It sounds like the cache is missing/ maintenance is required. I'll try and attend to it shortly.
Not there, pretty sure. At least that's what's implied by the other comments. Still had fun tho, didn't know these parks existed and I live walking distance from here. - W
Looking at past logs we thought we would have a go anyway while walking thru, maybe next time.
DNF, instead found just a magnet in the location. Not sure if this was suppose to be part of cache, but seems a very odd place to find a magnet.
Just found the geocache. Magnet that we found is part of the cache but not attached. Log drenched. TLC. Clever cache.
Having found the cache up on the bridge first we had a bit of an idea about hide styles and the find didn't take too long.

So, being a geocaching souvenir tart, I had to make a run to find at least one cache today. Ketchthor's Saltwater series looked good for a hunt today. I had planned to start at #1 and work my way along to #4, but I took a wrong turn on the way, so started at #4. After finding #4 fairly quickly, walking to #3 for another quick find I headed down to #2 on foot. My iPhone was pointing me in not the quite direction, but just before I took the plunge, I thought about the clue a little differently, took an alternate approach and quickly had the cache in hand. Unlike #3, no tool required to remove the log, but the log is pretty much unrecognisable as a log.
It was about this time I realised I had left the key in my motorcycle, so the walk back was a little less relaxed than the walk to GZ. Must have been quick enough, key and bike were both exactly where I left them, so on to #1.
Cache is in good condition, but is in need of a new log.

Found it. didn't sign cause no pen and log needs some urgent TLC. Great view of large pond. Be careful of the swans! TFTCKechthor and thanks for bringing members of XtremeB's to the fun and awesome parks nearby.
Found in the company of Papillon4506 as we ascended on this area to find a few caches for the day and to check out the area as well.
A nice easy find here and we were soon on our way to the next cache. Thanks for placement here Ketchthor.

This cache took us a little longer to find as we make our way around the area today with mcsee&petal. There was an extra degree of difficulty due to a very defensive swan looking out for it's mate who had a very cute and fluffy cygnet under its wing not far from gz. Finding the cache was the easy part of this cache however. Extracting it was another challenge altogether. We were on the verge of surrendering to a photo to the co for proof of find when Geoturtle37 managed to get the job done. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Found with JelenaGreenleaf today, took a bit of searching but after an ingenious idea of hers, I spotted it immediately. Also found a dummy in the water... Temporary log should be replaced with a real log. Solid hide overall. Tftc!
Found with georocks101. This one took us longer to find than we had first anticipated and it was pretty funny that it was quite obvious but we kept overlooking it. Thanks Ketchthor
I enjoyed the 4 caches in this series which provided me with a good look at this linear park through this new development. Even found a nice café for lunch on the way.
A nice hide here the log is dry at the moment but a bit crinkled up.
Cheers

Found what I'm sure is the cache, but I question the type of cache chosen. Whilst it is out of sight of muggles, it's not very waterproof and the log seems to have been replaced with a temporary log. This one needs some love.
Fiance found it first! Geopuppy loves the area and is having fun sniffing! Tttc
TFTC-log completely ruined..cleaned out the cute cache & added a new piece of make-shift log until it can be replaced.
Did as I was told and soon spotted the little devil. The log is somewhat untidy now. Found a spot to sign and headed off. Again a really lovely spot to call home.

No need to go through the bushes, I gave myself a cramp doing that.
Awesome cache hide, blends in quite well.
Awesome cache hide, blends in quite well.
A perfect day to explore this nice neighbourhood and pick up a few caches in the process. A little quiet in the area today allowing me to search uninterrupted. Having seen a similar cache hide before it wasn't long before the obvious was sighted. Lucky for me an extraction tool wasn't needed. I signed the log and replaced the cache as I had found. Thanks for bringing me to this beautiful place tftc
I had a spare hour or so this morning - family still sleeping - so decided to get these 4 done. Set myself 20 min completion time for the series. Managed them in less than that - it helped that there was NOBODY around. Saltwater has grown from a field to huge estate in what seems like a few months. Great landscaping & views of the city - and now some super caches too. Thanks Ketchthor, you're the best!
Hubbies second find, I think he is enjoying this! Our first find to look like this, tricky tricky!
Catching up on a few late logs (something not that unusual for me). As always, I enjoyed the journey to find the cache, mostly I have been in the company of Team Crackers, maccamob, alansee and the Coffee's, but occasionally I have gone out solo to soak in the solitude of being out in the fresh air.
Thanks Ketchthor for placing this cache.

