Managed to spot this little cache without too much trouble however I was unable to get the log out so took photo for proof of find - happy to send to CO if requested.

Slow walk around the grounds. Had a scout Jamboree here a long time ago. looks different now.
got up at 4.30am this morning to leave by 5.30am traffic at this time was almost nil great time to travel. have been wanting to grab some caches over here for the hidden creatures, this looked like the only place that didn't have rain didnt manage the amount I wanted but, turned out to be a lovely day and got home around 6pm thanks to all the COs who have taken the time to place and maintain the caches

Very discreet hide. Took quite a while to locate this cleverly hidden gem but once my 10 yr old spotted it we were able to quickly extract the log. Enjoyed this one. My favourite find of the day. Very clever. TFTC
Was passing so had another look in the daytime, found holes it could be in but no cache.
Was in the Hawkes Bay for work and had just finished work in Hastings and was heading back to Napier for the night.
As I was heading towards Napier I was trying to make a decision as to what cache I was going to go for today as there are so mana caches that I still have to find around the area and I am only trying to pick up a few each time I am in the area and I am just trying to clean up a area each visit but some time great plans don't work out the way you want.
As I arrived near GZ the issue was trying to find a parking spot that was not going to block the traffic, I was quite surprise how busy this road was as there seemed to be quite a lot of traffic going pass GZ. Managed to park not too far away from GZ and then it was a short easy walk to GZ.
Arriving at GZ, I soon spotted where the cache was and then tried to extract it out of its hiding spot but managed only to push it further into it s hiding spot, walked back to the car and grabbed a TOT and was able to soon retrieve the cache. Took the cache back to the car and extracted the log out of the container signed and then took it back and replaced it back as found.
Thanks for placing this cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (12573), hopefully I left it out far enough so that the next finder wont have too much issues, now where to next. Yes to my accommodation.

I was driving through the Hawkes Bay and stopped to grab some of what I thought would be easy drivebys. Turns out some were easier than others! A good day of finds. Thanks.

Thanks for the cache:-)...It took me 10 minutes just to get the log out of the cache...it is really dificult to do that without an ampropriate tool.
Definitely one that "might be a little harder" as it proved quite difficult to find.

No luck for me today. A little difficult as there was so much scouting action at the showgrounds.

[/blue]Quick find en-route to a puzzle destination. No sign of a thread but I left a rather clumsy retrieval tool nearby for future seekers, worked just fine.[/blue]

Tried looking for this one late last night but it was too dark, back this afternoon and after a quick scout and discussion we found a well hidden cache. Well done, great spot. Thanks

Have replaced the log in this one with a waterproof log, hopefully that will do the trick
Well hidden, took a minute to find, but kept going back to obvious place and found eventually. Couldn't sign log, too damp.
