One or more of the following has occurred:

No response from the cache owner.
No cache to find or log to sign.
It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.

As a result I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Should you like to resurrect the cache please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.

I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.

Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.

For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

Came here with brookejarrah expecting an easy find before heading home. Left disappointed unfortunately. Going by previous logs it appears the cache may be missing?? Would be good to have the CO inspect to see if this one is still in play.

Oh that is the worst pun Twisted
Not funny at all !!
Except maybe to midwives [:o)]

I took a stroll to the river from the pub today.
And sure 'nuff ... there were the council blokes on lawnmowers circling around me !!
And sure 'nuff ... "bridge works in progress" [:o]

Murphy hates me Twisted

But wait, after escaping the mower muggles, I found meself in a quiet patch on the opposite side of the bridgeworks !! Smile
I snuck in to quickly find a cache [^]

Booyah !! Score one for 'If' Razz

"How many council workers does it take to change a lightbulb ??"
Nobody knows ... the job has never been completed successfully Wink

11-Oct-15
In the South West for a couple of days with my Geoson XpertCach3r and the objective of completing the Holden Series and a few others. Had a little disaster first up when we arrived near the first cache and the GPSr batteries were flat. A quick look around for the charging cord and we were away.

This was a great days caching with 93 finds in total, and 2 DNFs. A wide variety of cache containers, very accurate co-ordinates and good company made the day even better.

Thanks to all cache owners for their efforts. Apologies for the generic logs.

Second last day of the school holidays and rain forecasted for the whole weekend. Bugger! Twisted geobuddy Mark into coming out to play, with the Holden series on out hit list. Had an awesome day of it, finding every cache we tried for and not getting wet even once.

This cache was our first stop for the day, and we made a quick find too. There used to be a cache here a while back, so good to have an excuse to come back to this great spot on the banks of the Preston River. We treated ourselves to some sweet treats from the local bakery before leaving town too - yummy!!
Thanks for the smiley AgentTracker

Last weekend was engagement party, and one of my friends gave me the coordinates of where we could find his present. I looked at where it had been hidden and hatched a plan to get down here and grab as many caches as I could while on the way down and back. This one was on my hitlist on the way south. A nice little spot here, I added my name to the logbook and was on my way again. TFTC AgentTracker

Once at Hz a couple of council workers asked me if I was geocaching and tried to show me where the old cache was and when I told them it was a new one they helped me search. Didnt tAke long and I had cache in hand. Such a veautiful place out here spent s bit of time here when I was younger! TFTC