Oh my gosh this is a cute one!!! Geoteen got this one over me! But wasn't telling me all the clues!!! Great hide, TFTC
Everything is good with this cache. Please ensure the magnet remains attached when it's returned to its hiding spot. Thank you Ian and Penny for adding a fresh sheet of paper.

We spent a really enjoyable day today, caching with Phetlern. We started off in Werribee South then roamed across to Point Cook, Seabrook, Williams Landing and Hoppers Crossing. We found a good cross section of 'caches ranging from Nano right up to Large, and arrived back at camp tired and ready for a few drinks, a baked salmon dinner and a huge pavlova (Thanks Penny & Helen).
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: [Red]The log was absolutely soaked, so we replaced it with a fresh piece of paper.[/Red]
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt,
Regards

The Saltwater series is off to a great start with this one and "Welcome Home"
Ian was first to spot this sneaky little guy, while we were out and about for a day's caching with Ian & Penny.
[u]Feedback to CO[/u]: The full log was replaced with a temporary sheet. The temporary log will need replacing please.
Our thanks to Ketchthor for bringing us to this location.

38 degrees today? I'd better be out early if I want to get these Souvenirs without too much sweat! This is the exact reason I've left caches unfound, nearby home. I quickly found these two caches before the weather kicked in, nice job on both Ketchthor, they weren't too hard. I might have gone for a swim in the water wasn't so putrid, I don't know how the local Swamp Hens do it. Thanks for the caches.

Despite the heat Arkbell80 and I decided to tidy up the map near home before the end of the year.

What a lovely spot for a cache and what an excellent cache it was too. There is only room for one more cacher to sign the logbook, unfortunately. The moorhens were enjoying this beautiful Saltwater Coast area this am even though the strong wind was rather chilly!! We will give you a fav for bringing us to this lovely area and for the planning and implementation that went into doing this great cache hide.

Cache was found quickly owing to the very helpful hint. Was lovely to just sit and enjoy the beautiful water birds and frogs; such a nice area. Thanks
One of these things is not like the other. One of these things just doesn't belong. After a few acrobatics, managed to retrieve. Lucky for the trusty old tweezers to retrieve the log . TFTC
Found by Mary & David at 1415. We remember seeing the signs to this estate before any houses were built, and now the trees look so well established. Another water feature too. Nice to hear a couple of former RAAF aircraft flying circuits overhead. Found the cache after a brief search. Our thanks to Ketchthor.

Found this with Tomboy 711 whilst helping Warrior99 get his hours up on his L-Plates...
A beautiful day to be out and about in this beautiful area we grab some smilies and the Victoria Souvenir for Tomboy... I apologize for the generic logs - It no way detracts from my enjoyment and the efforts gone to by the CO's...
A short search, found the cache, stamped and returned...
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for my enjoyment Ketchthor...

Sneaky hide. Always the case of what doesn't belong but took me way typo long to find. :p thanks
Being a lovely spring day and a holiday there were lots of people about. Fortunately the cache is strategically placed away from the shelters so it was relatively easy to spot and retrieve unhindered, thanks Ketchthor.

I was out caching with Burge this evening and we were picking up caches around Point Cook. We picked up 12 tonight although we also managed to rack up a few too many DNF's too! We parked right near GZ and soon had the cache in hand. While we were retrieving the hide a white cat jumped out of the bushes but was quite friendly and stayed with us while we signed the log. Thanks for the cache, Ketchthor!

Out on a caching run with PantherX on the quest to clear out some of the point cook area.
Its always a little frustrating when you need to park at a path and its always opposite a road. The cache was easily grabbed but when I was bending back up there was a very friendly white cat staring at me in the face, he or she was quite happy with a good pat and scratch.

