unwell this week and was probably itching for some outside time to get over the cabin fever. I got a nice quick response with a "Yes Ill come" so plans were put in place and we scrolled the map to find some caches. Well we noticed the Jamboree caches and decided to target those and see how we went.
After attending my appointment, we headed off to do the Jamboree caches which we had now finished, time to start making our way back towards Canberra. Decided to call into Goulburn on the way home and clean out those we had left and try our luck at a possible FTF.
This was a nice easy find here, signed, replaced and off we went.
Thanks for the cache placement Anthorr (Boat)

Due to a very low battery our GPS took us (a young geocaching friend and I) on a very enjoyable tour of the Rose Garden and broader beautiful park before finally leading us to a find. TFTF!

Every time I head up to Sydney, I always zoom past a whole bunch of caches and towns that I don't have time to visit. A couple of weeks ago I started to repair this situation when on a day trip to Bowral. But today is was about the caches between Canberra & Goulburn.
It was warm & up to 29C as I drove about. Quite pleasant conditions generally.
A quick park & grab.

Didnt see any roses 2day, had to be extra sneaky on retrieving cache as council workers were on the corner cutting tree limbs. Whilst they had their backs to us, j27 snuck in and grabbed cache, i quickly signed and he put it back as i watched workers. They were none the wiser hehehehe. Tftc
I found this cache as a joint part of “Team” *Throsbyonchurch* and in which name the log book was signed. I now have my own account as I’m old enough to cache myself, so I am claiming a fair share of my earlier finds. As I had no caching name at the time there's no log in the book for me but I’m claiming the find under team ToC. Thank you for the hide.
I found this cache jointly with TOC and now I have my own account I am claiming my finds. My caching name is not in the log book though as I didn't have one. I can cache on my own now. Thank you for the hide.
Found it. TN LN SL TFTC. Had to come to Goulburn today so did some caching while here. It was great as every cache we visited took us to a part of Goulburn we have not seen before. So thank you for bringing us here. Had a great day.

Staying in Goulburn for the night, on our way home to Melbourne after a week in Sydney. We had dinner in one of the local pubs and went out twilight caching. Thanks for the cache Anthorr.

while on my way to the Canberra bridge event we stayed overnight at Goulburn. After dinner I was allowed to do a couple of caches.
The first one was nice and easy at the visitor center. The second one was a trigpoint and the third one is the multi near market street. The end point of the multi brought me to Victoria park where I saw the velodrome cache and two containers. It was dark....
Thanks for the adventure!

Apologies for the late log. Picked this one up as I headed for the coast for some R & R.
Nice and easy to spot but had to wait for some muggles to leave the generala area before grabbing the cache and signing the log.

Wandered into the trees on a very hot day & signed the logbook in the shade. Then went & visited the Rose Garden & found there is still plenty of colour left. Thanks for the informative description & the cache.
Decided to have a look at this one after finding another in the same area. This one was much more difficult (it was only our second cache) but still fun to find. Took us about 30 minutes, but it was worth it
One more stop in town and then onward to Lithgow.

#7 of 13 in Goulburn today. Arrived at the park and was greeted with a mass of birds sound, they sounded happy this Saturday morning. Quick find in expected spot and I ducked over to the rose garden to admire the amazing collection. Thanks Anthoor (Boat).
Found it, and now the rest of Goulburn know too as my geo kid yelled from one end of the park 'FOUND IT'. Tftc
Found with Mosaikmum during a morning of exploring my home town of about 40 years ago. TFTC
Our last cache for the day before heading back to Sydney. Easy find then a walk through the roses. Took lots of photos. Some beautiful big trees in the park too. An interesting key in the cache that we left there along with one of our pathtags. Thanks for this cache!
OCW StumbleTrip today..... a rather impromptu day really as neither one of us had any plans to cache today!
A rather obvious hide this one! But the garden more than makes up for that - its one big distraction! TFTC

Could easily smell these roses as we got out of the geomobile. But Mary McKillop's roses were much bigger than these. TFTC.
My first day of a Road trip to Melbourne for the Mega Event next week. In the next week leading up to it I will be on a huge caching spree!
The camo was quite exposed in such a park. Hope no one else notices it.
Thanks for the cache.

I was in Goulburn for a Queen Scout Award presentation last night. This is one of three new caches in Goulburn since I last visited. A quick find, thanks Anthorr.
Lovely area to walk through - Log still in great condition found by KAT and myself. Thank you for a lovely place to visit. Log signed & replaced

Lovely area - Roses are looking beautiful and cache still intact and log in good condition
Felt somewhat exposed but fortunately this was a quick grab, sign and replace. Nice park here - TFTC!
Argh! Was simply minding my own business caching here, when swooped by TWO ravens! Now I've been swooped my magpies before, but they usually work alone, so you can keep an eye on them. But once there are two in the equation, it's a whole new ball game. Signed log quickly, took some photos of the swoopers, and out of there! Thanks AB.
In plane sight, however muggles around. Will sign log another time so as not to give this cache away! Maybe when the roses are blooming
A quick tour through town after the Sunday soccer match to grab the very few caches I had left in this area. Looks like a really nice park with quit some facilities!
