Accio 14:56:45Down to Melbourne to escort my mum to hospital - giving me significant free time for a couple of days. What to do? LGA hunting my primary goal, I came here as part of a very big loop around the outside of metropolitan Melbourne. Quick find here. Thanks 4evatinks for entertaining me at this location. *{Overall find #12928}*
TFTC. Found on a short walk into Warrandyte. I think the pen may have been muggle, and I wasnt carrying any, so heres a photo.
Post parkrun coffees then a short stroll to attempt this one.Initially our gps had us too close to the river but when we settled on the correct coordinates there was an obvious spot to focus the search. The smell of wild garlic was in the air as we hunted and it took a while due to lots of growth and bark on the ground but we eventually found a really good sized cache. All in good condition and returned as found. Thanks and greetings from the UK.
#20816 - 3:43:36 PM; Arrived back in Geelong this morning on The Spirit, after a pleasant couple of weeks in Tasmania. After grabbing some breakfast, we headed into Melbourne via Little River, then on to Park Orchards to stay with friends, grabbing some caches along the way. This afternoon, we headed to Warrandyte for coffee, a walk along the river and I gave them a short lesson in geocaching 101 to find this cache. TFTC 4evatinks
Found at 28 April 2024 15:00 find # 1179Out caching for the day and happily found this cache. Lots of people about but we found it easily. The cach container is very wet and everything inside it is also wet. Thanks to 4evatinks for placing and maintaining this cache. TFTC.
Went out for a drive to find a few caches and grab some lunch today. Weather was perfect, nice and cloudy and not too hot.I have driven past this area numerous times and it's always on the weekend and really busy so have moved on. Today there was actually some parking so after a short walk the nice big cache was located in the 1st place I looked. Thanks 4evatinks for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
Enjoyed our walk along the river. Lots of walkers this evening. Log is still bit wet. TFTC
Really fun find! Contents are a little soggy but overall good! Not where youd expect it to be! TFTC
Currently trying to finish the year with a streak and so heading out daily, for a cache. Plus their are a few other caches I need for challenges. A break in the rain and we had a walk. All good at GZ for a find to fix the DNF on the last cache! Thanks to 4evatinks for the fun and the adventure.
I found it as a stray dog found me! Luckily he was curious & didnt eat me! Ha ha. Tftc
Great to loiter around the area without tourists, rain came and went several times but was a lovely day still Thanx for the Adventure 4evatinks Stay Dirty 20693:10pmSmokeyBearOG
Getting to GZ had my GPS in a constant state of confusion as it kept reading 10 meters. Just like the weather was in a state of confusion, rain, sun, rain, rain, sun. Thankfully, the hint wasn't confusing, which led to a semi straight forward cache find.
Birthday walk with my daughter. Found it at the gathering of 4 strangers. Thanks for the cache.
Out today to push my score closer to the next milestone. The weather wasn't great, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Not too many muggles out walking today, so my search was unimpeded. Nice quick find.
My thanks to 4evatinks for the cache.
My thanks to 4evatinks for the cache.
After helping out with some moving house duties, I found myself out east so paired up with OzHockeyChick for an afternoon of caching.
A final stop on the way home. This was a beautiful big old tree along the peaceful path.
Thanks 4evatinks for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

A quick find on a beautiful walk along the Yarra before the rain sets in! TFTC
Caching from Templestowe to Warrandyte, this cache was found quickly and easily, which was excellent, as it was the end of a long tiring day.
Heading home from Avalon Airport, and the navigator took us the scenic route, via the Ring Road and Eltham. We decided to take a quick break and search out this cache. We had to wait for a few muggles to pass before heading off the track to search. The cache was a little exposed, so after signing, we reset it with some natural camo to make it less obvious to passersby.
All in good condition.

Took a quick locok and cache may be gone. Will replace in the next week or two. But feel free to look if you want....it could still be hiding in there somewhere.
Suspect that this is missing. Looked extensively in the likely spot, no love today.
#1344 - After two nearby DNFs, we were able to snag this cache after a nice walk along the bustling river. Almost as many dogs as humans on the trail today!

Found this one as Geohubby and I went for a nice stroll along the river. First time to the area and really loved it.TFTC. Easy find.
Was sure we had found this already, but obviously not logged. Wet and soggy out today, lots of muggles wondering what we are doing

It was my day to hold the fort, but the better half's unexpected presence meant a leave pass.
So what does one do when presented with a golden opportunity? Why, go in search of gold, of course.
Fittingly, i walked in golden sunshine from my parking spot near the cemetery and over Fourth Hill to collect a smiley on the final outstanding Goldrush multi, before a descent to the river.
And this cache. Which was in plain view when I got here. Slightly less so when I left, and slightly less chockers without the stuffed bear, er, stuffed inside the container. I'll find a better home for that.
Thanks, 4evatinks

Found it! It’s Pottery Expo weekend so we gathered Mum headed off to Warrandyte. We enjoyed wandering around the exhibits and stalls, caught up with our favorite potter & friend and bought a special gift or two. Before heading home we went for a short walk along the banks for the river and found a cache. The cache container had not been closed properly, I made sure everything fitted in properly and closed securely before I replaced where it found it (which seems a bit odd but at least it is above the potential flood line). Accompanied with silence49. we came back to finish off some areas. We had a great time finding your cache 4evatinks, thank you so much for placing it.
Grub62 and I were in Warrandyte looking for a couple of caches to get for today. It was a great morning for a walk beside the Yarra too. After getting to GZ a short search proved fruitful and the cache was in hand and the logbook signed. TFTC.
Out early with Bunadoorian to get a cache to fill in a calander date. We enjoyed our walk along the Yarra. I found this cache . Loved the painted stone. TFTC 4evatinks and for bringing us here.
Found safe and sound but with a lot of trouble retrieving and replacing, due to the huge volume of muggles walking past on the track. Beautiful trees.
Dropped one of my painted rocks.