Day 4 Melbourne our last day..
We found a really good variety of caches in some great locations.
So many new housing estates popping up around Melbourne. Favourite point given

Bit of care needed to retrieve this one. On top of the footwork, a pair of elegant black swans came within a foot of me whilst I was in a contorted position - major panic! I think they must be bored. This is what caching should be - a great spot, bit of inquisitive wild life, spot on co-ords, head scratching moment then logical success! Easy fav. Thanks for bringing me here.
Suscoe's 2nd find of the day.
Good co-ords led to a quick find.
Thanks to Ketchthor for showing us this place.
Interesting development area and a nice hide.

Great location and cache. It was a nice day and many people were walking there so we had to take our time.
Had to make use of one of the posts nearby to keep Shadow quiet while I retrieved this one at 3:05pm. Managed to do it all without getting wet! As we were walking away a muggle walking two large German Shepherds approached us. I could see he was having difficulty controlling them when one broke free and headed straight for Shadow . I was a bit worried but it turned out it was only a pup and wasn't looking for a fight

It was dark, cold and raining but I felt the need for a walk so I figured why not combine it with a bit caching so here I am….certainly a tricky cache to get hold of tonight but I got it. Nice location too. Thanks Ketchthor.
# 8516. Robmc and I needed a little fresh air. We decided to head this way now that we have new maps in our GPS's and try to finish off the outstanding ones from our last visit. Unfortunately we had forgotten about school-age muggles that might be roaming with or without parents and dogs. We had to give quite a few a miss, yet again.
I thought this was a lovely area - the way they have developed the foreshore through here. Very nice indeed. We had to find a nice walkway to get to the other side and then with a bit of scrambling Rob had the cache to hand. The muggles started to arrive shortly afterwards. Now just one more and off home we will go.
Thanks Ketchthor

Bettyboo3747 and I came down to Point Cook this afternoon. Probably not such a good day to cache in this area. It was a rare sunny day, and we had forgotten about school holidays. We ended up walking away from several hides due to muggle infestation.
Wrong side of the drink again! Luckily there was a bridge this time.
We got to GZ and were immediately joined by a dozen ducks - has someone been feeding them, you think?
Luckily a quick find as soon we were inundated with muggles.
Thanks, Robmc.

A beautiful spot here i the park looking out over the lake/creek with the crazy ducks doing all sorts of crazy swimming and diving. A great spot and a I enjoyed spending a few minutes sitting and taking it all in. Then the stretch for the cache happened...quick find and then heading off. TFTC
Decided to grab a few caches to edge that little bit closer to the magic 10k mark. These were on the long way home after a nightshift in Melbourne enroute to Bacchus.
This one had me trying to get to it from the wrong side of the water, but once I worked out how to get around the right side, Tess and I made the quick find after following the orders to get down, and thankfully recognising the clever container for what it was. Once again this looks like a great subdivision with plenty of areas to walk the dogs and the kids. Thanks again Ketchthor

Had some time to spare today, so I thought I'd come and collect this series of caches. Wasn't long before I had this cache in hand and the log signed. I've driven past this area many times and it was good to have an excuse to stop and have a bit of a sticky-beak. TFTC!
Second to find this sunny afternoon! It's a lovely spot and as such is a good location for a cache. I made the find and then took my daughter to the nearby playgrounds.

So I roll over and see a couple of new caches had been released.
I asked the navigator if he was coming to get them with me as he has not been well he could not make it.
To be honest I'm not the best at directions but I set in my way anyway.
I arrived at the first and it totally beat me. Checked everywhere and just could not find the little brighter
Anyway after reading a little more I noticed tools may be needed to retrieve the cache so decided it was not going to happen.
I thought I would give this one ago anyway even though I did not have the tools of the trade.
This one was a nice easy find.
Thanks for the new caches and look forward to seeing more on the trail...
Now it's time for that bacon sarnie after been out in that cold

Found with Mrs Blue Duck and geokid at 1.30pm. Not first to find but fun nonetheless and a good reason to get out of the house for a few hours. Thanks Ketchthor for placing these new ones.
Looks like I was beaten to this on today. Great little cache, I have heard about these one but this is the first time I have found one. TFTC
